Ordered food, said 40 min delivery, waited over an hour and when I asked how long it would be they stuck another 40-50 mins on the order wait time . I phone regarding a small issue with the online order and was met with a vile man who clearly doesn't like his job very much, he proceeded to argue with me and say the food had been sent out an hour prior to the phone call and there was nothing he could do and that it was my fault. I explained that he had prolonged the wait time by 40 mins and from what I could see it hadn't left yet so the small issue could be easily resolved and he argued with that too, he then went back and checked and gave me the delivery man's number, the food hadn't left yet after all the shouting and blame gaming from him. Luckily the delivery driver was lovely and helped me with the issue with no complaints. Unfortunately the food was stone cold when it arrived and to be honest I'd lost my appetite after dealing with such a horrible person. From what I've seen on other sites I'm not the first person he's done this too.

I knew they would be busy on new year's eve & I didn't mind waiting for the best takeaway in Wallasey to delivery my love hot food. I recommend you try them 10/10 food

Ordered food and got a notification to say it was on the way. Food never arrived and they ignored all our calls. Absolute joke, thieves.

3 Marine Point! King's Parade,We had a family xmas meal for 5 adults a child and a baby. Our daughter was well catered for with colouring and activities provided and a kids menu with plenty of choice . Considering it was saturday afternoon it was very quiet which worried me. Unfortunately the food was very hit and miss , the menu had lots of choice . We all enjoyed the starters but the mains were disappointing , pizza’s were good apart from the gluten free option which my sister found inedible. Myself , my other sister and my daughter all had pasta which was watery and tasteless , they all had to be sent back . The staff were lovely and apologised and gave us an explanation as to why our pasta dishes were so watery . The pasta dishes were removed from the bill and new dishes were offered but we were put off by the taste and didn’t take them up on this offer . Sadly we didn’t have a good experience and wouldn’t go back based on the food but the staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more to rectify the issues .

Banks RoadTook my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 13th Birthday , so 2 tables , one for the girls , one for my wife and step mum. The staff were amazing , welcoming and friendly as always, the food was delicious , they allowed us to serve my wife's home made cake , sing happy birthday etc . Couldn't nor have asked for a better time , so a huge thank you to Est for a brilliant day

14-16 Prenton Road WestVisited Villa Venezia with friends. As it was lunch time we took advantage of the small dishes which were in fact a very generous portion. The service was excellent with no waiting for our meals the staff were very friendly hope to return soon
