where do i start. we arrived and they put us on a high table. As soon as we got there we were asked what food do you want and we said can We order drinks first and then food they said okay that’s fine so we ordered our drinks and 20 minutes went by. no drinks. Not even ordered our food. Nobody even came to us and asked if we were okay. We still had our menus in front of us. So finally someone came towards us. Now the reason why I think the service was so slow was because there was only one person behind the bar and there was one person on the floor. Don’t open a restaurant if you don’t have enough staff. That was on the floor was absolutely lovely. He was the main reason why we actually just get up and leave because he understood our situation. We ordered our food and we were told that something were missing so my friend ordered something that , we was told that they had available and then the waiter said that they don’t have it so she ordered something else that again they said that they had available and the waiter said that they don’t have that so she had to order something that she wasn’t really wanting, but she had to have it. an hour and a half no starter or nothing there was a couple next to us who came in about 20 minutes after us and they had their starters. They were only having starters but still we ordered starters and we ordered them and we were curious where The heck our food was. So I asked passing and he said that he will go check for me about 10 minutes went by he didn’t come back to check so I asked another girl who again was very lovely. And she came back and said it should be 5 to 10 minutes. 20 minutes went by and we see our means come out we say we did order a starter before this and we were wanting the starter before the mains and they said we will go check that. Five minutes went by and they came back with all three dishes starters and mains and said that we can’t have the starters before our mains because the mains will go off if we keep them leaving for that long. So we said fine we’ll just have the starters with our mains. on the garlic bread there was so much green bits that I thought that I was given a whole packet of kale. Every Single piece of the garlic bread was covered in kale. We were promised a pizza base this was not a pizza base. This was a small plate sized garden house. The person who I was with tasted her steak As she got the steak fajitas and she said that the steak was very spicy so I tried it and I agreed I looked on the menu again and it didn’t say that it would be spicy. I tasted my burger and immediately said no it was the cheapest burger I have ever tasted the patties were thin as there was barely any cheese and the bacon was like I’ve just made it at home.It was like McDonald’s. Don’t get me wrong I do love them McDonald’s but when I’m coming out paying 30 quid for a meal to be buying McDonald’s. So I called the way and I was like listen I’m not gonna lie the food is not good and he said to me so it’s s***t and I said yep it is. He knew that the food was bad and I’m not trying to out him here but I think the whole staff knew that the food wasn’t the best. So he said that he will go get a manager and a manager came over and I just said his was too spicy. Mine tasted like McDonald’s and it was so much kale on the , garlic bread he said that the only reasonable thing for that is because the steak isn’t for everybody’s liking and that my burger has just been changed and I said I’m sorry I could not eat was the chips and the garlic bread it’s decoration so we can’t do anything about that and I said on the menu it doesn’t say that they’ll be a whole garden salad on top of garlic bread. At this point we were already offered two free rounds of free drinks one for the wait time and now 1 for this and I said I’m not gonna lie to you we were gonna leave. I don’t want around a free drinks because I’m paying 15 quid for this food, but I’ve not even ate it and he said that’s the best we can do and I was like so you telling me that you’re making me pay for food i didn’t even eat

First time here, all I can say is that it was cold inside! Even the staff agreed it was like this all the time, just makes you want to leave honestly and go somewhere warm. We waited an hour for food, nachos were good and the drinks were good which is the only saving grace really. I added the brisket for £3 extra but got maybe 3 chewy pieces. The music was far too loud all we could hear was the pounding bass and it became quite annoying after a while. I wouldn’t go back just seems like a lot of empty space which not much in it

We chose Blooms for a Christmas bottomless brunch. We were very impressed with the decor. Our server was called McKenzie who was very helpful, making sure we had the perfect seats, a wonderful booth. We ordered 'small plates' from the food menu which were really good portions, there are also options for vegetarian which was very tasty (recommended) lots of choice. We also ordered from the extensive cocktail menu which was a fabulous Christmas treat such a good variety. Our server McKenzie checked on us throughout our visit making sure we had enough food and drinks. The General Manger Adam came to our booth throughout our visit also checking we were happy with everything. Would definitely visit again.

This was our first time visiting Bloom for their Christmas Bottomless Brunch and our party of 4 had a fabulous afternoon. We were greeted warmly on arrival by our server McKensie who showed us to a fantastic booth where we were able to survey the beautiful Christmas decor. The music added to the atmosphere and put us in the Christmas spirit . The food was delicious and the ‘small plates’ were plentiful. The cocktails went down very well too . If you’re looking for a vegetarian option , the Veggie festive burger was so flavoursome. . McKensie was very attentive and kept checking in on us to see if we needed more food or drinks . Adam the General Manager visited our table several times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Honestly a delightful venue with lovely food and festive cocktails - could recommend Melted Snowman , Choc Orange Martini and Gold Digger . If you’re in the area give Bloom a visit you’ll be in for a treat.

Went for casual food and drinks, the 3 plates were such a good deal. The cocktails were very nice. The bar staff and servers have such positive energy and made sure everything was to our needs. Highly recommend!!!

I went with my girlfriend and the whole place was just AMAZING! The food was delicious, the staff were kind and polite, and the drinks looked and tasted excellent. The atmosphere was PHENOMENAL aswell!!! The service was quick so we didnt have to wait along time for out drinks and food. Me and my girlfriend REALLY ENJOYED our evening here! WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

Ordered food and drinks and one hour later we were still waiting for the food. We asked and were told that there were lots of large groups who were taking priority, so we asked to pay up and leave. There was no apology. Staff wasn’t very helpful. won’t go again.

Shocking went here for Christmas works do got 3 cocktails in 90 mins and only 2 people got there food they did only charge us 20 pound for the 90 mins but it's a shitshow staff was run of there feet need more staff to keep up with the amount of people who attend won't be returning

I would just like to say Cole was fabulous. The food and some of the cocktails could have been nicer. Service started ok but then we had to wait 50 mins for our next drinks. The fact that the whole party had to order the same drink isn't ideal either. I won't be going back for a bottomless brunch.

Awful. Had 3 drinks in an hour and a half, food took 40 minutes to come out and was minuscule. All for 35 pound per person, other places are around 25-29. You can’t get served here and even when you do it’s just a piss poor mix of fruit juice and one drop of spirit. We booked another bottomless brunch right after because we were still starving and stone cold sober. Spend your money somewhere worthwhile, don’t bother with this place.

Came here for a 30th birthday. We pre-booked and pre-ordered our food due to being a 10+ group. Drink orders were very slow to come to the table, some drinks were also forgotten and had to go to the bar to chase it up. Starters came, these were okay - couldn’t complain about these. Mains came over an hour and half later, cold and 2 meals missing. When we questioned this, we were told they weren’t in the pre-order, however we pointed the 2 meals out on the order receipt they showed us. The 2 missing meals came an hour later, then they turned the lights off while they ate them. Our table was booked for half 7, we left at half 10. We were offered a round of drinks for the table, and £70 was taken off our overall bill, however based on the food quality and long wait times for food and drinks, I don’t think we will be returning. I believe the staff just need a little more training/experience in service with large bookings and making cocktails. No complaints about the staff, all were polite and professional.

The worst bottomless brunch I have ever been to. Waiting 40/50 mins for a round of drinks so was sat with no drink for ages, when I asked to then be told it’s coming now it’s just busy. We had had the full 90 minuites bottomless brunch and still hadn’t received our food which we waited up to 2hours 15 mins for food, I asked about this number of times which they kept telling me “it'll be five minuites”. When the food came out, it was dry and tasted like it had been sat on the side for a long time. The manager then told me “well you have come on one of the busiest nights of the year” how they know this I have no idea because it’s only just opened, and if they can’t staff or accommodate bottomless brunch this should not be advertised. They have our table a round of free drinks as a “gesture of good will” but this was not good enough for how bad the brunch was. Will not be returning and will be telling everyone else to stay away!!!❌❌❌

Paid £35 for the Rocky Horror Picture Show themed Bottomless Brunch. Paid an extra £5 to choose from the main menu. Drinks are very very slow, each drink was taking around 30 minutes to arrive, the food took longer than the two hour time slot of the brunch to arrive, which wasn’t great either. Probably the worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. There was nothing for the Rocky Horror theme apart from playing around 3/4 songs! Save your money and don’t bother When our group complained we were told “oh it’s our busiest night of the year” We were offered a free round of drinks for the table

First time visiting Bloom for Bottomless Brunch & can’t recommend it enough! Adam the general manager was lovely, couldn't have been better, checking in with us and making sure everything was ok despite it being really busy. Matty was spot on, really great & fantastic at his job. Our server for the night was Cole and he was quite simply perfect, he was so lovely, did a great job all night & generally was just super sweet, he deserves huge recognition. Finally Sean on the door, what a legend, great guy who needs a pat on the back, saw him having to go into the ladies toilets to kick someone out, he was really professional!

Attended the "Rocky Horror Show" themed bottomless brunch on Saturday 26th and I have to say myself and my mates was NOT disappointed. Considering this was mine and my mates first time going, the food was great and tasted amazing, atmosphere was booming and the service was quick considering it was busy night and Halloween weekend. If anyone is considering this place I'd highly recommend. The staff are also friendly and bubbly. Overall had a fantastic night.

Our first visit yesterday 26/10 and it won’t be our last. The staff, food and drinks were amazing. Our glasses were never empty and the selection of cocktails for the bottomless brunch were great. We ordered way too much food but everything we tried was delicious. Staff were lovely and extremely attentive. Special thanks to our server Amy S and the lovely Sean C who made sure our glasses were always full and were happy to engage some great banter with myself and my best friend. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning.

Had a great time. Good variety of drinks. We had around 7/8 drinks each. Maybe needs a little more information on the menu ref food as I chose something that said sweet in the description but was spicy- unfortunately I can't eat spicy food. This was rectified after I spoke to the staff and an alternative was given. Although there was a little tooing and throwing with this. Both managers on shift worked extremely hard and kept the place running well and kept it clean.

Booked a high school musical bottomless brunch The DJ was rude. He played maybe 3 high school musical songs? Honestly no point advertising high school musical brunch if the dj thinks taking digs at paying customers is the way to go. He made distasteful comments all night and played maybe 3 songs? If I’d have signed up for a year 7 disco with a rude DJ then I’d be happy. With all that said the venue is nice and the staff are great. But honestly extremely disappointed in the brunch that was supposed to be themed.

Visted last night for the "high school musical" bottomless brunch. Absolutely awful service, I have never experienced a bottomless brunch like it. In 2 hours we had 3 drinks, the whole point of bottomless is that you arent left without a drink. When our final drink did arrive after waiting 40 minutes they weren't even what we ordered. We raised our concerns and we were told "well I'm here now taking your order arent I" and that was that. We saw tables walk out and everyone was clearly unhappy with the awful service. We also got told there was a "backlog" with the drinks yet most tables didn't have drinks and were equally as annoyed. Terrible value for money, £35 for a small plate and 3 drinks is a joke. Don't waste your time booking here, there are places that are so much better.

Myself and 5 others attended for what should have been a High School Musical Bottomless brunch. We were in the venue for 1 hour, we received 1 drink within this time, heard roughly 3 High School Musical songs. Had to complain about the service around 3 times, after complaining that we’d only received 1 drink the member of staff told us to ‘order more then’ considering we had ordered another round of drinks with this same member of staff! After this our party of 6 decided to walk out and find elsewhere to go. The service was awful and the attitude from all staff was appalling!!! To anyone thinking of booking here I would avoid at all costs!

Dear Bloom Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the High School Musical themed bottomless brunch that I attended with three friends at your Wigan location. Having paid £35 per person, we were excited for a fun and immersive experience, but unfortunately, our visit did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the theme was barely noticeable. Aside from some red and white balloons and bunting, there was no real effort made to reflect the High School Musical theme. We expected themed decor, cocktails, food, and staff dressed in character, along with more entertainment to match the advertised event. Instead, the DJ played only around 8-10 High School Musical songs during the full two hours. To add to the disappointment, it took 40 minutes for our first drinks to arrive. Our food order was taken but never arrived. We informed the manager, who said she would chase it up, but we had to leave as we had another booking. Despite this, the manager could only offer to reduce our bills by £5 each. Given that we never received our food, this discount seemed wholly inadequate. For an event that cost £35 per person, the experience felt very poorly executed, and I would not recommend Bloom based on this visit. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve future themed events, so others don’t have the same disappointing experience.

Actually awful. Bottomless brunch. A HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL bottomless brunch. There has been 3 songs in an hour. Biggest joke known to man. Every single staff member has some kind of an attitude problem, when we’ve told them our concerns we just get nothing. Bring back revs because this place is abysmal. 1 hour and 1 drink. We’ve ordered stuff and the server just tells us to ‘order more drinks’ then blatantly ignores us because one of us has said something to him. Best believe we’ve walked out and not paid a penny. Booked a high school musical bottomless brunch at bloom Wigan. Firstly, we were left waiting for over 40 minutes before being served any drinks, which is unacceptable at a bottomless brunch where timely service is key. Secondly, despite the event being marketed as a High School Musical-themed experience, the playlist consisted of only six songs repeated over a two-hour period, which felt underwhelming and failed to create the immersive atmosphere we were expecting. To make matters worse, we did not receive any food for the duration of the event. This is especially frustrating considering that food was supposed to be a part of the package we paid for. After raising these issues, we were offered only £5 off our bill, leaving us to pay £120 for an experience that was incomplete and far below the standard advertised. Honestly wouldn’t bother. Better bottomless brunch options out there for the same or less than the price here. The fact that £35 includes one small plate only in the first place is ridiculous, but to not even be served that is beyond a joke 😂😂😂

Don’t bother going for brunch. Never got the food within the 2 hour time frame and we only got served 4 drinks, first 40 minutes we had no service. It was supposed to be a high school musical theme but only played 6 songs on theme. When we raised our issues we got £5 off the bill each.

Went for the bottomless brunch on a random Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t very busy so we would expect a fast service but instead we were waiting around 20 minutes per order (this was with empty glasses sat on the table). With something like a bottomless brunch where you have a set time to drink, you want the drinks to keep flowing. Food and drinks were nice but unfortunately the service was lacking. Wouldn’t book again for the brunch.

Wow what a place! Bloom you officially have my heart! ❤️ Tried this newly looking venue on Saturday for the first time and i finally found my little happy place. X2 serving staff was amazing on saturday, offered to deliver our drinks to the table, greeted by service and management staff! I was amazed at the transformation 🙌 Me and my Friends loved the venue and have all quickly agreed to revisit soon. I highly suggest you try the Nutella Martini 😍 Thankyou bloom, see you very soon x

Nice, great looking place. Unfortunately, the staff are inexperienced. 25 minute wait for one cocktail with bar staff using their phone to look up how to make the cocktail. No fault to the staff as they were working hard, but lacked the experience.

Food was absolutely fab, cocktails were absolutely amazing, service was 10 out of 10 couldn’t fault it at all very polite very fast and scenery of the venue was absolutely stunning would 100% come here every weekend better than anything in Manchester 😀

Really cute place. Mckenna made me feel extremely welcome and gave me some suggestions at some cocktails to try. I was anxious but the atmosphere made me feel very comfortable. I had a Nutella martini and it was delicious and really easy to drink. Will definitely visit again!!

Inside it is a really good atmosphere and nightclub! I would recommend it! But what I saw is that the bouncers and their ‘friends’ have a little clique and will eject anyone who does not fit.

Most expensive bar in Wigan £3 to get in might get a free shot most drinks are full price. I had a jd and coke double no idea what the coke was tasted like cheap pop. Nice bar but what a rip off AVOID

Lots of big banners outside saying Friday & Saturday nights, all night, £1 drinks. Costs you £3 to get in, then a you won't find anything that's £1 apart from some cheap tiny shot that isn't even 25ml. Scamming gits who ever runs this place. Avoid.

Great...proper drinks, not Watered down...top night out

Music was great and great decor but was served off alcohol but after a member of staff checked the dates on the alcohol bottles approched us apologised and sorted the problem out, could do with a menu on what is only a pound drink as it wasn't clear, security was fantastic but unfortunately alot of stuff going on in plain view so don't think we will return due to this reason .

Attended this bar many times and have always had a pleasant experience. The pub quiz is fantastic and led by a charismatic and funny dj. The lay out of the bar is brilliant. Ate pizza when i visted once and it was delicious and well presented! Will be coming every week for the pub quiz and £5 cocktail steins!

Another decent Wigan pub spoiled by the moron doorman that used to ruin jumping Jack's. Why anyone would want to employ this idiot when there are tons of decent professional doormen out there is beyond me. I recommend that anyone traveling to wigan from out of town choose another venue as your likely to have your night ruined by this halfwit neanderthal because your aftershave is wrong or your eyebrows are too long or your arms are too short etc ...bier Keller must be making serious money if they can afford to have that prat on the door turning away punters to satisfy his pathetic, child like power trip.... For god sakes do King Street a favour and get rid of him.

I was looking forward to this place opening up and unfortunately now that it has opened and I've been in a couple of times, all I can say is that this place is disappointing. Don't go in expecting it to be like a beer hall in Germany. Small, un-authentic, pricey, plastic glasses and a bit cheesy. It will become one of those 'Sticky Floor' places very quickly. Also, it only opens at 7pm, what is that all about?

Different to classic Bierkeller kitchens, such as the one on West Street in Sheffield, but still good. You can dance on the benches, have steins of decent German beer, and listen to slightly terrible throwback music. Couldn't ask for much more than that.
