Premier Inn Bedford Town Centre (Riverside) hotel in Bedford

Location was perfect for our event. Check in and out was smooth, room was clean and fresh, Breakfast was hot and plentiful, the staff super friendly checking everything was ok with our stay and if our breakfast ok. We will be back in May already booked 👍

We stayed here for one night for a hospital check up in Bedford for my elderly mother as it was a specialist one. The hotel was okay to stay in but I made the mistake of buying the breakfast as well. I have to say this is the worst breakfast I've had from Premier Inn with no Beans and no Bacon provided and some of the other food badly cooked. Butter was not in the little pods but put out by staff so not hygenic. The breakfast was a huge disappointment and we will not be staying at this branch of the hotel chain again.

Not bad, as described. The service was quite friendly and helpful. They always answered all the needs and questions asked. The room was clean, bed comfortable , towel and cups changed upon request. I didn't try the breakfast or the dinner, but I'm sure it was acceptable and reasonably priced, just a little more than the norm. I enjoyed five peaceful days of absolute relaxation, in and river view too good to reflect and start again while tasting your coffe. Excellent location in the centre, everything available and within walking distance of the shops and main attractions of Bedford.I apprecciate all,thank you.

It's much like any premier inn, room was tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Restaurant; evening meal poor. Selection very limited. More like hot snacks, burgers etc. Quality not all that. Breakfast everything either under or over cooked. It's a sad day when you can say. Loved the coffee machine.

The room was wonderful and when i needed some help with extending my stay, Sarah and Mandy were amazing, even with the slow systems. Great service with a smile. Definitely coming back for a relaxing weekend

They don't clean the rooms. Unfriendly staff. Not recommended.

Love everything thing about Premier Inn Bedford Town Centre. From Thomas the manager and all his staff it's a great experience. EXCEPT: I'd rather have dedicated showers in the rooms not slippery showers over baths. Very difficult to get into, use, and out of. Edit: it's been 14 months since we were there from New Zealand and I still miss P. INN Bedford.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. I can say that my room was clean and spacious, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and with bath tub. The location is very strategic because it's not far from the railway station (just 15 minutes walk). The negative side of my room was the lack of a safety box and a fridge for drinks. In general I say that I can advise this hotel for staying and visiting Bedford.

Shops very close restaurant walking distance river Bank enjoy watching birds Swan ducks flying swimming beautiful bridge to walk over people fishing its beautiful peaceful place Turkish restaurant asian foods 😀

No parking for large, tall vehicles, Multi storey only.
