Lovely beds as always but the hotel stank of vomit and none of the windows opened so was smelly and stale. Love Premier Inns so this was disappointing

It's 1am in the morning and I can't sleep because of the way I have been treated. Due to a genuine misunderstanding over prepayment (I'd given my card details when booking and had checked in and been given room keys, so assumed payment had been taken) I had two male members of staff knocking on my bedroom door at 10.20pm saying I hadn't paid. When I said I thought I had and I'd check and if there was an issue I'd pay in the morning. I was then told the police would be called. All this while I was in my pyjamas. I was duly walked to reception, still in my pyjamas to pay at 10.40pm on Christmas Night. I feel intimidated and distressed. So much for the Good Night promise.

If you want to be woken up in the night by staff knocking on your door on Christmas day telling you the check-in staff forgot to take payment and it can't be done in the morning or they'll call the police then I really recommend it. 🙄

Despite being slightly stretched being just before Christmas, the staff really went the extra mile in looking after us. Just one example, we hadn't taken all our food when we first sat down; Raakesh had some more brioches cooked from scratch when breakfast was officially over. The layout here is pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Love a premier inn. We grabbed an overnight stay for £59 whilst visiting a family member at Hillingdon hospital. Everything was fab except the parking which cost an extra £15 a night in the car park opposite and we had no pre warning of this. Street parking was limited to 2hrs. The parking knly gave you 3 options , 2hrs, 3hrs or 12 hrs so be warned it may not be cost effective in the long run. However without a car, Uxbridge Tube station os dead opposite the hotel which makes it especially handy if you wanted to explore London, see shows, or stay somewgere without paying London hotel prices. You are in the heart of the town centre so great shopping options. Primark was nice and big and just a short walk from hotel. Theres a bar and restaurant in hotel. We paid £10.99 for cooked breakfast and £8.99 for a continental which was worth it. ** Heads up though! If you do bring a car make sure its Ulez qualified or go online to pay the daily rate. My brother in law wasn't aware of this and got 6 fines for entering the zone each time he came back and forth to the hotel. As we were down there a week visiting someone in hospital he didnt know this until he arrived home and got the letters x 6 at £190 each!

Our room was 30 degrees, AC broken, and felt tired and dirty. The staff are over worked, shocking management having front of house man the reception, help as waiting staff in the bar/ restaurant and 1 chef on a busy Saturday. Half the EV chargers are broken. But nice to have BP pulse there.

I will not stay in this premier inn again. It was a really bad experience. Only stayed one night with my wife and daughter, but none of us had and sleep. The rooms are really really noisy. We were in room 7 and the door was constantly banging, the rooms don't have adequate sound proofing and the noise from upstairs was awful. After complaining at 130 in the morning, nothing improved. I use premier inns many times a year and this was the worst for sleep I have ever had. Having used the other premier inn in Uxbridge (which wasn't clean), we atleast got some sleep there. If you are given room 7, ask for another room, and take ear plugs.

“Had an amazing stay at premier inn slough—the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Perfect location with great amenities; I’d definitely stay here again!”

Used as a stopover on the way south, nice clean and modern Premier Inn, with a large restaurant.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. Windows do not open, so was extremely hot with 4 people. They said fresh air was coming through the rooms however was not. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. We found pieces of glass underneath the put up bed and in one of the duvets was a tooth! Very unhygienic. No fan in the bathroom so it got extremely steamed up and stuffy. Payed £5 for ultimate WiFi for 24 hours however it did not work whatsoever and was no signal at all in the area.

Stayed here for a gig at Wembley Stadium. Worked perfectly! One tube, about 10 -15 mins easy walk from hotel. Tube takes about 20 mins to Wembley, guess about 40 mins into central London. Other than that exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. Other than other gig goers, felt like an office worker location so was nice and quiet.

The rooms are very basic. Some of the staff are not interested in being there and one of the staff members was a little rude to say the least.

If internet is important to you, then you will struggle a little. The price is also high, they add VAT to the shown price.

If your a workman, don't stay here. 2 nights I was here at least 8 vans had been broken into, the man on the desk just smirks and smiles. They didn't even call the police or wake anyone up. It's a place for criminals. No police presence at all. Corridor constantly stunk and room wasn't clean either but mainly it's not a safe place. No barriers, and unprofessional staff.

Worst ever experience at a premier inn. 2 nights, over £300. What a rip off. Strange people wandering around the car park at night. Damp, filthy rooms.Too hot, no opening windows, no real hanging space, no desk space, no shelves. Utter rubbish - AVOID at ALL COSTS. Asked how our stay was and when started, the receptionist switched off and wasn’t really interested. Logged on and left this review as the place was so bad! You need to be warned Stayed at Prem Inn Craven Drive Preston on way home - what a difference. Clean, fresh, pleasant, friendly - interested staff!

Stayed at the hotel on 21/6 for a family funeral. Hotel is easy to find with a Sat Nav or goggle maps. Plenty of parking and disabled parking. Hotel was clean and tidy. The lady on reception professional and polite. Not much in the way of views from the hotel windows.

Rooms, service and location were all good. However the corridor in between the reception and our room smelled as though someone had vomited in the not too distance past and the smell was lingering…

I was very lucky here: my van wasn't broken into. But in the early morning there was a 50 ISH white bloke, short grey hair, about 5'10 eyeing up my van. He pretended to be a beggar when I approached and I let him know what would happen to him if he so much as touched the van. I drove off shortly thereafter. Would only come here again if driving a car.

Does what it says on the tin. The reception area makes you feel like you are entering a museum minimum security prison. Passages are dark and gloomy but rooms were pleasant enough. Large room with reasonable size desk. Huge bed that was very comfortable. Bathroom was adequate, I don’t like a bath and hate a shower in the bath, but that’s just my opinion. Bathroom was clean and well maintained so can’t really complain. Breakfast was to be expected. Not the greatest choice but better than nothing.

Ideally based hotel for getting into London without being in London. Just a 10 minute walk to town and the tube with a ride of 40 mins into central London. The hotel is fairly new and has loads of parking. The reception was easy and the staff were excellent and helpful. The restaurant is connected so no walking outside. The breakfast was really nice and cooked fresh, it's all you can eat full English and continental. Will be staying there again in the future.

Sadly, on this visit, our stay was not good, primarily for two reasons. The restaurant closed at 7.00 p.m. for "technical reasons". Really? We had to drive out to get dinner which is not the idea when staying in a Premier Inn. Disappointing. Next morning, the restaurant was reopened so we decided to have breakfast. The continental options were fine. The cooked options, without exception, were all cold. We were hungry, so we ate it, but I did mention it to the chef who merely looked vaguely surprised. We will go back, as this hotel is usually very good, but not this time unfortunately

Not good enough for £200 for two nights Air conditioning not great Difficulty using shaker bath tub Tea sachets and sugar sachets not refilled. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Don't accommodate Muslims as we politely requested breakfast to be served before 6am, our request was declined. To be honest I would not stay here again as me and my beautiful wife hated it. We love London Uxbridge just not this hotel. Not great value for money. Feel ripped off to be brutally honest.

Good straight forward business hotel but don't eat in the Beefeater next door. Go to the pub opposite or into Uxbridge

Even though it was crowded, this was easily one of the best airport restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the care they took with my gluten allergy (gluten free menu, separate preparation, cross contamination warning). Delicious food and quality service!
