The food is fair, but the customer service is miserable! I’ve been nice to staff every time I was in the store, but the single staff almost never greeted back, not even to mention offering bag or napkin! Very arrogant and even on the edge of discrimination! You might hate your job but customers have nothing to do with it! Please at least maintain the minimum level of dignity!

I have been a loyal customer of Pret since they opened in the 90s. I applauded their move to Veggie Pret that happened to align with my own switch to Veganism. I relied on them heavily when I got COVID. However, since then it has not been the same. Veggie Prets closed - and a real decline in any vegan food options across London, prices of simple salads soaring, patchy drink orders. It came to be that I only would come to Pret for a hot drink. I went to this Pret today, an old reliable to an empty shop, the lunch rush long over. I ordered a soya matcha latte, and walked away with it. I sat down, not touching the lid, and it split on me, revealing that the lid had not been applied properly, which in turn prompted me to lift the lid, as I felt it tasted odd - and found it to be warmish watery soya milk with a pinch of matcha powder in it - not a latte or a matcha in any sense of the word. This is now the end of my connection to Pret, somewhere that I was taken to as a child,. a place to get my breakfast coffee while at Uni, a pick-me up at work - if the quality is this bad, if simple service cannot be achieved at 4pm in an empty store, when can it be relied on to provide decent service? It's not what it once was, and this was the last straw. Au Revoir, Pret.

The service offered by staff is really poor. No napkins or bags were offered nor they were available in the condiment station. Very disappointed with the customer service offered. It's not possible to look out for these when in hurry

Usually quite good. The drinks that are made there are good quality, and better than most other Pret’s, and very consistent. However today was a big letdown. Went in and asked for an ice chocolate, which I had had earlier in the day, so they do offer it. Was informed that there was no chocolate. For a drink that is fairly uncommon it seems unlikely that they could run out. The attitude of the server was indifference and borderline contempt. More likely simply unwilling to make the drink. I left without argument, but very displeased Edit: The Pret team replied very quickly to my email, and apologised. Satisfied with result so changed rating from 1 -> 4 stars

Nice range of fresh & on the go sandwiches & wraps to choose from. & not to miss the coffees. With the monthly subscription at £25 you get 5 coffees a day at a gap of 30 mins which makes your commute within London good. More branches in Zone 1 & 2 of London. Not all stores serve the cold frappes so little disappointment there. All pret stores close early so you’re left with Starbucks or other franchises during late hours.

Completely unorganized. Too many people for the ad-hoc serving they use, it's too hard to keep track of who needs to be served first. They should adopt a name based system like Starbucks or something similar.

Allam was more abrupt than a dictator in removing us from our seat 45 minutes before they closed. Also they're mixing mops and buckets from different areas of the business - probably toilet mop for the kitchen floor.

The evening started great, but the attitude of the team left much to be desired. We had dinner, wine, and desserts, but throughout the evening, our conversations were constantly interrupted. We didn't even have a chance to finish our food before the manager came to us and said, "You have only 1o minutes left, so please leave this table." They then proposed seating us near the door instead. Beforehand, no one informed us about the limited time for the table. I don't recommend this place to anyone. @cecconisrestaurants

I used to love pret but just been in for a yoghurt. I'm sorry but what planet are you on to charge £4.45 for a berry bowl. Not to mention it's about 3 table spoons if berry sauce and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt topped with with granola. I use the term topped lightly as you have because the pots are now only half full. Needless to say I walked out and went to Leon.
