Pret a Manger in Tower Hamlets

Although busy, I was served quickly and courteously. A tray was offered and my coffee was prepared at once. My table was clean and I enjoyed my lunch. I noticed that shelves were being continually restocked from the kitchen. I couldn't see any toilets, so I gave 4 stars.

Understaffed which results in the place not being cleaned regularly and looking scruffy. Even flies. Image attached is of worn seating benches.

It is, I think, the largest Pret in Canary Wharf and one I invariably visit for a short but contemplative breakfast before attending the nearby East London Family Court. It’s always struck me as remarkably efficient given the large numbers of office workers attending especially early in the morning. Pre-pandemic there would be up to four powerful espresso machines at full stretch where only a couple at even Pret in Waterloo station are ever in operation. Even post-lockdown today all the seats at tables were taken. A fairly full selection of croissants, porridges, yoghurts, muffins and toasties available although still not my favourite ham and sliced boiled egg muffin only found at select mainline stations.

Estaba disgustado con el servicio que recibí hoy de este medio. . . Entiendo que estaban ocupados, pero la actitud del personal tiene mucho que desear. . . Fuimos a tomar un sándwich y beber, solo había 2 personas en la caja y el lugar estaba ocupado, entonces un "barista" vino de detrás del mostrador y comenzó a gritar sobre el distanciamiento social y tenemos que hacer cola en la puerta cuando ya había elegido hasta mi sándwich. . . . luego llegamos al mostrador y pedimos una bebida y nos dijeron que esperaran allí donde ya había 5 - 6 personas (sin distanciamiento social) y ella también fue muy brusca. . . . no volveré a usar este lugar

Terrible gerente llamado 'Jamie' que sigue culpando a los clientes. Además, al personal de Pret a Manger Cabot Square le gusta rociar sus productos de limpieza junto a su comida. . . ¡EVITAR!

Siempre he sido cliente habitual de Pret desde que empecé a trabajar en Canary Wharf. Su personal es muy complaciente, especialmente 'Babu', que se esforzó al máximo para asegurarse de que el café que servía es correcto y con una sonrisa en su rostro. Whilst out on a business meeting with a client, I was looking for a quick but hot and reviving Hot Chocolate. Pret A Manger came up with an excellent Hot Chocolate.

A small Pret outlet, handy if you've got a meeting in the building. Seating at a premium, usually very busy, tables dirty during my visit. Maybe just called at the wrong time.

This Pret is only a short walk from our offices and always find the staff very helpful and efficient, generally any ques are created by the customers not knowing what they want!

Menu for "hot" foods needs to increase dramatically.. most the sandwiches served cold are very dry and need looked into. Overall found the menu in NY better...

Very good apart from people using the tables to do work on the computer with a coffee and no where to sit

La salida del café todos los lugares comerciales en Londres, Pret hace un buen equilibrio de buen café y buena comida. Los bocadillos son siempre tan buena y cómo consiguen los cruasanes tan crujientes y luz? El café es bueno y es mejor para llevar, como el cargo para comer en parece demasiado. La zona de asientos parece un poco básicas y poco atractivos.

Estar en Doncaster significa 'Pre' t es un regalo cuando estemos en Londres, ya que no tenemos el placer de tener uno tan cerca. Me encanta la comida! Los tres restaurantes populares café/cafés en Londres: Starbucks, Café Nero y pret a director. De los tres, recomiendo Pret porque ofrece un excelente té/café y comida fresca a un precio asequible.

I always eat here when i am shopping at Canary wharf. If I am early enough I always go for the oats porridge which is nice and thick. The food for lunch is excellent and just enough for lunch. I always pick a wrap which has avocado in and have enjoyed all the different mixes with avocado.

Standard Prets menu but with a bit more space for seating. The food is consistent with all stores as with the coffee. Recommended.

I like the food here and visit often for lunch, if you want to sit here you can but its not quiet so be prepared for a full on mass at any given weekday lunch, the food is really good though so worth a visit

I absolutely love pret! I allow myself to eat lunch here once a week as it can be a little pricey. The selection is varied, balanced and delicious. I am fairly health conscious and find there is plenty here that is tasty and not horrifically bad for you (choc covered rice cakes). My favourite at xmas was the brie and cranberry baguette, I also love the salmon and baby kale superfood bowl although this is pretty expensive. I have also been fortunate enough to get a coffee on the house before!!

I prefer this place for buying on the go food when i am in rush. Their food is fresh, quality is good. I prefer their chicken sandwiches and wraps.

Was buying a quick lunch to eat at office. The staff asked me dine-in or take-away twice. I mentioned take-away twice. Finally, he gave me a tray to dine-in. I told him take-away again, and he blamed me not telling him previously........ridiculous....

Although extremely busy service was fast and staff worked hard and food was quickly replenished. Would go back for a quick bite to eat.

Had breakfast there twice quiet on a Sunday morning Monday morning very busy food was good and the place clean prices reasonable.

not so expensive but also to cheap. the sushi is very bad here. I would recommend to go to itsu, which is just on the oposite side.The soups of the day are very good. also the hotpot is ok.the smoothies are very tasty but of course you have to pay the price.for everyday food I cant eat here. not a lot of varaitions. Also for lactose intolerant and vegan people you cant find anything here to eat.All the vegetarian subs contain lots of fat (mayonese) or the sauce is made out of yoghurt.I normally justgo with soup or smoothies.

Near the marks and Spencer in Canary Wharf this is an early morning to late night Pret. Always seems to be busy and does the normal high quality fast turnover sort of fayre that the chain does, with lots of seating.
