A really lovely family Sunday lunch. A beautifully run pub restaurant. Delicious meal and wonderful, friendly and efficient service. Thank you.

A good lunchtime snack. Guinness was too cold even though it wasn't the icy one, travesty.

Stuart’s service was excellent! He was very polite and welcoming.

Slightly expensive but worth it

Always loved this place, never had a problem. But today.. had the lamb which was about 80% fat.. never again! Also trying to sit and have a quiet meal and all we could hear is a dog constantly barking. Not impressed and won’t be returning.

A very pleasant lunch. Staff adjusted the overhead lighting on request. Waiting staff very friendly and helpful. Food enjoyable.

Very strong smell in restaurant went to the ladies and the small was even worse in there .It spoiled my birthday celebration.

Great place to go for a treat. We had Sunday roast which was excellent. Booking advised.

Great gastro pub with excellent views opposite Kenilworth castle. Large car park which is free for people at the pub, you just have to register your number plate. The decorations in the pub are great and the food was fantastic and reasonably priced.

The food was delicious and the service was the best I’ve received in a long time. Our waiter Stuart was attentive to our needs, making sure we never had to ask for another drink and going the extra mile to bring us everything we needed. Friendly chat and top notch service. Thank you Stuart.

Lovely pub, food was all very tasty and staff was friendly. Food came quickly and loved the decor or the place. Large carpark which is free for customers and nice view of the castle over the road.

An excellent venue, great service and amazing food! We had our annual family event here, 50+ family members, 3 course meals and music. This was the second year we booked the Queen and Castle. It is quite a challenge to service 50 people and making sure all the course arrive for 50 people at the same time, piping hot and high quality. George (Manager) and Kylie from the Queen and Castel were brilliant in managing the whole evening. George even dressed as Santa for the kids. I had sea bass and I don’t eat the skin however was difficult to get the meat off as it was overcooked and a little dry. The sticky chicken starter was delicious however. My friends roast lacked in gravy so it was quite dry for her. The restaurant was busy and a bit noisy. It is a busy time of year so you have to consider this. I’d certainly visit again because I think when not as busy more attention to detail would be there.

Have just finished a Birthday celebration meal at the Queen and Castle, Kenilworth. Great quality food and whilst on the edge of Christmas, the service was brilliant. Carrie our waitress was fantastic and extremely personable with perfect timing to the needs of our evening. Highly recommend, 5 star.

Party of 5 (one gluten free) who had the festive Christmas menu. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Excellent and prompt service as well.

The pub was busy due to being near christmas and a few christmas parties going on but the atmosphere was good. Bar area ceilings a bit low but mind your head if tall but service was efficient. Did like the added raspberries to the ciders nice touch. Menu is slightly limited but the food we ordered was nicely cooked and we enjoyed the meal, especially the desert. The total bill for 3 adults and 2 children for mains and deserts and drink was just over £100 which wasn't bad. Car parking free just remember to input reg number on entry to pub. Service was great we had a lovely lady who dealt with all the random requests the kids had.

A lovely breakfast with Santa experience. Children loved it, they had a book off Santa and a Christmas themed activity sack with games and colouring etc too. Price included this plus their food and a drink. Adults had a choice of items. All food was great and so was service. Thank you!

Lovely meal very friendly staff and great company

This was the second visit our group made this year to the Queen and Castle. Once again our group was large with 19 people sitting down to lunch. We had pre-ordered the week before.However there were the inevitable changes as some people cancelled and others joined right up to them day itself Beth, Joe and all the team took it in their stride and could not have been more helpful. The very wide choice meant everyone found many dishes they liked The food was great and service was quick and efficient .Particular thanks to Beth again for sorting food for one of us who required gluten free Trevor Shaw. We went got a meal last Tuesday. The bar and restaurant have a nice atmosphere. The service by Caino was pleasant and attentive. The food (bangers and mash) was good. Recommended.

I had a non-planned dinner with my husband. I haven’t been to the Queen & Castle for a while. I was delighted to see Cain, who served us a few years ago, was back! He is charming, relaxed an attentive and made us feel special. The mushroom risotto was lovely. I would recommend the Queen & Castle.

This is a service I will never forget. Please ask for Cain who brings cocktails and EVERY alcohol beverage on time and helps you choose food on the menu when your not sure what to test....including where to go in the area for fun and entertainment. Visited here last Sunday on a recommendation I would recommend great quality food and lovely waiter ! Couldn't fault this place when in the area I shall return . Thank you ☺️

It was our first visit here and I was celebrating my birthday. Everything was excellent, my husband had the fish and chips which includeda huge piece of fish , chunky chips, minted peas and tatre sauce. I had belly pork and scallops with duphinoise potatoes. It came with a thin slice of my favourite pork crackling which was easy to eat. The pork was succulent, scallops tasty and well cooked, potatoe s not too creamy, just perfect. We both had a mini pud and coffee to finish off the meal. Waiter was knowledgeable, friendly without being ott. It was the perfect birthday meal.

A meal for my husbands birthday. We had 4 little children in our group. We were made to feel so welcome. The kids were made to feel special, which helped the parents relax! The food and drinks were delicious. We had an amazing area reserved for us which was cosy, elegant, and spacious. Thank you Queen and Castle!

Food was fantastic, full of taste and flavours. I had the harissa lamb rump, my fiancee had the blade of beef. Both were cooked to perfection. I would also like to comment on how well we both felt looked after by our waiter, Stuart. He was really accommodating and was a genuine nice guy. Could see he worked his socks off but still made time to come and have a chat with us both, it just added to such a comfortable experience for our anniversary.

Popped in for a pizza and a pint and had some exceptional service from Cain. Get that man a pint 👏

Dog friendly and one of the most affordable and tasty three course menu. 23 pounds for a great menu with a lot of choices next to the beautiful view of the castle. Really recommended.

This is a lovely, friendly place, with fabulous food, and the staff are always cheerful and helpful. Stuart gave us extra information to help us choose from the lovely menu.
