Red Fort Indian Curry, Pizza & Burgers in Warwick

Ordered a delivery to be told it would be an hour,which was not a problem. When the order arrived it was wrong. We phoned red fort straight away to be told we were wrong!After a discussion they said to return it when the replacement arrives in 30 minutes. After numerous phone calls and no answer after 2 hours we gave up and realised it wasn't coming. DO NOT ORDER FROM RED FORT

a very disappointing experience. Never going back after our first time. Food is clearly over processed. Certainly not fresh. Everything tastes the same, no flavour just overloaded with sugar. We Couldn’t make any difference between korma or butter chicken. Just pure sugar. As if they put buckets of sugar into everything. Not even worth the calories or the money. Tandoori deluxe - most expensive, contained ONE, I repeat: ONE king prawn which was more microscopic or just a baby one, than a king. Shame on them: such poor business. I wish it could come with a sugar warning. Most of it went into the bin. Feel like making a complaint to food standards agency. Stay away

i ordered extra extra mild rogan josh and it came very spicy, daughters mild korma sauce came spicy too and there was a black hair cooked in her nan bread. i contacted them to be told as it wasnt busy, so the chef didnt read my online message with the order about me wanting it extra mild , they agreed to change it, but it still was still a little spicy and mainly all sauce with about 6 small pieces of chicken. waste of money wont be using that take out again

Over sweetened, bland and generally quite poor food. Recommended on Uber eats but I wouldn't ever order from here again. The tandoori chicken arrived in a carton sat in about a centimetre of water, the curries were bland and the poppadoms were really badly cooked, in some places burnt in some places raw/dry. Poppadoms came with no sauces.

Absolutely terrible food, miniscule portion sizes and horrendous service. Order cancelled after 1hr35mins after we phoned and got told our food will be with us 20mins prior to them cancelling. Phoned them 7 times with no answer. Food ordered at 20.50pm Order accepted Phoned store 22.01pm Told food would arrive by 22.11pm Order cancelled 22.15pm We thought we'd give this takeout another go as we used to order from red fort before it changed hands 2 previous owners ago. When ordering chicken tikka, they slice each chunk of chicken into thin strips so you get maybe 2 pieces of chicken but sliced into 6 bites. Watery sauce and rice tub only filled halfway. Don't know why we even bothered giving them another go

I’ve been a long time customer but really disappointed with last order , I’m Ceoliac and told them to do everything gluten free as I have done many times before, they ring me up and say the order is not gluten free now so obviously I have no option but to cancel , they won’t even refund my order of £28 either as they said they supposedly prepped it in 5mins .

My friend ordered food for delivery, she enjoyed her meals To a degree however she had ordered garlic mushrooms for me since I don’t eat meat or fish, unannounced to us the garlic mushrooms were drowned in curry sauce and had prawns in it. This isn’t okay no where did it say that prawns were in the garlic mushrooms, I did consume some and I have an intolerance to them.If I was allergic this could’ve been deadly, highly disappointed

I don't ever get on Google to review restaurants but this was an absolute horror show. Got garlic prawn, chicken makhani and naan- only giving it two stars because the food wasn't spoiled. The makhani in particular was a right mess, they just mixed literal sugar into a masala that wasn't even fully cooked, I could taste the individual raw pieces. The garlic prawns had more mushrooms than prawn and for some bizarre reason they were drowned in a curry as well. I'd rather eat my shoe.

Red fort is the best! I have ordered from Red Fort lots of times so can confirm that they are super reliable. Their Paneer tikka masala and peshwari naan is the best I’ve ever tried. This dish is my favourite dish ever, so I tried lots of places in Leamington before realising Red fort was the best. Not only is the food always perfect, the owner is so friendly and clearly works very hard to provide great food. Thanks Red fort for the countless perfect orders and friendliness :)

Curry was horrible. Salt was the only taste. I had king prawn balti. My partner also did not enjoy and the nan bread was not right either

Ordered takeaway still being punished the next morning. Fish pakora i think but chicken jalfrazi was yuk most binned. Never again. Red Fort !!

Ordered through just eat! Never again will I purchase a chicken korma and plain nanns from here. The chicken korma was spicy there was nothing coconut about it and my nanns were burnt. Poor quality food. Very disappointed

Ordered delivery. Eventually arrived over 45 minutes late. Each time we phoned (×3) to ask of its whereabouts we were told ..."on its on the way - 5-10 minutes at most !" The food when it finally arrived it wasn't hot ! My Lamb Naga had turned into Chicken ! The Biriyani was watery ! The Naan was more like a crisp in the middle and leathery round the edges ! Rubbish food, rubbish service. If you have sense DO NOT BOTHER!!!!

Just ordered some curry once, but I wasn't impressed with the taste or presentation.

Ordered through Uber and waited and waited then noticed the uber delivery status disappeared from my app. Called Red Fort and they said as I order 2 mins before they opened the order had not been fulfilled! Would have been nice if they called after we waited nearly an hour. Food good generally but comms not great.

STOP MESSAGING ME I have unsubscribed multiple times, yet Red Fort continue to message me. If I wanted a curry, I will order. Although given the harassment, I will not be ordering here.

We regularly order from Red Fort and have always received great food. We recently also had an experience whereby they accidentally made the order the following day and upon realising the mistake told us to keep the food for free! Very generous people and delicious food! I find them particularly good from a vegetarian perspective as well as they've got a lot of options, including the ability to add paneer to pretty much any curry which isn't always the case with other local takeaways.

The best curries I have had since coming to the UK The Prawn madras was perfect The Rogan Josh lamb was beautifully cooked and tender Loved it What a way to celebrate my birthday Finding a new Indian delivery that does what it says Well done Next time if I have the courage a Vindaloo

We normally have a lovely takeaway from Red Fort but the last one was not really good. Ordered Chicken Sag which was more source little spinach and 3 small cubes of chicken.

My first time ordering from there. Seen on display sheesh kebab in naan for £3.90 and decided to try with my boyfriend. 15 minutes wait was fine, but we've been charged £11.90 I still don't for what. Food was tasteless and would never go back again. Very disappointed

I wouldn't go there all the time but when me and my mates need some food late at night. It's one of the places we go to as it's one of the best Chinese places in Leamington.

They advertise restaurant quality food to take away and I'd say that's a fair assessment. Food is great but a tad on the expensive side.

I'm not one to complain, but my partner and I were very disappointed with our curry this evening. It was swimming in oil, the meat in the chicken tikka masala was only 3 pieces. Loads of sauce which flooded the plate and was just like tomato sauce! The meat in the starter I have to say I wouldn't even like to think what it was. A possibility of beef, but it looked more like chewy cat leftovers. The nan bread was wet and sticky with grease, disgusting. We had to leave it, was too bad to attempt it, even as hungry as we were after a day gardening, and really looking forward to a nice curry.
