Red Leaf World Buffet in Sandwell

Food was not to the level it used to be. The price has increased to £24.00 per person. They have stopped doing the paneer starter, that was the best starter they did. The food service was very slow despite it being quiet. The usual dosa guy wasnt there and it seems like all the staff were new apart from one regular chef at the starter section. I asked for dosa, material was used tightly and the second dosa was empty despite ordering a paneer dosa. They will keep nagging you to buy a drink every 5 minutes to increase the bill. The indian main course was tasteless today. Not sure if ownership has changed but the food quality has dropped from what it used to be along with service. Hopefully better nextime but doubt i visit again.

Its really good restaurant, we really enjoyed. Food was delicious. Service was good. I really recommend to everyone. You should visit with your families or with your friends.

Amazing Did a big birthday celebration and staff was very co operative Of course food was amazing, probably best in the city They let us did complete decorations and made the day special. Would highly recommend going there for any occasion. Availability and parking is also of great convenience

It appears to be a good place on photo, but when you get there it's not .. the seats by the window all sting, waitress' not quite friendly as she insisted on where I should sit. Food didn't really taste great. Not sure to ever eat there again

Booked Christmas meal today, Disappointed with way treated. Asked to leave and tried to over charge us. Not happy telling my friends and family we have to go. Will not be booking and further functions here and tell others not too. We all went to the sportsman pub and spent over £300 there!!!!

Large restaurant with a lively atmosphere. There is a decent space for each table, so we didn't feel cramped. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu and giving advice around the spiciness or not of the dishes. The people in our party loved the food they had, one was a vegetarian and was well catered for. The food was flavourful and good quality. With the murgh malai tikka and chilly chicken tbeing great. Our vegetarian had the chilli paneer , tawa wali tikka , Decent value for money in West Bromwich .

The food was too spicey for me and not what I would call global unless the world has shrunk to India with a dash of China and a sprinkleling of very cheap pepperoni pizza Very disappointing to witness one of the chefs put his hand in one of the desert bowls and grab a handful and walk away eating. At this point, hygiene went out the window and i had to leave

Gone to Read Leaf for a long time sadly I suspect the business has changed hands staff had no direction from seniors I booked a table for my sons birthday what a disaster food was terrible we all ended up with upset stomachs ,happy birthday music was played before the cake came out no staff involvement at all ,all very disappointed would not visit again 👎👎👎

Disappointed with the food and the level of service from the staff. Kids were in the dessert section unsupervised picking up food with their bare hands and placing it as well as coughing... Food was also not cooked well.. Creamy chicken wasn't creamy it was oily and had a slime texture. The list can go on ..never going back again..

We had my daughter’s baptism lunch at Red Leaf this Saturday. I had an amazing experience. From the staff to manager to chef to bartender, everyone was so so co operative, welcoming and the nicest people I’ve come across. The Manager Ashmet was such a lovely lady. From the first step, helping us with choosing food items till the very last minute she supported us. The chef was such a loving man who gave us the best options. Over all, giving them a compliment is less for me and my husband. We had really appreciated them a lot and thanked them even after the event. Everyone had loved and complimented us about the food, venue and the bar. They had loved the atmosphere. We did mention to Ashmet, in the future if we have another event, we would be definitely coming back. Sherry and family.

They need to rethink there pricing structure how can u charge adult prices for a 10 year old absolutely disgusting , my daughter only had 2 slices of pizza a few chips as she wasn't hungry . £20+ pounds ridiculous obviously I wasn't made aware that a 10 year old is classified as a adult other wise I would have gone else where. Well I defo won't be returning as that has left a nasty taste in my mouth and also the prawns were most definitely OFF .

Staying in Mercure hotel 10 mins walk away and found d a great buffet. Arrived dead on ope ing at 5pm and lady advised not quite ready but would I like a selection of starters. Asked for meats and what a platter nice platter they brought out. Would recommend the kebab and the tikka fish. Will be back again when next in the area.

I went out with my friends, the food was really good. And I really enjoyed the service. Really liked the chicken curry , biryani. The starters were amazing, the malai tikka and the fish pakora was really yummy.

This should not be allowed here in the UK, Red Leaf Buffet are charging kids from the Age of 12 Years Old as Adults. I'm born and raised in the UK and a Child is a Child up until the Age of 16 Years Old NOT 12 Years Old How This Business can Legally Charge Kids Adult Prices is absolutely disgraceful. Also their Online Menu Prices are not correct the actual prices for under 12 and adults are considerably much more than they advertise on their website. Food is a little below average nothing special and the staff are miserable and not friendly at all. Someone needs to sort this issue out with KIDS FROM THE AGE OF 12 YEARS OLD BEING CHARGE AS AN ADULT !!! Red Leaf do some research on how old a child is a child until they become an adult here in the UK and then sort your prices out accordingly. Kids do not eat much at all this is a very Greedy move by yourselves and doesn't put you in a good light.

The chinese section does not taste like chinese food. The rest of the food dishes don't taste great. Disappointed. Only thing that was nice was a slice of pizza and beetroot.

We used to go here quite a bit, but after tonight’s visit, we shall not be going again. On arrival they had a big bouncy castle inside the food area, so you can imagine the noise. I feel this should have been advertised on their website and then we wouldn’t have gone. The parents let their children run around unsupervised. I watched one child lick the ice cream scoopers used to get your own ice-cream. Now OK after I reported this to the manager, she replenished the scoops. Then I witnessed a child pick up a dessert, he obviously didn’t like it and spat it out onto the dessert display. Again I reported it and all I got was ‘I’ll tell the parents and I am sorry’. But what made it even worse, she never took all the desserts away to replace them. How disgusting. We won’t be returning. She said the bouncy castle was going to be there during weekdays. So beware, if you want a peaceful meal, you won’t get it during the week!

I went to Red Leaf on Monday with my family and I must say the service was expectional! The tall young male gave good customer service and made sure we were happy with everything! I would 100% recommend going to Red Leaf

Really bad costumer service that bar girl do not have sense how to talk with customers even manager is not happy to see customers we asked them to give us a table on side because we have kids with us people come to enjoy so if they shout then nobody would disturb from us first they refused us to give a side table for 10 people even they had kids of tables available there, customers come to pay you for your services no one come to eat free, that bar girl and the manager girl they need to change them. Because after 10-15 minutes talk we 11 people left from there and went to boars head buffet and there service is 100% better then this bufffet. Not recommended

Food was really good only thing to let this place down is the dessert section, no choice and a chocolate fountain that's had its day.
