The Interceptor in Sandwell

I went with my 6 year old child and my friends and her kids , . They got sons food amd the pasta was quite stale it wasn't soft. It wasn't fresh . I complained amd the staff got me another bowl of pasta and she took 10 minutes to come . My son got fed up of waiting and he got so upset. The staff didn't apologise for being late and my son didn't eat his food becuse his food was late . Absolutely disgusting service . I will never go back there again. Horrible service . Waste of money

Luke was an absolute pleasant gentleman, offered great service and clearly does his employment with passion, offers help to those who need it, brought warmth and sunshine to a cold day

Haven't been here in a while as the food and service went downhill but went today and the food was lovely and the service was also very good.

Food came pretty quick but sausage wasn’t cooked properly on the breakfast

I come here regularly with work to take individuals with additional needs for breakfast or lunch, I have also brought my children here before. It can be hit and miss sometimes I have come and the food hasn’t been very good. But overall it is good! It’s disability friendly and child friendly. Good discount on blue light card. Over all it’s good

A family friendly pub at the centre of West Bromwich. Food is average what you can find in any pub. Service is very good though. Recommended a stop-by when you shop in town centre.

Fantastic service. Ordered using app, meals delivered in timely fashion. Asked for a teaspoon which was delivered quickly. The cutlery tray could do with a bit of tlc but other than that Fantastic service.

Had the lamb kofta, Delish! Would highly recommend. Lynn was a lovely friendly server. The bar staff were fabulous.

The only downer to our experience was the music. It was quite depressing, especially for that time of morning. But as for service and food, no complaints!! Thanks Tammy & Sam for your polite service😊

Pre booked a table for 8 , on arrival we were told there would be a delay with the food due to lack of staff, 1 hour and 40 minutes later still no food , when it did arrive it was a Iceland turkey dinner ie frozen roasted potatoes,and frozen Yorkshire pudding, and turkey roll, not real turkey when we complained about the sevice, we did receive a complimentary free drink, needless to say we won't be dining at Interceptor again.

Had breakfast with family today. The chef don’t now how to cook egg, every egg but one was slimy n raw on top. Bacon had more fat than meat and the staff member rolled her eyes when asked to cook egg more. Chef even said as yolk broke they couldn’t do anything for us.

Amazing pub grub, its your standard greene king food which is nice and simple food and have some nice little booths with TV’s to watch for the kids and privacy to chat to each other, will go again, hannah castle was very helpful also

Visited Interceptor today for a Christmas Festive turkey dinner and Apple and Black cherry crumble . Really enjoyed the roast dinner and pudding . Quick service to the table , friendly staff especially Lynn asking if enjoying meal and clearing away cutlery from tables. . Will return . Sue Seward , John Reznik .

I had food poisoning from eating turkey- do not eat here - tables dirty and roast potatoes like rocks and carrots very hard and also had top from tomato ketchup in food

Had a large table booked for a Christmas party the staff were very welcoming and even though there were quite a few of us there the wait wasn't that long exceptional food and drinks.

Food was nice and hot when delivered, staff was very friendly and pleasant. However was a bit disappointed with the 8oz steak sizzler was a bit flavourless but every else was absolutely delicious would highly recommend.
