Ribeye Steakhouse in Birmingham

The staff at this restaurant are exceptional! My friend reserved this spot for his birthday and graduation dinner, and we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The manager was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality steak with a touch of luxury.

The steak was very average here. It's another place where you pay for the experience more than the food.

Good looking place No heating inside I was visibly shivering and clattering my teeth Extremely overpriced and underwhelming mains, what you see in the picture below cost £150 !!! Small portions and basic flavours. Limited dessert menu, Only positive was my ribs starter and the pins colada which was the best drink I’ve ever had. We had the Sunday lunch, food was not that great, definitely not worth the price of £35 each when all you get are small portions and the food comes out cold, some of our food such as the parsnips came out burnt. The service was not good, staff looked as if they didn’t know what they were doing for example me and my partner ordered a coffee and it took over 30min for it to come and it wasn’t even busy, when asking staff for the bill they looked confused as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Had the chocolate bomb for desert but it wasn’t nice; the salted Carmel was burnt which made it taste awful. The only thing nice was the interior itself but apart from that I would definitely not recommend, especially for how expensive it is, there are so many better places in Birmingham.

An incredible experience on my sister in laws Birthday last Sunday afternoon. The Sunday lunch sharing platter was very tasty and flavorsome. Staff were pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. First time visit,but certainly will not be the last. An absolute goldmine of a restaurant. Amazing staff with food and drinks to match. We held my sons wedding party here and the whole experience ,deco and day was made even more beautiful by every single person who worked here. We could not fault the service and how accommodating they all were nothing was too hard to do. The whole feel of the the restaurant with beautiful touches of flowers and lighting was an experience that made it even more beautiful. Thank you all to the best team ever 💙

Our family hosted a nikkah here, best staff, aesthetic and place we could’ve asked for! Helped out last min, super accommodating. Raks and Imaan were so so helpful and everyone was lovely. Food was AMAZING and on time 10000% recommend, thank you for making the day so special 💗

Soon as we entered there was a funny smell also as we seated the smell was getting stronger. Which totally put us off . The steaks were chewy and I asked for well done I had received it as if it was medium will not be attending agaim

Steak was good pricey we don't mind but they don't sell alcohol. Just found out when we asked for wine list and told us they don't sell alcohol which 4 of us was very disappointed. We like our our steak with wine or alcohol. We even asked if we can buy our wine outside and bring inside the resto they said "NO" not allowed. Too bad it would have been the best Steak if wine available or we are allowed to bring our wine wich the shop just around the corner 😞

Amazing.best halal steakhouse I have ever been to, and I eat out every weekend. Came here for my birthday Defo will be returning. Helpful staff, amazing atmosphere, decor and cosy. Food was so on point, from perfectly medium rare Ribeye steak , to the lush bone marrow, perfectly fluffy Crispy chips, and the smoothest mash in the world. Let's not forget the tasty beef jus.

Cena decepcionante. El bistec estaba bien, pero toda la experiencia era caro y hay mucho mejores lugares para el mismo dinero. Todo es extra - lo único para el precio en el menú es el filete. Se sirve en un plato frío y luego se coloca en una mesa de mármol para que todo esté frío en un par de minutos. Luego un cargo de servicio del 10% para que lo lleven a 10 pies mientras dejan bastante claro que no querían. Para colmo, es un lugar libre de alcohol por lo que ni siquiera puede tomar una copa de vino para animarse. Ni siquiera tienen agua del grifo (requisito legal), lo que era una pena dada la salinidad de los hongos ahora fríos. Hay docenas de lugares cercanos con mejor servicio y mejor comida, por mucho menos dinero. Podría haber sido encantador, pero no lo fue.

Such a nice experience, lovely food and such friendly staff such as Queenstar who was front of house, highly recommend this place.

The bbq beef ribs were 10/10!! I could have 3 plates of it and not get tired😮‍💨 Sophia was an amazing waitress! She made the experience great with her enthusiasm and friendliness. All staff were very helpful and can hold a good conversation. Definitely coming again!

My visit to Ribeye was absolutely lovely!! We came to celebrate my friends 21st birthday. The waiting staff were very friendly, specifically Sofia and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend!!!

After placing our order with the waitress we were waiting nearly 45 mins for our food. we asked for an update as food was taking too long to come and guess what food order wasn't put through 🙄. A lame ass apology from the a guy who was probably the manager. Didn't stay to reorder anything so god knows about their food.

Had a brilliant experience at Ribeye Steakhouse in Birmingham! The setting was warm and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. I ordered the ribeye, and it was spot on, tender, packed with flavour, and cooked exactly as I’d asked. The sides and sauces were also fantastic. I would definitely recommend:)

I regret my choice. I choose this place over Fazenda to try but it’s a total disappointment. Ribeye was not tasty, it was chewy and not tender. It was served on cold plate which made my experience worse. Couldn’t enjoy bone marrow also. Would never go back.

So because of the exquisite flavours and presentation of the food I rate this place a solid five. However couple of criticisms, 1). We were forgotten about after our starters therefore was a lengthy wait for our mains. 2) atmosphere could have been a little more intimate, perhaps dimmer lightening and a different choice of music ? Apart from this, I can not fault the amazing food, the bang bang chicken was had quite an overpowering sauce, but was lovely, and the cod loin was phenomenal with dauphinois potatoes, and the pompeii punch had a stunning combination of coconut and pomegranate flavours. An absolute must try!

No es un mal asador halal Birmingham (como nos falta en la ciudad). Pero definitivamente hay margen de mejora. El filete de mi compañero tuvo que ser enviado de vuelta, desafortunadamente. Pidió medio -raro, y llegó prácticamente todavía moo- ing! Sin embargo, el equipo fue muy útil y esta cuestión se corrigió lo antes posible. Tenía la carne de Wellington. ¡Este suele ser mi plato favorito, así que tengo grandes expectativas! La pastelería era preciosa, y el paté de setas era agradable, también. Pero la carne estaba seca (y sabía como si no tuviera condimento). Qué pena. La verdura al vapor que tenía a un lado era excelente, sin embargo - muy ajoso y mantequilla. Nuestros cócteles eran un poco carentes de brillo. No está mal; pero no es algo que justifique el precio elevado. El equipo de FOH era todo amable y servicial. Aunque algunos de ellos no tenían los mejores conocimientos sobre comida y bebida (dejamos esto a la falta de experiencia, ya que todos parecen muy jóvenes) - fueron muy agradables de hablar y crearon un ambiente agradable. Con todo, decente. Aunque no estoy seguro de si volvería a gastar otras 200 libras... Necesita un poco más de finura en general.

Ok so this place is one of those places you save for a birthday/anniversary or something special. It was really boujee 😍 This steakhouse is situated in a really nice place. A multistorey Carpark is close by so theres no hassle with the car. Love love love the atmosphere and deco. We didn't make reservations for a Saturday night and managed to get a table quite easily. I believe they reserve the front section for walk ins. The place was still quite busy. For starters we got dynamite prawns which were lovely. The sauces paired with it were delicious. Steaks range from £55-100pp. The butter, sauces and sides are all extra. They didn't serve tap water which was a bummer but otherwise everything else was perfect. We ordered the 2 different steaks - creekstone and wagu cooked medium. The wagu being the more expensive one was definitely worth the money. We paired this with Rosemary fries and truffle fries. Both were really nice sides. I wasn't a fan of the peppercorn sauce, it wasn't terrible but it didn't blow me away. Overall would go again. I nice addition to the midlands. I would recommend

Came here as a birthday treat with high hopes and expectations but we were so disappointed. Firstly, the waiters were incredibly inattentive and we were left waiting ages to order our food and to pay the bill at the end. We didn’t know where the waiters were half the time as they were nowhere to be seen, so couldn’t even get their attention. Secondly, the quality of the food was so poor and absolutely not worth the price, especially for a “fine dining” restaurant. I have no idea why everything on the menu is so expensive, from the steak down to the chips the food was such low quality. I ordered the ribs and they didn’t have much flavour at all, and the wagyu steak was a huge disappointment. Tasted no different than a regular steak. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. It’s a shame as the decor and the vibe of the restaurant in general is nice. I’d recommend re-training your staff and not cheaping out on your food.

Birthday celebrations. Definitely worth the journey for Sunday lunch. Big shout out to our server Sadia who was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff went above and beyond. Food was absolutely amazing.....photos to follow

First time at the Ribeye, excellent food, excellent service

All our starters were nice. 4 of us ordered different starters and they where prepared fresh. The star of the show was my Beef Wellington... it tasted amazing... all my mates had different cuts of the steak and was very tender and nice. One recommendation, the mix veg sides, had no flavour, just tasted bland... do something to it guys, be alittle adventurous 😉

Tuve el entrante picante de costilla corta, seguido de una T- hueso y lados de espinacas, papas y hongos de ajo. Tengo que decir que la comida era excepcional, aunque decepcionado por el cobro de £ 3. 50 por dos pequeñas perillas de mantequilla de ajo y el costo de la pequeña limonada sin alcohol parecía muy alto. Estas cuestiones secundarias no restan calidad a la comida en general, fue excelente. Como familia iría desafiantemente de nuevo, con la única reserva siendo los pequeños problemas como se destaca. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que disfrute de buena comida y un gran ambiente.

❌AVOID❌ I ordered the lamb chops (there were 3) and my friend ordered the steak. We both threw up after and felt really queasy. The food was nicely presented but gave us food poisoning. The salad was messy to eat, would’ve been better in a bowl.

Had a table of 8 girls booked in for a meal, we ordered a good few bottles of wine and had lots to eat, the food was fast and very very tasty. Staff were quick and friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves. Reasonably priced and great for a larger group of people as it’s very spacious and you don’t feel like your being too loud

This is our second visit. The ambience is great, the restaurant wasn't busy at all which made it all the more enjoyable. Our food was served hot and tasted amazing. The husband ordered a Creekstone Steak and I ordered a Cod Loin. We were served by Alia who was very helpful, down to earth and willing to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend this place, the food and service have been exceptional on both visits. Also want to add that the establishment has great disabled facilities too.

Fui con mi hijo que tiene 1 y un puñado de amigos. 1 ) Se le dijo que tuviera que colocar la silla de paseo en un área (fuera de la vista) 2 ) Se le dio comida a un niño (no era de un niño y no era lo que estaba en el menú, aunque me dijeron que sí) 3 ) Lamentablemente, el servicio de ppl no parecía estar bien informado de acuerdo con su propio menú, la comida. Great food, no Alcohol served on the premises.

I am afraid Ribeye did not live up to expectations. Went for a pre concert steak so was somewhat tight for time and was decided on the spur of the moment. First impressions were great, friendly staff and attentive but a steak restaurant is about the beef and the sides! Now the chefs need to be educated if you are going to charge £30-£40 for a steak and £6 a side. We ordered 2 fillets and sides and I can only say that the steaks were not medium rare they were well done but even then they were a little flavourless, needed a really good sear in butter. The sides were disappointing, creamed spinach was watery and not reduced the cream so it was insipid. The best thing about it was the sweet potato fries. At £115 for two it stings. Management gave us drinks for free and the staff were actually great. Unfortunately won’t be going back.

It’s a great spot if you know your steaks, came here with my friends and the food was amazing worth all the money, the decor is beautiful definitely worth the pictures. I got the creek stone ribeye. Was getting well done but got recommended to go lower and it was absolutely amazing. The mocktails were really nice. Thank you to Archie for looking after our party great service everytime.

Heard a lot of mix reviews about this place and I don’t really like taking people opinions so had to try it myself so took my friends out for a meal, from walking in yes the place looks nice, and the staff where really friendly and took us to our table, from reading the menu and making my mind up what I wanted the waiter completely made me choose something else even to the point how I would liked it cook was his opinion again, the sides where average and noting special, I ask about the mac and cheese was dead and one thing I love the most is lamb chops and was over hyped again saying they stir fry nothing special, I don’t mind paying over the odds but I expect that wow factor which their wasn’t any even to a point where we was eating one of my friends finished his meal and the waiter was eager to clear the whole table where I started to rush my meal that’s not nice and stop the where you from question was asked that like 4 times 🫢.. for the price paid I won’t say it’s fabulous but I shall I the near future try you again hope it’s a better experience

service was second to none with the staff actually caring about the atmosphere they create for you. special shout-out to managers sufyaan and raks who made extra effort to get involved with customer level service and made a very accommodating environment. Just got back from Ribeye with my daughters after treating them with what I can only describe as the best steak we have ever eaten.The decor looked amazing and the staff were so friendly.I hope I have spelt your name right but Sadia was very friendly and helpful which made our experience that bit more special.Expensive but this is quality food and will gladly eat here again!

I recently dined at Ribeye and had an amazing experience. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection which was juicy, tender, and bursting with flavour. The desserts were the perfect ending to a wonderful meal, indulgent and beautifully presented. The highlight of the evening was not just the food, but the outstanding service provided by the team. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the evening memorable. I highly recommend this place for a delightful dining experience!

Food OK but nothing special, it certainly doesn't reflect the price charged. The music was very loud, such that the waitress misheard one of the orders, and yes she did read it back but because of the music I could not even here myself talking. Once the wrong order come and we said it wasn't right the manager said that it was already cooked so what could he do. I didn't argue because I didn't want ruin my son's birthday. The waitress, also started taking plates off while my youngest was still eating his chips. Certainly won't be going again. Disappointed as didn't get what was portrayed in their social media page.

By far the best Sunday dinner I’ve ever had out in a restaurant. Both the food and the service were flawless. Restaurant is beautiful and the chairs are comfy.

Went with the wife for the anniversary dinner. First thoughts were that it looked very high end. Ordered the creekstone ribeye for £38 and wife ordered the new £32 lamb dish. We both really liked what we got. Young waiter was very nice and served us in a very friendly manner. We got the chicken cheese globes starters which were really nice. For sides, wife got the mac and cheese and really liked it and I got the rosemary chips which weren't really up to par with the steak quality but still fine. I think presentation-wise the dishes were fantastic. The creekstone ribeye was really good and melted in the mouth. Though the restaurant is very strict on HMC and no alcohol, there is music blasting quite loud - it was hard to hear my wife sometimes. After all the effort to make it as halal as possible, even going further than almost all other steak places, they put music high volume. Cmon akhi don't give up the barakah to implant the one thing that can singlehandedly erase Quran from the heart of a person into your customers. Re drinks: The mojitos were good but the Manchester Bee felt like it was maybe only a few sips for 8 quid.

Really recommend this place especially for special evenings and celebrations, although you'll find similar food at other brum spots, Ribeye is certainly an elevated experience and has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and a beautiful dining space. Shout out to Aaliya who was super nice and sweet. We've come here many times and loved it every time thank you ✨️✨️

Went down to Ribeye Birmingham to try the new Sunday roast and it was amazing, food and drinks were served quickly, it was delicious the waitress Sadia was very attentive and friendly. It’s a must try.

Just wow! We really enjoyed the ribeye Aberdeen Angus steak it was well seasoned and just melted in my mouth! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating towards us, they went the extra mile and even brought dessert to the table with a sparkler, it’s the little things like that which make a great experience! Thank you to Sufyan who is the store manager he is very humble and kind as well as Mr Rax! I will be returning soon to experience such a mesmerising and elegant atmosphere :)

This place was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint, the atmosphere, decor, was amazing. But the highlight was the service and the food. Absolutely amazing, 10/10!

Been to this place three times, each time was terrible but kept giving them the benefit of doubt and came back again to give it another try. I wont be returning again though. Each time I ordered my steak medium rare but on all 3 occasions its come out medium. I am too nice to complain and send it back but taking into consideration the price they charge I should have made a fuss and sent it back. At these prices they should give attention to detail and cook it correctly.

Worst place ever to eat from, food was not cooked to how we wanted it to be. staff are also very rude I don't know who they think they are, had a waiter who kept walking away from us. Niece came here a while ago too told us a chap making drinks was really rude to her friends they need to work on their customer service skills. Just have the name of a fine dine restaurant keep up to it

Awful experience. Had the audacity to charge for TAP WATER when they had provided a sparkling water bottle so were clearing just filling the bottle up from the tap and then the manager said the water was filtered hence why the bottle said sparkling. Our tomahawk came out well done when we had specified medium rare. Took ages to come out, customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The quality of the food has gone down hill since they first opened. Over priced and low quality. Service was slow. Staff seemed to be conversating between themselves instead of serving customers. It looks like staff have changed over the last 2/3 weeks so the customer service level has gone down. The place doesn’t have the same aura as before.

Ordered the Fillet which was cooked to perfection. Was serviced by the lovely Sadia who took care of us. Amazing service.

Four of us going out for a birthday meal, thinking this would be a really good place to eat. However, it ended up a letdown. Restaurant looks lovely on the outside and on first impression. However, the atmosphere was just uncomfortable in there as the music went between non-existent, super quiet to loud. The food was not good. You would think a place which calls itself a Steakhouse would have a good selection of steak knives... apparently not! I feel like it would have been easier to cut the beef straight from the cow as the knives were beyond dull. Sides were quite poor and underwhelming. Steaks themselves were okay, albeit a bit on the thin side and a bit overly fatty. Had to go to McDonalds afterwards to satisfy our hunger! The main good thing were the staff - they seemed very friendly and kind of attentive. We ended up reading the bill about ten times as we assumed they were going to bring us the card reader a short while after, but apparently not! Will not be returning!

Upon entering Ribeye, we were all really impressed with the decor and style of the restaurant The staff were really welcoming and seated us right away. We were unaware that the restaurant was alcohol free…..but it was better for it! The food was incredible, just as Sufian the manager had assured us. And the mocktails were divine! We all said upon leaving, best steak we’ve ever had. Creekstone Fillet rare for me melted in the mouth, and the spartan salad was refreshing and a very good serving size. Really recommend for a special night out.

Had a lovely meal, delicious! Service was fantastic as well. Only comment would be the music.. it was very loud so we really struggled to hear the staff.. and wasn't really appropriate for the setting.. don't really want rap or pop music blasting when I'm having a night out with my wife.. it just felt a bit out of place.

The service was excellent and polite staff. Interior of restaurant is very posh and well designed. Food was also good but it is quite highly priced and there was a 10% service charge. Enjoyed the walk near the canals after the meal. Had steak and lamb with chips. Glad I went there but be prepared for the higher charges as it is a restaurant at Brindley Place.

Enjoyed a great meal Saturday night, with two of my friends. Service was incredibly polite and attentive. They were also very happy to move us to an empty table that we preferred. Food came out promptly and to a very high standard. The T-bone was perfectly cooked and the mushroom sauce paired perfectly. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Waitresses clearly having personal relationships with other staff members which spoils the ambiance with audible personal bickering and tantrums on the floor. Great food which sometimes fluctuates in taste. Nice decor often spoilt by music choice. Great potential ruined by staffing choices. Could be great but not at present.

Try the ribeye for £35. With bone marrow butter. No sauce needed, with the chips, and ribs for starters. Pure food heaven, in every single mouthful. With a karma cola, you will eat good and stay on the right side of life. Just try it and thank me later. Easily the best steak in Brum. Also thank to all the great staff, especially Aliya who is like Mary Poppins with kids. Thank so much for the best birthday meal in 30 years!

Amazing food quality and taste. It’s halal The resturant has a luxurious feel to it , very clean, warm and inviting also. Highly recommend it .

The ribs were great, the tbone was massive and was soft when cut through, simple clean and tasty! good service and a simple menu to choose from
