Hadn't been for a few years, and had forgotten how tasty their food is, fast service with a QR code, friendly staff, good portions and all perfectly cooked...

Big shout out to Joseph for his excellant customer service every time we go. It does not matter how busy he is, he has a ready smile and a very polite way about him. Out eldest son has special needs and Joseph has a great rapport with him. Joseph listens to what he has to say and makes him feel important. It is a great family feel restaurant. We always love the food whenever we come as well. That chicken is always so good. The desserts are so delicious!

Food was usual Nandos quality. However, the portions are getting smaller. Service was OK.

Of course great food, excellent staff, especially as issues had occurred again regarding payment on the nandos app. Last time at a different nandos, the order did not go through to the tills but the payment had been taken, I was told to pay again, resulting in a total of £90 leaving my account at once for something that would have cost £45 . The lady at that nandos said that I would recieve a refund in 2 working days, which of course did not happen which then ended up taking 3weeks to sort out. The staff at the Twickenham nandos said that they would never ask for another payment as they could see the transaction had been made. This made my day all the better! Super friendly staff and logical

Food is hit and miss in this Nandos branch. The points card machine is always broken it seems. I was told to take the receipt and bring it next time to get the point added. I went there last night and ordered. Point machine broken again. I had to remind the manager twice to add my point manually. I also asked him to add my point from my receipt. He promised me he would but totally disregarded what I asked. Very rude. Go to Nandos in Teddington for a much better dining experience Why do the staff always ask for a 5 star review when the service and food are substandard.

Very disappointing branch - it makes sense they are quiet. Ana Maria serving is clueless and unhelpful. I had to double check everything as she forgot to scan my Nandos card even though I showed her my card. I’d dread to think what happens when there is more than one person in the queue.

Love my Nando’s. Have eaten at many different stores. Even did some grilling in my youth. But never had a bad thing to say. Until this store. 2 visits in a row. Both terrible. Food wise. First visit I put down to “maybe they just having a bad night “ but don’t believe this to be the case now. Nando’s. Sort it out. You’ve got it right every were else. What’s with this store and those in charge.

Food and service was excellent as always. I wish they would sort out that bloody faulty front door!!!

Arrived at 9.30pm, the closing time is 10pm. Staff members ignored us at the door for several minutes. we could see the kitchen staff preparing food and chicken at this time and two of the staff having a chat leaning on the ordering desk customer side. At this point a different worker addresses us finally and informs us that there is no longer table service. This is not a problem, we were offered to order takeaway before closing. We then go up to the desk and the staff member ignores us and continues chatting to his friend for a period of time before moving over to the till side of the desk. We then give our order after he asked “what do you want”, no greetings or niceties. He then says “oh there’s no chicken” with no follow-up from that or apology. A Nando’s that has run out of chicken seems rather ironic. Seems pretty futile. There were people who had just received a plate of chicken sat next to the desk and we could see chicken on the grill being prepared. The general atmosphere was very like lacklustre, unapproachable and customer service seemed like they didn’t like Customers

Very disappointed with Nando's. It used to be good, but this time the food was terrible. The chicken was dry and old, and the garlic bread was hard and burnt. Really not the quality I expected. I won’t be returning. Staff were nice enough though, unfortunately it was take away otherwise I would have sent the food back.

Chicken wasn't usual nandos quality, and my a** hurts so bad after sitting on those horrible rock/cork chairs, who's idea was that seriously

Joke of a service. Ordered delivery, took 1hr 15mins after continuously changing the arrival time and guess what, they delivered the wrong order. Customer services said can't be redelivered. Not the first time it's happened with this restaurant and will now be the last we use them. How hard is it to put the right order number on the right bag!

Awful experience honestly. Had to wait ages to be served. (Sat ourselves, due to just being ignored at the door) it’s not the ritz and the lady apologised for this so I wasn’t that fussed. The manager was pouring with sweat, which is just off putting given he’s handling food. We have allergies so the manager had to take our order. Appreciate the attention to detail with handling allergies (hence why we come choose Nando’s majority of the time) however I watched him handle the till, handle chicken and then come back and take our order - hygiene is 0. The kids meal was served smaller than the Chiswick branch? Not sure why but that was frustrating. Wanted sauce and was told they were taken by other tables and to ‘ask myself’…. Just strange. Won’t be visiting this branch again. Avoid if there’s one closer to you, or try the Chiswick one 10/10 customer service ALWAYS.

Staff are really nice and food is great!

No vinegar which was annoying, tomato sauce all empty, this was at 17:00 just as they opened. Service was good and food was good

I went here on a Saturday night before I could sit down the the food was ready pre cooked very dry I asked the guy to change it he replaced it with chicken smorhered in sauce terrible I love nandos will not go to this Twickenham branch again still waiting for a voucher for 2 weeks never received bad management

One of the worst Nando’s I’ve ever been too. The Garlic Bread was terrible. It was extremely hard, it looked like the bread was not baked properly. The last time I came in I had issues with my wing roulette were extremely hard as well. It looks like it’s not fresh and been stored and used for days.

Had a great experience at Nandos as I hadn't been there in years... Greeted by a lovely hostess who brought me to my table and explained the ordering system (either QR code or at the counter) and the menu. Had the chicken wrap with extra hot sauce which was perfect for me as I love a bit of spice! The service was attentive and friendly and id recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a chicken fix!

Had a lovely meal with family and friends 🧡 After the south africa 🇿🇦 vs wales rugby game . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great food as always . Keep up the good work . Will be back soon again

My eyes were almost closed so tired was I from trudging through the fast falling snow, my hands so stiff with cold that I could barely hold onto the lamppost I fell upon, my heart sank and the feeling of total failure came over me. 'This is all my fault' I murmured to myself, bitter with regret. My life had all but collapsed around me so set upon pursuing my career, my wife and children had long since left for a better life, how could I blame them? Not once did I try to show them that they matter more than my work. And now, I have nothing. As if by the grace of god, a beaming smile and warm inviting light appeared beside me, I opened my eyes and was helped to my feet by an incredibly charming man, jack was his name. A look of concern entered his face, 'you look like you've had a rough time buddy, come inside out of the cold' with a firm hand he led me inside a restaurant I hadn't seen in my depressing state, it was small but full of character. The atmosphere and layout of the room was inviting and beautifully decorated, the delicious sounds and smells of grilled chicken filled my nostrils, the cold had almost entirety left me at this point, I felt a small bubble of happiness growing inside of my chest! Jack seated me at a table next to a kind and welcoming family who greeted me as if I was am old friend, 'have a look through the menu' suggested jack with a twinkle in his eyes, when you've chosen something pop up to the counter and my good friend and manager jeshin will see to it personally!' Close to tears so amazed was I at the hospitality I had received, I placed my order! Jeshin smiled and congratulated me on my choice, 'my favourite as well, you have good taste sir! We'll have your meal brought over to you, for now please help yourself to the sauces and cutlery' jeshin had an almost fatherly look in his eyes as he smiled and waved me to my seat. 'now this' I thought with a delighted jack strolling over with fresh piping hot chicken, 'this is what Twickenham is meant to be'. Since that day my life has come full circle, my beautiful wife accepted a date to this very nandos, so impressed was she at how comfortable and joyful the greetings from jack and jeshin were upon our arrival, there was simply no need for me to prove that I had indeed changed! (Hence why I'm writing this from her account!) Thank you jack, jeshin and all the staff at nino nandos Twickenham, I owe you not only this review, but my life. Best wishes, zob.

I wouldn't even give one star but there's no option for that. They send me the wrong order. I order food for my children worth nearly 50 pounds. Now I am stock with no food and without my money. Sickening

Food wasn't up to the usual standard, nor was the presentation. Music too loud.

Food came super fast and the atmosphere was nice. The chicken was delicious and the Mac cheese was so creamy. The imitator wrap was good, but could’ve been a bit bigger. Cheers

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE Ordered mac n cheese, which is small anyway, recieved half a portion. About 4 mouthfuls! Absolute joke. Do they think people are not going to notice? Burger came with dry, nearly hard chicken breast.

I had a very bad experience coming into this Nando’s. I called in before to ask when they going to take the last order. The manager told me the last order she would take at 9:50. When I arrived she refuses that they don’t take orders anymore and I can only do takeaways after I agree to takeaway she said oh we don’t have any food, lying unacceptable. I’m so embarrassed of my family need to review this management team to run the store.

Was a rugby match day so was really busy and had to wait a little for a table. This is a smaller than most Nando’s and so there isn’t much waiting room but we did not have to wait long. Staff were polite and helpful and rushed off their feet. They cleared and cleaned tables quickly so people generally didn’t have to wait too long. The food was super speedy as well and of a good steady standard.

Ordered my usual boneless thighs chicken which is usually juicy and full of flavour. The chicken served was as dry as a bone and when I asked if it could be changed, I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for a fresh bash?!!!

Ordered delivery and my sauce and drink were missing all they could do was refund me for these items and dont just deliver the missing items. The only option was to pay another delivery fee for missing items

I went there yesterday (Feb.01.2024. Approximately 5:20pm) The tables were extremely sticky, which was a bad sign. They helped us choose our seats, we waited exactly 25 minutes, but no one came to take our orders. A guy staff member looked directly at us, so we looked back, but he just ignored us and walked off. After that, we just left the restaurant immediately. Additionally, they weren’t busy; they were just chatting with each other and hanging out in front of the till.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! Ordered the chicken pitta and was delivered a dry slab of chicken in a pitta! Absolutely disgraceful given the prices they charge. This was not worthy of the £40 that we spent of 2 meals!

I ordered for delivery via Nando site for the family. When my food came the chicken was missing. I called and they say the would refund the chicken only but won’t deliver. They said you have to order again and pay the delivery and service charge again. Very disappointing. The driver also left the food on the pavement and left. Not the best experience.

Went for a Friday dinner. Food was Nando's standard quality (good) but they didn't give us a good service at all. Had to ask twice for drink glasses and they didn't have the dessert we asked for (and had to wait quite a while before they came back and told us), plus some other minor things.

Was an OK experience. A lot of items were unavailable and the food was ok. Not been to Nandos in a while, just remember it being better.

Eaten in and used the take away service here many times. The food is always delicious, with quick and friendly service. It's quite a small Nandos so it can get really loud and busy.

I was at Nando restaurant , Twickenham, in July 2023 with my senior cousin n his Filipino wife . It was a memorable day for us, especially seeing my cousin again in the UK after more than 50 years. 😁😁🙏🙏

Chicken breasts for children are hard to cut. There was no frozen yogurt. I was surprised that you can only order by scanning the code... no coloring books for children. Service without a smile.

Nandos will always be a winner. Who dosent like fried chicken. Located next to the high street and it's impossible to miss the resturant. It's next to M&S and a local buctcher, you can't miss it. This is by far the smallest Nandors resturant I've ever been to and do have limited seating from what I can see. I don't think they have a second floor . I would recommend to book a table in advance specially if you have a big group The service rating is not a reflection of the staff, however more like a lack of customer service due to the digital oppertunity. You can order at the till or you can e-order everything to the table I opted for the latter. The staff are there and helpful and ready to assist if you need help. Food delicious as always.

I’m a total fan of Nandos but seriously . . ordered at 7, was told rider at the restaurant by 7.15 but at 8 the rider cancelled so I asked if I could cancel the order as it had taken so long but was told no as the food was almost ready, nothing else happened until after 9 when I get a message that ‘the restaurant has cancelled your order’ !! So I had to find something else at 9.30pm which kind of did for my night . . I’ve since tried contacting Nandos via every one of their suggested channels and had no response ! I ordered again the next eve and actually got some food that was small, cold and pretty pointless !

Ordered a delivery. Butterfly Chicken burger and peri chips. The chicken was dry and flavourless. Peri chips were more like normal chips with no peri salt. Really disappointed. Quality has been dropping. This is the last time I’m ordering from this branch.

Went to the restaurant and had my half chicken served with cold fries. No one came to the table to check on us. Staff was chatting on a table nearby. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Left very sad about this

Visited on a Sunday evening whilst we were the only customers in the branch. The staff were very friendly and the food was very well prepared. Can't fault it, thanks for the experience.

Nothing much different from other Nandos in my experience. Only issue was the building has a slight damp smell which was noticeable to me and one other. Food was delivered quickly, staff were helpful and happy to assist. Overall a decent meal

As usual the nandos food was outstanding. If my stomach could handle it, I would literally drink the sauce direct from the bottle. Staff were very pleasant. Only reason didnt ping 5 stars was tardiness with ordering from our table. In the end we ordered from counter and it was delivered to our table. Always love the visit.

I am a particular about my food and feel their menu could be expanded by adding different salads and veg, expand on the burger option. The place was clean and nice, staff were great a d the soda bottomless.

Never been before, not a bad experience and nicely surprised with the tasty chicken and spicy sauces. Grandchildren loved it.

Was very unimpressed with this Nando’s. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the food was good. However the entire building smelled so horrible I couldn’t finish my food, maybe it was because we were seated next to a pile of vomit that was being walked through by customers and staff members and it wasn’t cleaned up until the end of our meal? The restaurant as a whole seemed pretty dirty, the one toilet didn’t have toilet paper but did have a handful of scrunched up tissues to use. Definitely would not return.

A shambles. Walked in with a mix of veggies and meal eaters. 4 kids, 4 adults. Shown a table and sit down. While looking through the menu we are told that they don’t have burgers. So we ask for wraps….no they don’t have those either. So in the end there are no burgers, wraps and pittas. This as a result of there being no chicken fillet. No chicken….in nandos!!! A disgrace

Horrific delivery service courtesy of a partnership with Nandos& Deliveroo. Basically it means neither company seems to be responsible for wrong orders being sent....3 hours on I'm still waiting for my order

This was fantastic - the service was excellent and attentive. We came in a large group and they accommodated us so well and even came round to ask if we wanted drink refills and filled them up for us. The food came out quickly and was great. Would definitely recommend and return if I’m in Twickenham again 😊
