Rosa's Westfield Stratford in Newham

Staff is very rude and have no sense to talk to customers. Employee name - Rebecca being amazingly rude to me and my partner. And instead of saying any please or any requesting behaviour she were just bad in behaviour. I have been to chopstix of other places but the stratford westfield staff is just worst as they have no manners and no knowledge of customer service.

Was a treat after shopping and bonus went to order the birthday box got misunderstood staff were rude very disrespectful and unhelpful - have had wonderful service and great food in the Lewisham branch and Hammersmith at Westfield food when I eventually got it was tepid and half the chicken was pink won't be revisiting Westfield one very disappointed

Waste of time and money, ordered regular box with rice caramel chicken and beef, got box with rice sweet sour chicken and vegan curry. Asked for chopsticks got given a fork. Is it the language proficiency in staff or delibarate mess?!

The food quality isn’t great. It tasted artificial and was cold. Service was weird, they give you something you didn’t order and still charge you for it.

The food was really bad, the toppings weren’t crispy and egg fried rice had no seasoning at all.i went in for a quick meal but disappointed

Me & my nephew ate here last night and both had 3 chicken dishes with noodles and pancake rolls. It tasted good, but a few hours later, at home, my stomach was all over the place. I was on the toilet a few times and had to go lay down. This morning I've been informed by my nephew he's been up all night throwing up and on the toilet several times. Avoid this place as something has given us both food poisoning ☹️

El okra frito rebozado era un buen entrante, y la rosquilla de gambas bien. Los platos principales eran pad Thai, que era sorprendentemente dulce y un poco robusto, y el pollo de jengibre que era picante y bastante picante. I ordered Pepsi 2.99+ large box 8.99 + Westfield discount which is around £1 and instead of paying 10-11 , I paid 12.48… when I asked why? They said we sell as a mill and they give me spring rolls… which I didn’t want to! Without asking, they just charge me more for the food I didn’t ordered!and the receipt didn’t have any information about it…just the amount…🤯😤
