Celebrated New Year here. Great atmosphere.

Poor quality food, burger and chips was a rip off at £15. Fried were pencil thin, over cooked and cold. Burger was sloppy and cold in the middle. Fish and chips was poor quality for £17, mushy peas came served in a paper sauce pot, so maybe a teaspoon full!!!Won't eat there again. Pub was freezing cold too, couldn't take my coat off the entire time, highly disappointing forr new years day.

They won't sell you pork scratchings, they won't sell you scampi fri, but they will give you the best time before you die ☺️

Good mix of people, nice pint and plenty going on with the comedy and theatre.

Really weird experience: it's the second time that I get charged £6.20 for half pint of lager. Noticed after paying, it was really busy and I'm a bit lazy to wait and ask. Is it the case that i drunk some kind of really special beer without noticing?

Great place for a drink outside in the sun

Cozy pub. Sunday roast and hot toddy warmed our souls. A good spot to take a breath, enjoy some good conversation, and have good food and drink. The service is great and welcoming.

Nice pub for a Sunday drink. They do a very nice pub quiz on Mondays! The interior is great and they have some amazing German beers if you're into that

It's how I think most pubs should feel, with a cosy, dimly lit atmosphere yet busy and convivial. Mismatched wooden furniture, a good array of drinks, and decent food means you can stay all night.

Yeah alright little pub, maybe slightly overzealous with trying to clear glasses though. The cat was a personal highlight, wish she wasn’t as sassy though.

Food below average. We got 2 burgers and were burnt. It takes some effort to be that bad.

It's a dog friendly pub. The atmosphere is always friendly even if you don't have a dog with you. This is a card only establishment. They can take cash, but can't give change. This is pretty common in a lot of pubs and clubs now days. They have a dining section around back and seats outside for the smoker. I would guess it can fit around 100 people comfortably. Good place for a company event.

What a cracker of a pub, rotating list of great beers and a cool little renegade theatre upstairs. Closed off road outside, and 1 min from the Regents Canal,perfect for when we get that rare blast of sunshine🌞

Had one of the best Sunday Roasts today at the Rosemary Branch. Will be back.

The staff was friendly and professional, and the food was great! We went on a Friday evening, and even though there were a lot of people we managed to find a quieter table at the back, which was greatly appreciated. I will come again!

The comedy night ran by Steve was incredible would recommend all acts were great Guinness was great tall tales and cocktails is a show to check out 🫡

Food was extremely average! Cauliflower wings were burnt, over fried panko. Get a better recipe on that, it will improve, panéd cauliflower for £8.50 is just wrong. Fries were really dry, gave them to my dog. Chef kept coming out of the kitchen with that "I hate my job" look in his face, vegan hot dog was very poor, try "moving mountains" brand, so much better. Girl who cleared the dishes, didn't ask how it was, spent nearly £50 all in and couldn't get the basis services. Small food menu, you can do better! Put some love it. Not to mention I waited over 40 minutes for hummus and wings?

A cosy pub with a lovely fire and an amazing comfort food! One of the best vegan roasts I've ever had. Potatoes were crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, the gravy was delicious, and everything had tonnes of flavour. Will 100% be coming back for more! Shout out to the chef for such a good dish. When it's not a Sunday Roast, the selection of vegan food is still outstanding and you get delicious proper pub grub that isn't just a salad. Plus, the staff are really friendly and funny too! 10/10

Attended a function upstairs then went for Sunday dinner. Nice place and friendly staff.

Sunday afternoon walk along the canal with friends, stopped off initially for a drink but decided to stay for lunch. Friendly welcome, real fire, plenty of tables and wasn’t too busy at 1pm when we arrived. Roast was absolutely delicious, prob one of the best pub roasts I’ve had and would thoroughly recommend it.

Great friendly pub, good food, also a small theatre upstairs. Outdoor seating too.

Lively bar. Doggy friendly 🐶. Friendly staff. Music was jarring and way too loud for normal conversation which caused everyone to speak louder. Could not hear the person sitting just opposite me. Friday night: Table booked for 5. All of us ate. Burgers were a bit lame but my fish and chips was delicious 😋 As was my Guinness. Asked them to turn down the music twice but then they turned it back up again after a few minutes. One of our group announced as we stood outside after 2 hours "that was intense!" we all agreed.

Went to the pub with a friend pub was very busy but had a great family vibe ( seemed to have a mother and toddler group that enjoyed themselves. ) Found drink prices fair, and as I was driving I had non alcohol milk stout, which was lovely plus chrisp and chips

Can't fault this place. I wanted to buy some of their Horseradish, but they made a tub especially for me with no charge. Staff are amazing, Can't do enough for you, they have the "I can do " ettittude. The food is to die for, all fresh and full of flavour 😋 😍. The atmosphere is wonderful. I will keep going back there, forever.

Came in last weekend for the rugby, vibes were immaculate, excellent music buzzing atmosphere! The all blacks bartender with glasses was a diamond , was crazy busy so be prepared Love the Rosie!

The most local of locals. Shivonne (sure I botched that spelling) has been stellar. The amount of proper service, friendly demeanour, and overall good vibes are a high bar to be set for a pub in East London. I could go on and on about her and how she helps run this place, but I also appreciate how Bevertown have upped their game in glassware and decorations. If you want a pint that’s not the sub par Neck Oil, grab a Gamm Ray and enjoy the show - neither in the main bar space or their black box theatre upstairs!

My favourite local pub. I love the vibe and decoration inside. It is a really cozy place and I love the fact that they have live music here and there , as well as a theatre upstairs. Friendly staff and customers. Nice warm feeling 😀

We went here on Sunday as a group of 6. The pub was busy with the rugby being on but we managed to find a table. There was a good selection of beers and the staff were friendly and service very good. The chicken roast was fantastic, not dry and absolutely full of flavour that you could tell of its quality. Others at the table had the beef and said this was also brilliant. The sides were also great and really elevated the meal. Will definitely be going back and looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Love the vibe here and very friendly staff. Both indoor and out seating available. Don’t forget to meet “Mariah” the cat, obviously named after Mariah Carey!!

Nice little pub. They're was the rugby on, so obviously affected the atmosphere etc. Plenty of tables booked, so you can reserve a spot. Service was good overall. Others in the pub were also friendly. I saw a few dogs, so dogs are welcome! Food was nice. We ordered a burger and chicken wings, both were very nice. Shame we're not local, otherwise we'd go back more often

Comedy room upstairs is a great venue and cool on a very hot day. Georgia's one woman show was hilarious.

Nice food nice prices. But it is the hottest pub I've ever been to in my life. Sweating buckets even when the windows were open. More like a nightclub in the amazon than a pub for heat. Could really do with some shade cover for the windows. I won't go back until winter

The ambiance is great, and the food as well! I had the cauliflower "hot wings" and they were delicious. Still, nothing can top the fact that there is an absolutely beautiful kitty freely roaming the premises, wearing a princess collar (that she 100% deserves). Not only that, but said kitten approached ME and gave me a little KISS?!?! 10/10 absolutely fantastic experience.

My Auntie and I visited here last night to watch my Brothers show, which was in the theatre upstairs. I have never had such a cute theatre. Afterwards we had drinks til closing. Reasonable prices for drinks. Lots of seating in and outdoors. Friendly staff.

This pub has become cashless since our last visit some time ago. A reasonable pub but won't be visiting again as we should have a choice how to pay.

Warmth local pub on the cusp of city life but still has a nostalgic feel that embraces you with wrap around hearty and homely hugs. Even has a cosy lil theatre upstairs that brings back the feel of an old Eastend heritage of the music halls era.

Good sun trap for afternoon drinking. Plus, taxidermy ferrets in the window. Can't go wrong

런던 도착하고 처음으로 간 펍. 처음이니까 굉장히 떨리는 마음으로 주문했는데 친절하셨다. 무엇보다 분위기가 장난 아니다. 완전 현지인 펍인데 웃긴게 그 날 옆옆 테이블이 한국인이었음. 그래도 현지 느낌 느끼기엔 제격! 해덕과 치킨을 주문했는데 맛은 보통이며 맥주는 아주 맛있었다. 다시 갈만 하다.

I absolutely love this pub & am so lucky to have it as my local! Great beer selection (and often with a rotating sour on tap!!) at reasonable prices for the area. Staff have always been friendly & helpful. There’s a fun vibe inside, and they have a good amount of outdoor seating to enjoy those elusive warm and sunny days as well. While I usually go here for a pint, I have eaten here a time or two as well and always been pleased with the menu options and the food.

The Sunday roast was awful. It arrived cold. The beef was chewy, the potatoes cold and appeared to have been cooked a week ago. Cheapest veg used. The outside seating area was full of dogs. I felt like I had gone to eat in kennels. One dog owner with a VERY long leash allowing dog to roam around at will. Would not eat there again

Lucky to have “The Rosie” as my local bar, warm friendly vibes, love the piano playing on a Sunday afternoon. Small plates menu for snacks and some pub classics for mains. Theatre Upstairs runs a Aries program of fun events. The best bar in Islington!

I recently visited the Rosemary Branch Pub and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming decor that felt quintessentially English. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my friends and I had everything we needed throughout the night. As for the food and drinks, I can't recommend them enough! The menu was full of delicious options, from classic pub grub to more elevated dishes. The beer selection was also top-notch, with plenty of local and craft options to choose from. But what really set this pub apart for me was the live entertainment. We were lucky enough to catch a performance in the theatre upstairs, and it was truly unforgettable. The talent on display was exceptional, and it made for a memorable night out. All in all, I can't recommend the Rosemary Branch Pub enough. Whether you're looking for a great meal, a pint of beer, or a night of live entertainment, this place has it all. 5 stars!

Sick spot. Good vibes all around.

Burlesque night on a Thursday in a quirky little corner of East London, what more could you ask for. A little walk from the tube or train but that's part of its character - great little local pub with an excellent vibe. And it's dog-friendly! So bring your 4-legged friend, or just go along to meet all the pawfect patrons - best way to unwind at the end of the day.

Staff are really nice and there is always a good vibe there. We celebrated my husband bday there, told them with short notice and they were super arranging and booked tables for us. Food was Delish Thank you to the the RB Pub team

As a regular local I can confidently say that Rosemary Branch is an outstanding pub that always exceeds expectations. From the warm and welcoming ambiance to the attentive and friendly staff, every visit feels like coming home. The menu at Rosemary Branch is a delightful mix of classic and modern British cuisine, with something to satisfy every palate. From hearty and satisfying mains to light and refreshing starters, every dish is expertly prepared and presented with care. They have a nice drink selection of beers, wines, spirits including some great rums & whiskies, along with one of my favourite lagers Litovel which is always nice to see on tap.

I found paying £10 to sit at a table very reasonable.

I had an amazing dinner at this place today. I started with Cheese Cauliflower and then Beef Sunday Roast for main. Cheese and cauliflower is a simple combination, but actually they go very well with each other. Since I ordered wine, cheese never goes wrong, it was a right choice. And then, the roast arrived. It was superb! Every item(potatoes, carrots, red cabbage, kale, parsnip and Yorkshire pudding), needless to say beef, was properly cooked so that each tasted best. And the gravy was also so excellent that I ordered sourdough bread too so I can enjoy some left on the plate! Lastly, the portion was perfect, never too small or never too big. I usually eat a lot, but I didn’t need to eat anything after arriving home. I would say this place is one of the must-visit pubs in London! You won’t regret :))

Every Saturday after football, we have a pint with the lads in this lovely pub. Friendly staff, good selection of beers, and fair prices.

Lovely pub with an open fire and a joop box (currently not working). Friendly atmosphere. Great for a drink. We had a Sunday roast, I have to be honest, it was awful. The beef was half fat half beef, very chewy. Roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding was really bad, microwaved? I recommned the pub, not the food.
