Ruchi in Walsall

Never had a problem with Ruchi several times previously. However.... This time it was not good at all.. Pompaddums tasted burnt, the mint dip has gone off and was starting to ferment.. We had 2 different curries and both tasted the same with no flavour what so ever.. We also had a couple of pieces of chicken that were crunchy.. The best thing or if all of it was the spicy chips.. This has put us off from ordering here again. Pity as it was bang on, even my mate said it had gone down the pan..

Food was absolutely perfect. Great prices and value for money. Very friendly staff. highly recommended and a must try for everyone.

Food was terrible last night both starters chicken chatt and chicken tikka , , meat wast cooked right tasted raw in middle of chicken , went in bin and chicken pathia curry's were full of water and chapati was hard and cold no good will definitely not be ordering from this place again what a waste of 35 pound !!!

The chicken tikka masala is to die for. Amazing flavours and hits the spot. Have ordered a few times and had different dishes and all were brill. Will always be a top spot and option when I'm in bloxwich.

First time they cancelled my order and kept my money, gave them the benefit of the doubt as they blamed Uber and this time have forgot my delivery. Comical. Utter diabolical.

Disgusting place not very clean found out is was pre made all from asda none was made his self . Charging people expensive prices when it's from asda should be ashamed of there self

The lamb was old or uncooked, really chewy. Never again.

Always delicious food and always hot , don't go any where else for my curries

I've become rather tired of the take aways in Walsall with their rising prices and falling standards. I tripped across Ruchi on Google and decided to give them a try. Nargis kebab, very good. Special Madras, the best I've tried in years, right heat, lovely thick sauce, flavoursome meat. The keema naan was enormous and very good too. Will definitely use them again as the prices are fair. Still licking my lips over that Madras.

First time visit to this place as I noticed it as I was driving past. Ordered online ( straight forward ) and collected in person without any issues or much waiting. There is parking outside but it is limited parking.l but free after 18:30 hours. The takeaway is open 7 days a week including bank holidays. It is just a takeaway, there is seating for customers waiting to pick up orders but no tables etc to eat in. Clean rating of 4 from the local council. I ordered the onion bhaji ( you get 4 in the bag and they were crunchy on the outside and lovely and soft on the inside ddelicious ) and they come with sauce and salad ( the salad was nice and fresh ) I got a free poppadom which was an added bonus. The plain nan was big enough for 2 people and the aloo ( Potato ) & ghobi ( cauliflower ) balti was lovely and the spicing was spot on. There was a bit to much oil and this spilled into the bag as I drove home so watch out as they do fill the containers up and there is more than enough for 2 people. Overall delicious food, nice and fresh and I'd definitely order again.

Average curry. Poor Keema Naan.

Just had chicken balti Shami kebab and chicken tikka sorry but they were cooked yesterday haven't had Indian for three months so was looking forward to it never again stay away

I like this place because they do great food and the staff are friendly and we'll to get on with and the delivery driver is friendly aswell.
