Selekt Pizza Inn in Brent

I went there today, and unfortunately, the wings were really bad. The curly cheese fries were disappointing as well ,the fries were overcooked, and there was barely any cheese, most of which was stuck to the box. Overall, I wouldn’t personally recommend this place. I’m really disappointed with my experience and will never visit again and it was expensive aswell for the quality they provide.

I ordered three small pizzas stuffed with cheese, chicken tikka, chicken tandoori, and spicy chicken. However, I received three plain chicken pizzas instead. Additionally, the person serving me also attended to other customers who arrived after me, and when I tried to contact them about the mistake, they hung up the phone on me. It's a waste of money. Never come back there again,so disappointed by the service .

Rubbish pizza and rubbish staff, they treat females better than males, giving them extra portions, free drink etc Then they become grumpy when serving men, this is typical of freshies, always desperate to get women,even though these freshies have zero chance

Horrible experience I had last night as I ordered my pizza, as it looked more like curry and naan bcoz it was all squashed up on one side of the box when I received it.To make it worst when I phoned them they said they cannot do anything about it(there's no form of so called customer service). I would advise anyone who wants decent dinner at night NOT TO EVER ORDER FROM SELEKT PIZZA INN unless u want to be disappointed like me.....

The worst place ever for the pizza I’m totally vegetarian but from pizza it’s small so bad something like beef. When I try to call them the manager was so rude even he told me that u want the free pizza that’s why u r complaining They making full to the customer . This is the worst pizza place I have tasted in my life. I can't believe how bad pizza have gone in the last 14 years. It’s embarrassing to call this pizza. Absolutely tasteless. No flavours in the sauce and topping. Normally the pizza base would be tasty with their unique flavour. Even the base has degraded in flavour. Never again Ordered the pure vegetarian Pizza but delivered full smell of meat pizza . The manger was helpless to help customers as he said 😡 Worst place ever for vegetarian Not for vegetarian people 😡

They will send you whatever they want, not what you ordered. And the explanation by the man who called his self as a manager probably got confused… You have started your pizza that’s what is them excuse (obviously how else I would realise that is not what I ordered) Don’t bother to waist your time and ur money. We ordered the pure vegetarian pizza but we got delivery of full smell of beef meat pizza even asked for thin crust but they sent me thick one ☝️ ridiculous 😡 the guy (manager)said we couldn’t do anything its such a annoying. And he said I can’t make sure pizza will be delivered hot , I offered him , if you don’t smell like the meat pizza I will give you same amount of pizza price which I spent and he refused it,and he said we don’t have time to check that 😡we threw the pizza on the bin . Full waste of money 😡

I’ve been ordering pretty much the same order for the past 2 and a half years and there hasn’t been 1 time that I wasn’t extremely satisfied by the pizza I would receive. On top of the pizzas being delicious, the prices are low too, 4 toppings on 2 20” pizzas for only £30, I know that for the foreseeable future, the only pizza place I will be going to is Pizza Inn.

❌ I only have few words to say about my experience in Selekt pizza Inn located in Wembley. First of all I've been waiting for 30 mins for the cashier for us to order the food. The manager better hire another cashier. They cancelled the deal (20 chicken wings for 5.99). Instead I ordered potato wedges but the taste is not that bad. Requires more customer service!❌

This Pizza place is really disgusting I ordered 15 inch pizza it delivered on time but the pizza was disgusting the smell so bad im sure its out of date I called the shop and the guy got no speak English very well and he’s very rude with the customer
