Shake & Grill in Walsall

So my brother ordered food tonight at 11.30 1 am came still no food he then rings to ask were it is they sed 6 minutes away 2 am then comes an he sed 5 min away an hour later 3am he says 20 minutes food be here 3.30 he rings bak for them tonsay there is no food out for dilvery they need sort there staff out I cont leave 2 reviews but edited my review from my experience web food got here was stone cold so maybe they need to sort there stuff out

I ordered shake Asia special pizza and it’s really value to money.Its Crispy crust, gooey cheese, and fresh toppings make it the perfect go-to for satisfying cravings. Simple, tasty, and always hits the spot! I highly recommended everyone.

3 times placed an order and it came wrong, food took over 2 hours to get to us. Stone cold when it arrived. Disgusting behaviour from owner.

I payed a staggering £18.49 for this garbage ?!!!! An absolute rip off ! Portion sizes miniscule. The food was terrible, no salad or sauce in kebabs and very little meat whish was also drenched in grease. The fries were rubbery and un seasoned. On top of that it was stone cold because their delivery drivery refused ro leave the main road so I had to go out at 3am and it took 10 mins to find the idiot !

Ordered from here on uber eats ordered a full peri peri chicken with fries and a drink, no fries, no naan and no pepsi and chicken was a bit burnt. Whenever i went into the shop, you can tell the workers are very lazy and do the bare minimum.

Service slow. Donner was burnt and dry. Chicken was alright and fries alright. There are seats in the shop but with no tables?

Had some cousins over from oldham Ordered a pizza and peri peri chicken last nigh from this place . Pizza was 10/10 one of the best I've had in walsall peri peri chicken(mild)was also well cooked friendly staff. I would recommend everyone to try this place

ordered 2 times and the food has been delivered around 30 minutes late each time, chips were extremely soggy and pizza sauce tasted off, the only good part about it was the burger. won’t be ordering from here again.

food was cold. forget to bring the drink. upon calling they said we dnt do this with the box deal anymore. then told him to look at just eat as it stated bottle of pepsi comes with. still waiting for the drink and food has gone ice cold. really dissatified and meal ruined.

I am very disappointed with my recent order from Shake and Grill. The wings were incredibly small, much smaller than what I've received in the past. This isn't the first time I've ordered from here, so I know this isn't their usual standard. To make matters worse, they didn't include the drinks with my order. Typically, with the items I ordered, you get two drinks, but this time there were none. I called them to address the issue, and they blatantly lied, claiming that drinks were not part of the deal. The service was poor and the quality has clearly declined. I wouldn't recommend this takeaway to anyone.

Food was excellent, only place I order from where pizza is hot and cheesy as it should be. Reminds me slightly of how American pizzas are. Kebab yummy Chicken Wonderful.

First time I've ordered from here and tell you what I wernt disappointed at all . £10.49 for value box 3 was well worth it . 11/10 for me was spot on what done it for me the chicken wings done on the grill top class takeaway. Always order from here and never had an issue. Food was 1 hour late saying delivered on the app but wasn’t. Delivery driver was calling me to come downstairs to the flat ground floor, I explained how I have small children and it was 2:30am he then came upstairs complaining saying to me don’t order from this shop again? What kind of drivers are working for this shop if they telling customers don’t order again and refusing to come upstairs when we pay full delivery

Considering all the bad reviews it actually wasn’t too bad . Did miss my can of Pepsi

If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered food and 80% of the food ordered was missing. Called up to be told pizza would arrive in 10-20 mins but the rest was not on order. Told to complain on line just eat. Will not be ordering food from shake and grill again. And neither should anyone else 😡

Delivery driver didn't have the right change was meant to bring me 3 pound only gave me one so you owe me 2 pound haha food was pukka tho

Worst food ever. First of all food delivered after 2 hours. Rice were staled, made me feel nausea. Will never ever recommend there food to anyone. Totally lost of money.

The chips and wrap were cold. Chicken in the wrap undercooked and not fried chicken shown in description/photo. No chilli sauce in wrap. You'll wait an hour for horrible food.

Ordered food waited over an hour for the app to say my food had been delivered when it hadn’t then rang the restaurant to be told it was only just being prepared may be another hour so I cancelled the order and started getting missed calls and rude voicemails from a mobile number would definitely not recommend to anyone

Absolutely shocking food want my money back

Soo poor, delivered my food late, I then looked through bags and items were missing. When I called to advise them, they refuted what I had ordered, luckily I ordered on Just Eat and could show them my order. There was no apology or any type of compensation. Food was sub standard, never ordering from here again.

Awful food. Order now what’ was asked for. Chips forgotten, ‘I’ll be back in 20 minutes with your chips’ turns up 5 minutes later, with some chips that had obviously been got from round the corner. Said they were bringing another meal, which I’m still waiting for 12 hours later. Dreadful

£15 minimum order now becoming a bit much. Not going to order anymore from here.

The food was delivered cold and i ordered peri peri platter but i got southern fried wings which i did not want. first time ordering not ordering again terrible food.

Food was fresh and delicious, the pizza was forgotten at first but the customer service was great and the delivery driver came back in a hurry to deliver it, 0 complaints. Would 100% order again.

Order from here atleast once a week sometimes twice and they never get anything right, I asked for sauces to be in a pot and they've put it all over my food so my daughter can't eat any of it and the food is freezing cold, the doner and chips are colder than the salad, sort the restaurant out.

I've ordered on 6.30 pm it's past 8.00 pm!!! Don't ever order from this restaurant will make you wait over 2 hours for stale food; worst part it this is the second time in a row that food is so late. My children should have gone to bed at 8.00 pm they are hungry and waiting for dinner it's past their bed time!

The food is banging, the peri peri chicken is fiya again and pizza’s are better than most pizza places. Some nice staff members all polite and kind and helpful.
