Shot Espresso in Hammersmith and Fulham

Nice little surprise. Very good coffee with a croissant. Looked busy with people queueing to get their caffeine fix so decided to wait and try. Worth it!

LOve this place! Any time of the day sounds good to pop in. Be it a nice cuppa in the morning or fizz and cocktail in a sunny eve.

Been coming here for a few weeks now and it's always top notch coffee making and quick on the way to work. some lovely food too.

Una mañana un amigo me trajo un capuchino, estaba tan bueno que volví a ver cómo era el lugar. No me decepcionó aunque un poco pequeño por dentro, sin embargo, no es su culpa.

Fast service and perfect serve. Knowledgeable team and very tasty coffee with all alternatives you may think. Some great sweets and snacks too.

Small busy place, lots of regulars and Tom (Australian) knows everyone and super friendly. Not surprisingly Allpress beans. Coffee was excellent and my favorite of what I tried in Fulham.

This place use to have brilliant coffee , bit pricy but I really liked the taste , however recently I previous owner (guy) disappeared and the coffee somehow taste different, very strange taste , no longer cater to my taste anymore . Shame.

Like a good espresso, this place is tiny but packs a punch. Mike is a barista extraordinaire and watching him serve four people at once, is like watching a magician at work. At the heart of this business are two things: the quality of the coffee and level of the service, both of which deserve five stars.

I have stayed in this area a few times while on business trips to london and discovered this little gem. Great coffee, like real coffee will made. The beans have a rich, full flavor. It reminds me if coffee like you get in Australia. It is by far better than the chain coffee shop across the street. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area this is the place for a coffee. Be sure to carry both card and cash as sometimes the shops systems are off.

Definitely my most regular coffee spot. The main barrister has an uncanny knack for Remembering patrons orders and I enjoy grabbing a coffee whilst listening to him testing his skills with new orders. A great coffee spot if you are in the area and want to grab one on the go.

Great food and coffee, interesting and varied menu, excellent coffee and pastries, paninis etc. All served with a smile. bay and buggy welcomed too. Apart from us every customer was Italian which can only be a good sign

You just walk in and in no time you are served with one of the best espresso you may find in the area, nibbling a tasteful, lovely sandwich (or a ham&cheese croissant which are supreme). Ideal for a morning quick stop on your way...

This is a long overdue review of what has become my favourite coffee shop in London. This place consistently serves up the best flat white and delicious baked goods. It's small and stands out in every way from the chains. The lead barista has an amazing memory of your favourite drink, which makes one feel special.

Visited this cafe every morning during our stay in Fulham. Fast, friendly service and seriously quality coffee. We can see why the locals love this place. After the second visit the baristas knew my order - impressed!

El personal estará encantado y tome el tiempo para charlar con los clientes, que agrega a la atmósfera amable y es la razón (aparte de la perfecta y buen café) por qué siempre tiene tantos clientes regulares. I'm a coffee junkie and have it in all countries in all types of coffee shops. Shot still tops it. That's why I go back again and again and again for the Flat Whites.

This place specialise in coffee and it shows, their espesso is what it should be and the barista knows how to make micro-foam. There is nothing like this in the whole of Fulham. This is the place you want to go for your coffee

Best place in fulham to get a great flat white! they do also an amazing Egg avocado on toast breakfast!

They use my favourite soy milk Bon Soy, but it is a bit expensive because the cafe next door you can get the same coffee for 2 quid

I work in Fulham and visited shot seldom for a coffee with colleagues, the quality of the coffee is poor and the staff is unpolite, I asked for some milk three times and in the end i drunk my coffe like it was..Not reccomended.

Best coffee I've had in West London. Small cafe with an Italian twist, with a couple of tables indoors and outside. Always busy and very popular. Friendly staff, some even know your preferred drink by heart - really adds to the customer experience. Also serve pastries and delicious paninis. Love this place.

I really like this place and I have been few times already for breakfast and with friends for a real italian aperitivo. I had an aperitivo last week and I was a bit disappointed this time.I had an aperol spritz served in a small water glass full of ice, tasteless and very far from the one I had there the previous time. The buffet was ok, but there was a girl from the staff eating pizza on the buffet and talking to the bartender so was a bit difficult to serve ourselves and not hygenic at all. The price is ok but pay £8,50 (including food)for a small glass full of ice is too much. So sorry!

Le café est petit, quelques tables a l'intérieur et quelques autres à l'extérieur ce qui fait son charme. Le service est impeccable, smoothie et café délicieux et les douceurs faites maisons! Un très bel endroit pour se poser et boire un café autour d'une petite tarte entre amis !

This is a nice looking cafe restaurant and this morning after collecting a delivery I decided to treat myself to a cooked breakfast at Shot Espresso in Jerdan Place Fulham near Parsons Green Tube Station.I was warmly greeted and immediately handed a menu. I didn't read beyond the 'Full English Breakfast' for £8.50p. I was asked how I would like my eggs and I chose poached. Would I like extra mushrooms? No I wouldn't. My Americano Coffee was excellent but I was a little taken aback by the small slab of slate that was placed on the table with butter and salt on it.When my full english breakfast arrived I thought it was a bit frugal. Not really the premium breakfast I expected and I had to ask if toast was coming. I thought the two tiny slices of bread on the plate was fried bread but it wasn't. The bacon was cooked until it was so hard you could tap it on the plate. I asked the server if this was normal and she said the cook was new. She ordered more bacon and more toast. I ordered a second cup of excellent coffee.The fresh bacon that arrived was under cooked. The mushroom was cooked to almost a mush and the home made baked beans were cold and pretty tasteless.I drew all this to the servers attention and she only charged me for the service charge which was £2.90p.For £8.50p plus the cost of the coffee and the service charge it should have been a premium breakfast instead of a disaster. I cannot recommend Shot Espresso for breakfast and I hesitate to return and try another meal.

I often take a walk just to go and grab a great coffee from Shot Espresso. The barista knows his coffee and is very welcoming and cheerful. Worth a visit for a great coffee. Just a note that they have a great Italian pizza restaurant linked to them across the road which is well worth a visit for a great Italian pizza.

Fantastic coffee, friendly Australian staff and great outdoor seating. I highly recommend the pizza place opposite also.

Lovely coffee - smooth and fresh roasts but always have to wait too long to be served - very crowded and small - if you don't mind waiting then it is worth the wait.

Dropped in to Shot Espresso for lunch. Coffee was good. We each had a corn pancake with salad and sour cream for lunch, with a side of broccoli and mashed potato. Service was a tad slow but was friendly. We finished with a nice pain au raisin. The cafe was very busy and is obviously popular. A nice change from the major chains.

As a fussy Aussie coffee drinker, meeting a mate for a Sunday morning coffee in London is a big event. Shot, just a small hole in the wall with a few seats, not only had great coffee, but a beaut array of cakes. Don't miss.

Shot is busy every single day because their coffee is the best in Fulham. The head barista is friendly, fast and consistent. I've visited Shot numerous times and I can say that I have never had a bad coffee from him. If you prefer weak and bad-tasting coffee then go over the road to the chain café Nero. If you like your coffee strong and full flavoured then this is the place for you!And an added bonus: they do coffee cards which not all locally-run cafes do!

In love with this tiny little place! Fantastic coffee and great cakes. Skip those terrible chain coffees and try this one out! They also have a great little terrace outside for people watching.

Going to Shot Espresso is like going home to Italy to my favourite bar and experiencing what is my favourite Italian tradition and favourite part of the day: aperitivo. Sit, chill, talk, nibble, drink a cocktail, repeat. Thumbs up!

We thought this coffee shop looked cosy so gave it a try. The coffee was nicely made but took a while to arrive and didn't have much flavour. The cake selection was pretty bad as was the service. The seating was terribly uncomfortable and we got bumped around and moved numerous times during our 20 minute visit even though it wasn't busy. I probably won't go again.

I heard many times of this place well know for Proper style Italian Aperitivo so I decided to go with a group of friends. Nice place friendly staff and good selections of finger food during the Aperitivo time.

This little cafe is great during the warm season. You can have spritz, appetizers and snack in Jerdan Place, normally there always people drinking and eating outside. The staff are friendly and efficient - the only negative is the price. It changes often, not sure why but they need to be more consistent. One day spritz+snack was £6.50, a week after £7.50, then £9 and when I came back last time it was £7 again.

I paid for my hot chocolate and was told it would be brought to me. After 15 minutes of waiting I went back to the counter to ask for it. When they finally brought it out to me it was watery and tasteless. Their range of cakes and pastries was limited and disappointing. They could do much better in this pleasant Fulham location.

After a month of terrible coffee across Europe.. it was nice to find a good quality espresso whilst visiting here in London. friendly staff, inviting setting!

I live nearby and frequent Shot Espresso for their silky, delicious coffees. My husband and I always get a flat white although their other espresso drinks are fabulous too. The people who work there greet everyone with a smile and I notice that they remember the drink orders for regular customers. It is such a pleasure to have a top quality coffee shop with friendly service to match! As someone who is into high quality coffee, I can highly recommend Shot Espresso.

They say it is the best coffee in London. My friends say it IS the best coffee in London. I would say it is the second best coffee in London after my coffee. I tell a lie, it is most probably the BEST coffee in London.

My little Italy, a little place close to my house where I can find some flavors of my wonderful country. I can choose to eat a good slice of pizza or a good sandwich at the Ice and Slice by Shot, or eat both in small portions at happy hour at Shot Espresso (one in front of the other), drinking my favorite summer cocktail: Spritz! Must try: Pistachio Ice Cream.

It looks fun and cute as I walk past everyday so I gave it a shot (if you'd pardon the pun) and went in. Seems like everyone was drinking an Aperol Spritz so I ordered one and, well, you can't really mess up an Aperol Spritz unless you don't know what one is. I also ordered a double espresso 'ristretto' but I was served something very 'lungho' indeed. The coffee blend was very bitter and really had no flavour to it.Additionally, there was nowhere to sit as it's such a tiny cafe so I found myself wallowing with a drink in each hand, getting in the way of everyone.I would recommend this place over any coffee chain in a heartbeat but in an area not lacking independent cafes I would go elsewhere if I wanted to sit down. The food there looked unappealing also. Maybe try somewhere else.

We moved to Fulham from Australia a few months ago and were really missing our coffee. Friends recommended Shot and they were spot on - coffee is great!

The service here is friendly and relaxed, and most importantly the baristas really know how to serve up a mean flat white! The texture of the milk was absolutely perfect - velvety and smooth, and the flat white was excellently strong but with no bitterness. This coffee is WELL worth a decent walk/trek to discover! Their great selection of baked goods are very difficult to resist too :)

I recently stumbled across this little beauty in Fulham in my way to work! I've been off coffee for a little while (poisoned by terrible London coffee!). It's safe to say, I'm back! Thanks you for restoring my faith in London coffee! Yum!

A little bit of home away from home. (I am spaniard/frenchie).I just moved in Fulham and went to walk around. I was quickly attracted by this little coffee place. Amazing. Great & kindest service. Quality products. Simple. Good coffee, good BREAD, tasty italian food/snacks! Cozy & easy going atmosphere. & Totally Affordable. What a pleasant discovery right next to my new place. My day was complete! Grazie mille!

I love this place. The people working there are always friendly and I love that if you come back a few times, they will try to remember what you regularly order. The lattes and flat whites are easily some of the best we have had in London. The place is tiny so definitely better for take away.

Ive recently switched to soy milk with my coffee and have found it difficult to get a first rate cup. Shot consistently provides the best soy americano i've ever had. The staff are a friendly bunch, and the little cafe provides a nice, bustling atmosphere. Looking forward to trying the Aperol spritz at some point in the warmer months...

The titles of all these reviews say it all..... Best coffee in London. I had been in UK for a few months and had been desperately searching for a good coffee. Not to be found in Paris, Italy, Cornwall.....FOUND in Fulham, London. Best of all, made by a good ole Brissy boy just the way I like it. Maybe we do have our coffee different?? Who knows... but maybe you should try it. I don't think you will be disappointed.Great team of barristas, Food looks fab (although I only every have the coffee). In the evenings it seems to turn into quite a trendy bar.Check it out :)

I love this place. Staff is friendly, food and coffee are amazing. If you are in the area, a quick stop is a must, whatever time in the day, from breakfast to a drink after dinner. Moreover, they serve one of the best aperitivos in London.

Visited this trendy bar a few times whilst we were in London.Whatever time of the day or night it's buzzing with patrons many of whom clearly are regulars.Well located in Jerdan Place, the perfect spot for taking coffee, pre work or an Aperol spritz after work whilst watching the world go by.Innovative and delicious morsels of Italian treats lure you to the buffet.For only €3 more when you order an aperitv it's hard to believe the value. The food is chef inspired and beautifully made and presented- most importantly- fresh and delicious!Service warm and friendly.Be sure to add Shot to your must do list when next visiting London.

This place is my weekend coffee go to. All press coffee and bonsoy! Absolute winner. Gorgeous friendly staff and perfect coffee every time.

Used to come here under previous name and management. It was much better then. It appears that Shot Espresso is due for a major refurb and it seems to be just 'ticking over' until that happens. Service, although friendly, was very amateurish. Lucky we had enough cash because their credit card machine wasn't working. Food quality was mediocre to medium. I hope to go back IF they improve.

Have been touring all the coffee shops of Fulham since I moved to the neighbourhood recently and this is the winner (so far!). I am a bit biased towards Allpress Coffee and Australian Style lattes,so it's not really a surprise, but they treat it perfectly so that it is perfectly strong and flavourful without being bitter and the milk is just how I like it.My only criticism is that some of the hipster clientele are a bit intimidating (when you want to roll out of bed on a weekend and get a coffee in your trakkies) and there isn't really anywhere comfy to sit.

I'm Australian visiting London, and after a month in Europe I was fed up with receiving Latte's that were 70% froth.In addition, I'm a soy drinker. Nowhere in Europe and very few places in London offer soy milk.Shot does- the BEST one... Drum roll... BON SOY!Great coffee and a delicious brekky of scrambled eggs, avo, tomato and smoked salmon. All made fresh. Not smothered in fatty sauces and oils, hooray!Oh, and the service was wonderful.A little piece of Aus in London Town.Get amongst it!

I frequently stop here on my way to work to pick up a flat white. The coffee is by far the best I have had in London and the service always friendly and efficient. The barista remembered my order by my second visit. Worth travelling to Fulham for!

Finally a decent coffee in London. My second week traveling and had the best coffee since leaving Australia. Funny that is was made by a Brissie boy who worked very close to my home.Funky little shop with good looking food menu but we didn't eat anything as we had just had lunch .......Unfortunately! We walked past later in the evening and there was a bar atmosphere! Would like to go back for a drink another night.Definitely a must for those who enjoy a decent coffee!

finally i found great coffee in London, with all the chains surrounding us it's sometimes hard to find the right spot but this time i got lucky.right size of cups, aromatic bland, right atmosphere.the breakfast mini-sandwich was excellent as well i highly reccommend

Excellent place. Perfect Kiwi-style lattes (I recommend ordering a strong one). The BEST sandwiches I've ever had: Fresh Ciabatta, delicious Italian mortadella, cheese and artichokes, sun-dried tomato...toasted... Just Incredible. And it's not so often you'd rave about a sandwich. But this one justifies it. Oh yeah, all the staff is super cool and the drinks are fantastic: Try a Negroni Spagliatti to start your Saturday right...
