What an exceptional surprise to find that a rooftop of this caliber offers free access! Kudos to everyone who made this possible. The process of acquiring the free tickets was seamless, and the entry experience was well-organized, with the right level of security and efficient queue management. Once inside, we were greeted by a stunning and spectacular garden in the clouds—truly a sight to behold. What impressed me even more was the pricing at the bar. You’d expect sky-high prices or to be bombarded with overpriced souvenirs, but that wasn’t the case at all. The bar had accessible, reasonably priced options that made it easy to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. A must-visit destination in London, and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience.

There are not many places in London with a view like the one offered by Sky Garden. We came here for a meal and before sitting down, we spent nearly an hour just enjoying the views in all directions. A great place also to take photos from above of different London landmarks, although with the glass around the viewing platform, there is a problem with reflection.

I wasn’t able to book in advance tickets for the Sky Garden, but this place is so pretty that we had to try to go up anyways. The staff was super kind telling us they were going to decide in a little bit if they could let people with no reservation get inside. We waited around 10’, then they let us at 11am. What a nice surprise! The Sky Garden is a true hidden gem of London and the best part? It's FREE! The 360° view of London is absolutely breathtaking. You can see everything: the Thames, Tower Bridge, The Shard, St Paul's Cathedral... The space itself is magnificent with its hanging gardens and impressive glass roof. The atmosphere is very pleasant, you can stroll quietly among the plants or sit on the sofas to admire the view. Little tip: book in advance on their website (obligatory) and try to go there at sunset, it’s magical! There is also a bar if you want to have a drink with this incredible view (you have to pay for that though, and not cheap). For a free attraction, it's definitely beyond expectations. Book the ticket in advance and the viewing deck door closes at 1800 in the winter. A beautifully and thoughtfully laid out green zone doesn't snatch you away from nature. 2-3 restaurants and bars located on the 36th floor and an exclusive dining area offers you luxury, pampered feel. Must visit on week days as less crowded avoiding busy week ends. The nearest underground station is Bank.

We visited on a Friday night in December , the place is gorgeous but the service wasn’t great , there was 6 of us on a table and when ordering drinks we asked if we could also order some food , we were ignored , she did come back over around 10 minutes later and we ordered , the food was nice but the portions were small and really expensive for what they were . After our food was cleared no one came over to us for about 45 minutes. I was wanting to order a drink and went to the bar to asked if I could be served there , they said no and someone would come over , after waiting another 30 minutes I got up and found a waiter myself . When the bill came we didn’t want to pay the service charge as we had not really been paid too much attention to , this then caused an issue where paying the bill took 25 minutes of back and fourth . I did like the vibe of this place but the service was not what you would expect from quite a pricy bar in central London .

A magical experience, but with strict controls I visited the Sky Garden in London over the Christmas period and it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere was magical, with twinkling lights and Christmas decorations that made the view even more evocative. The view over the city is breathtaking, especially in the evening, with the Thames and the illuminated monuments creating a unique spectacle. The name of the corresponding monument is written on the windows. However, it is important to note that the security checks at the entrance are very precise. They are reminiscent of airport ones, with bag scanners and careful checks of every personal item. Although they may seem excessive, you can perceive a high level of attention to safety, which made me feel calm once inside. Food and drinks may be brought as long as metal water bottles are examined separately. I recommend arriving a little early to get through security without stress and booking your visit 3 weeks in advance, as places fill up quickly, especially during holidays. In summary, the Sky Garden is an unmissable stop in London, especially at Christmas.

The service was average - i did have to chase up my coffee, which didn't arrive with my daughter's drink. The food was INCREDIBLY salty - I had roast chicken and beans, and I couldn't finish it due to the salt content. Likewise, for my daughter, her chips were doused in salt before arriving at the table. Puddings were OK. All in all, a disappointment. Obviously, the views are amazing, but you can enjoy those without spending any money in the Brasserie. Would not recommend.

Sadly I took a close business associate to this restaurant on the recommendation of Trip Advisor We had travelled all day from different cities to different hotels to meet at the About Thyme Restaurant it was very closed and so far we have been told it has been that way for many months May I suggest that TA keeps their records up to date as with most technology it is driven by humans and is only as good as the information that is put in This was a very expensive mistake Obviously in future I will always check that TA is accurate I have always enjoyed TA and intend doing so in the future but please update your records

The most beautiful waitress I have ever seen was working here when we enjoyed brunch
