Snappy Tomato Pizza - Kingswells in Aberdeen City

I love the spicy taste. Well cooked and burnt up to just the way I love it.

Undercooked pizza base Hardly any sauce and no flavour, made them aware via social media but they just reacted with a sad face emoji, no apology or attempt to assure me it was a one off so assume even the management don’t care that they are charging a fortune for a very poor product, £26 for 2 large pizzas that went in the bin after eating half a slice of each

What has happened to Snappy kingswells? Last few orders have been terrible, pizza I just received has almost no pizza sauce so its dry and great lumps of cheese. Last order was so undercooked the dough was raw in the middle, soggy and wet. It doesn't even look like a snappy pizza!

As good as ever forward to the next time. Highly recommend tasty and Great value

Quality has dropped, staff not as friendly, food nowhere near as good. I was a regular but after trying a couple of times under new management I'm sorry to say I won't be back.

Poor quality pizza, wrong item was delivered which was corrected but won't be ordering again.

This places had went so downhill.Recived my order 2hrs after placing .Tried to phone and get in touch to find out what's happening .Food finally arrived and was stone cold.I have never left a review before but I think those merited one.

Used to purchase from Snappy Tomato regularly on Just Eat and it was one of our favourites. We've just gone to order our usual, and found the prices have increased significantly. For example, a cheeseburger with bacon is now £7.45 instead of £5.55. Jalapeño poppers are now £4.95 instead of £3.70. What usually cost us £30 would now be £40. I'm sorry, the foods good but this is a bit steep. Hope to come back in future if prices are rectified.

Has the franchise been taken over by someone new? My order took nearly an hour & a half to arrive, the pizza wasn't nice at all & the garlic bread was like cardboard. I didn't feel well after eating it. Won't be back.

Orderd two large pizzas and chicken bites the pizzas had no tomatoe sauce so was as dry as sandpaper and the chicken was that burnt the dog could not chew it what a let down and waste of money wont be back

Was calling to ask about toppings and before I got to continue asking further questions the guy had a bad attitude and hung up. Deal breaker if I can’t ask some simple questions without staff hanging up and being rude.

Absolutely pathetic service. As a customer who has been coming to Snappy Pizza Kingswells for many years, I was super disappointed with the service I received today. My order was half an hour late and when I phoned to ask them where it was, they told me they didn’t bother making it as I had cancelled my last one. Disgusting and embarrassing customer service.

We enjoy a snappy pizza or burger occasionally, friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices

disappointing service, would not deliver to kintore. then hung up on me added info. was Thursday night and was around £80 for the pizzas for the night shift lads

The "Beast" pepperoni pizza is almost suitable for vegetarians!. One small piece of pepperoni per 4 inch square piece of pizza. The meanest topping in town - indeed the meanest I have ever seen- anywhere.

Excellent pizza and delivery is 100% better than Pizza hut
