Sorrento's Pizzeria in Northumberland

I know it's 40÷ off does that mean we only get 40% pizza....?? No tomato sauce on base...no meatballs we paid extra.... nobody answered the phone....base was soggy like a wet bag .....last order 😷

If I could give minus stars I would, this place allowed us to order on just eat, they then waited 1hr and 20 mins marked our order as delivered, it took us to call them when no food arrived for them to tell us they aren’t delivering to the area, told us they had cancelled the order (which they hadnt) and they then 5 mins after the call proceeded to cancel the order. 1 hr and 20 mins. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a complete lack of curtesy for any customer. Shame as we have previously ordered from here and recommend everyone at the holiday home to do so. Never again. Avoid this place. So disappointing

Down working in the area, we got the pizza pie special the dough was still raw at the crust and the doner tasted about a week old. Chips were ok but really dry if you don't have sauce probably a first and last for us. Never do reviews but had to say it's worth a miss if you are going for the pie

Small garlic bread with cheese and a portion of kebab meat and chips with garlic sauce came to £20.80 even though told a different price on phone rip off first and last time I’ll be there could of got a munchie box from any other pizza shop for that price I wouldn’t mind paying if food had been up to par but was horrible

The service and atmosphere is top class in sorrentos but I had moldy pizza and a moldy cheesy garlic bread and there isn’t anything that can take that away from being anything above 1 star. Shame because I used to really like it there and always said it was the best around but that’s a deal breaker for me. No chance would I trust to go there again!

Been in tonite,two for price of one,£7 for two pizzas, bolagnaise one and Kiev, both 10 inch! Great staff and service,will go again for a Tuesday special, between 5-9 don't just take my word word,go yourself

Best takeaway in the north east, owners treat you like family

There are plenty that imitate but few succeed. From succulent ½ lb burgers to delicious pizzas, or maybe you could be tempted by a naughty doner wrap!? lest we forget the sublime hotshot parmo (personal favourite) All crafted by the friendly and welcoming staff that come together to make this my go to establishment on a all to regular basis! 10/10

We ordered kofta wrap, pizza, chicken and cake. Everything was incredible, best takeaway we have tried in Ashington. Only thing is I didn’t think the wrap would have salad in as I selected chips rather than salad and it had both in so I’ve had to pick it out as I’m fussy😂

This is some of the best pizza I've had. Absolutely satisfying and consistently good!

Food was ready early and hot, however one pizza was extremely greasy, both had very little topping and chips were over-cooked. Just another sub-par Pizza shop.

Ordered from here as i heard its under new management. So thought the food would be alot nicer. It is certainly not.. My Order was a 12inch half and half pizza that i asked for, There was next to no toppings on i asked for extra cheese same no extra cheese. Chips came soggy. I will definitely not be ordering from here ever again. I really thought with the change of management they would change there food abit better than the last owners. But cleary not.

Pizza from the NEW sorrento pizza was excellent. My Chicken BBQ pizza was superb with plenty of BBQ sauce and other toppings were fresh Great customer service experience in tbe shop too. I have found my new pizza shop.

Order turned up half missing. Delivery driver phoned shop and was told to sell me what he had. I told him I didn't want the half order while the owner was on loud speaker and his reply was "tell him to f#@k off" no matter how nice the good might be I would recommend a shop that can get 5 items right and not have a owner with the attitude of a stray dog...

Ordered for the 1st time from here! Never again! Pizza was a stodgy mess. Asked for a cheese burger and chips with jalapeños on. No jalapeños on and all stone cold! Kebab meat was nice and the only thing that was luke warm! Probs due to being in a foil carton. Called them to express my opinion to be greet with a tone that gave the impression they weren’t bothered.

Sorry to say that the service of this takeaway was ridiculous tonight as we did not get what we ordered, chips were raw and when we rang the shop to ask what happened with our order he was extremely rude, tried to get us to pay a lot more for what we ordered in the first place then proceeded to hang up on us, the second time we rang he argued viciously, called us liars about our order, said they were too busy and hung up again. Problem was not sorted and we had to order from another pizza place, lost some valuable customers.

Pizzas from here are like cheap frozen pizzas from a supermarket, I expected more. AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID My order was running late, rang up to locate my order and told it hadn't even left yet. I explained it wasn't acceptable and wished to cancel my order at which point the person on the phone got very abusive. A simple courtesy call to tell me you were going to be late was all that was required. This is so lush! Good pizzas daily and i would walk 1000 miles to get a pizza from here!
