The honey b company in Northumberland

Food is lovely but unfortunately 2 bad experiences 1 was new years eve, where the meal has been ordered the day before and still had to wait an hour after the collection time. Ordered an meal on Thurs 2nd jan and the meal was wrong. Never had any problems the last few months until now.

Food is 10/10 we are regulars absolutely love it here, dont understand the 1* reveiws!

We stayed at the White Swan 18th February to attend the last night of the panto at the theatre close by, the location was perfect, the staff were lovely, they were happy to serve us dinner before the show, it was an excellent meal, and the room was comfortable clean and tidy and well equipped. And the night porter let us in when we got back late! And the breakfast was excellent too, so 5 stars.

Was very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Service was really quickand food was excellent. Will definitely be back when passing through Berwick.

I know it's 40÷ off does that mean we only get 40% pizza....?? No tomato sauce on base...no meatballs we paid extra.... nobody answered the phone....base was soggy like a wet bag .....last order 😷
