Good coffee good customer service thank you

Called here today first thing was they don’t accept the app which is fair enough but the big thing that let this Starbucks down is the customer service at 12 o clock there was only 1 person serving and a que of 10 then I received one drink and stood there until the girl realised I was waiting for another drink then bellowed to the girl in the kitchen “what was this drink” absolutely diabolical customer service and as a Starbucks gold member I will certainly not be calling here again the way that they speak to customers is terrible some additional Starbucks customer service training required I think. I will also copy this review to Starbucks HO and Brian Niccol 1/10 !!! Also very expensive £14 for 2 drinks (the pic shows no one serving behind the counter and a que of approx 10 people) AVOID !!

A welcoming atmosphere with lots of friendly colleagues, they’ve cheered me up with a joke without knowing I’ve had a bad day! The girl with the green hair has made my day even better by making my latte drizzling with authenticity, she was full of empathy and understanding and had a stunning personality inside and OUT!! Made my day better 10/10 reccomend

We always enjoy our lattes at Starbucks. The service is very good.

I didn't go in Starbucks on this occasion as I was just going to the movies. So I can't make a comment.

Very expensive place. Need to lower prices.

Saturday morning at 10.30am peak time 8 people queing 2 people behind the counter but only 1 serving. Around 3mins per coffee that means I would have been stood there nearly 25mins just to get served the lady behind the counter should be serving people instead of sticking labels on things.

Nice new starbys next to the nice new cinema! Can't beat it. Nice staff too. 👍

Staff rude not upto normal standards always an issue weather its card machine not working or not having enough stock. You can definitely tell this starbucks is franchise and not directly a starbucks store. Very disappointing as we've been here a few times and 90% of times there was an issue

This is a nice enough place to have a very expensive cup of coffee ☕️ Clean & tidy and staff helpful to a point, but do not look happy as no one smiles for some reason. Free WiFi Disabled friendly.

Not very keen on these places but my wife likes to go every now and then. Very slow service. You need a bank loan just to purchase a hot drink. Very expensive place.

Useless, took far too long to make two drinks wrong. Maybe spend a little less time flirting with the security guard while you’ve got customers waiting…

Arogant staff. Long wait when the place was empty. Burnt milk.
