Great Starbucks location that’s easy to get to. We ordered a cheese twist which was something we had never heard of before but it was delicious.

Lovely young lady served me today. Informative, pleasant and the drink tasted perfect including the temperature being right. I tried the new oat range- honey hazelnut latte. Recommended!

When tracking the driver, they were going the complete opposite direction to my location, this then continued for 25 minutes after being notified they had left the restaurant and the order arrived 45 minutes late.

Great pizza nice food defo order again

Since my last review the manager has called and apologised for the confusion with the pizza's sizes ordered. I am happy with the resolution.

Hello. Never order from this place. We order 2 pizzas at 9 p.m. and it’s took more than 3 hrs to deliver. I was calling them 5 times no answer. Pizzas was over burned. Waste of money.

The pizza was on the wrong base and undercooked. Call the restaurant to address this and the guy that answered was rude and dismissive of my complaint. His demeanour only changed when I told him the process I was following to complain through Just Eat. I wouldnt order from here again and I'm vex I did in the first place

I have been coming here since I moved to the area I’m so glad I was driving past this & thought to try it. Fries are always tasty, chicken is delicious. The guys are always friendly to me. Now I just need to try their pizza I’m looking forward to it. We will return as always stay safe.

First time ordering and probably won’t again. My pizza wasn’t cooked that much, very doughy and the cheese not melted, plus was missing my order of olives. Same as mozzarella sticks, weren’t cooked through. Husbands pizza and hot wings were ok though!

First time I'd ordered from Shepherds Pizza after a recommendation from a friend. Without a doubt I will be ordering from them again. Speedy delivery and one of the best pizzas I've had in a long while. Loved it.

Didn’t mind the delivery being late as the food was much better than the other chicken shops.

We ordered the family boneless box. Every bit of the food tasted fresh, smelt & tasted amazing. We was full but still could stop eating as it was soo good. Great potion sizes. I will defo be ordering this again.

Arrived late, only by 20 minutes. Everything I ordered was delivered and at the end of our meal there was nothing left. Very grateful that they are working during the pandemic. We had a mixture of pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers. Food was delicious and arrived hot.

Food was very hot when arrived. They forgot the large popcorn chicken. A quick call to the store and this was fixed and delivered hot within 15 minutes. Very happy with the customer service! Thankyou!

Got chicken instead of garlic bread and pizza was all squashed up one end of box. Neither were very tasty.

Food took 1 hour and 45 mins to arrive. Called the restaurant they apologised and said it was on its way. Turned up luke warm in a sweaty falling apart bag so it had been in there a while Chicken was very tough and dry Popcorn chicken was quite nice Chips were ok but tasted like chicken (deep fried in the same oil I presume) Would not use again try somewhere else guys

Order from here regularly and it’s always been lovely and hot, but this time it arrived almost 2 hours from ordering, cold, not boxed properly and some of the chicken pieces were hard, won’t be using them again

Food was late, and damaged, sauce capsules had split all over the food. Delivery driver was trying to hand the food over by hand. Boxes were split inside the carrier bag

Definitely one of the best chicken shops in dartford.Their chicken wings, burgers and chicken peices are very good value for money and tastewise the best ive tasted in datford. I have not tried their pizza therefore cannot comment.

Food arrived well over an hour late but I think given the current situation and how busy takeaway places are it's to be expected. I have ordered from here before and had no issues.. Food was excellent, hot and tasty... Will order again.

30 minutes after the Food marked as delivered by the restaurant I am still waiting. Called restaurant 20 minutes ago who said driver isn’t far.very very poor. Money down the drain. This is the first and last time I order from these guys and the last time I use just eat.

Wont be ordering again waited 1 hour for delivery slot then another hour waiting for driver to be assigned and still no food, tried to call restaurant but no answer, contacted just eat who cancelled and refunded me.

Pizza is always lovely from here. Beats domino's and pizza hut. It's always hot, cheesy and full of flavour.

Food wasn’t very hot at all, pizza needs to be hot or it tastes rubbery. The garlic bread with cheese was even worse.
