Starbucks Rose Street in Highland

I called in here for a coffee on the way home from the airport and have been bounced by a demand for a £100 fine from Britannia Parking for missing the parking ticket machine, in the dark on a rainy evening. I won't be calling again.

I work in Inverness but I will never use this Starbucks or BM Barhains again because I got a £100 parking charge from Britannia Parking. Both meters were out of order. I was in and gone in 17 minutes. This is a TERRIBLE option if you want a quick / drive through / drop in coffee. The actual shop and staff were good BUT the management of Stsrbucks need to negotiate a 30 minute window if they want to grow more business... I see other people have had the same problem and I didnt really want to write a bad review but how else do you force change. Britannia don't give a hoot.. And I'm really not impressed. Watch out folks, you ve been warned! Dont get caught out.

This Starbucks was really nice and I was happy to visit. The staff was alla amazing, sweet and good for a chat and a recommendation when unsure of what to have. They made my day so much by making a PSL that was the best I've had, before I knew PSL was back on market and it made my day. Was here for about an hour and the staff was sweet and helpful and just pure lovely and the coffee is always good!

£60 parking fine. Stopped off for a coffee after a 3 hour drive to Belladrum as we did last year. Just received a £60 parking fine from Britannia Parking as you need to pay parking! In the middle of nowhere and couldn’t see signs at all. Starbucks don’t even tell you it is chargeable parking!!!

Ridículos, not legal, Starbucks denied a receipt, they said they not have paper to print it. It that possible? Why they not advised before we pay???

Starbucks fine but has a very tired visitor who needed a quick coffee only to reserve a £60 parking fine for the pleasure is awful! We didn’t see any signs so beware while visiting a Very expensive coffee

The visit was let down by the toilet having a very loose seat and when this was mentioned to a member of staff she replied that it was always happening. Can I give a suggestion REPAIR IT PROPERLY.

Accueil peu chaleureux... Mais surtout nous avons été désagréablement surprises de devoir payer le lait pour un demi biberon = 1.85 pounds !, sachant que ma fille qui vit en Ecosse n'a jamais dû payer le lait demandé pour son bébé depuis 2 ans, que ce soit dans les cafés ou les restaurants.

Inadequately trained staff… very grubby, messy venue… was there for over an hour and a half catching up with a friend and 7 different tables were left covered with empty cups and rubbish. Cake crumbs all over the floor under several tables, and cleanliness of toilets unsatisfactory. Not impressed at all. No standards whatsoever, and where is the management?

Arrived with my family and was immediately greeted with a lovely welcome from Angela. She made us at ease straight away as my youngest was playing up. Got our order made in quick time and had it with us as quickly as possible. The coffee was amazing. Will definitely be back

Better coffee technique than most places in town, iv made over 1000 cups of coffee professionally and places either know how to moderate milk/coffee temperature or they dont. They do.

I was doing my Christmas shopping this morning and stopped in for a coffee. The staff are always so pleasant and welcoming when you come in. A special mention to Naiomi who made my coffee. Simply made to perfection! Everytime I’m in she recognises me and knows I like cinnamon on my cappuccino but had none so offered nutmeg and it was just as tasty!! Thank you to all the team at rose street! Xx

If you want somewhere to go to get food,a drink then go here all the staff make sure your welcomed and that you have everything you need,There is no way how to explain how good there food and drinks are. If I were you I would be going here everyday and I try to as much as I can,also all the staff are so nice and they make sure that everything is right.I would recommend this place to anyone I met who’s asks me where is the best place to go for a drink and some food this would be the first place I think off x

Me and my partner had a lovely catchup. We felt safe in Starbucks because they had 1 member of staff cleaning every table when someone left with a facemask. The food was delicious 😋

First time visiting end of November and everything was immaculate, great service, coffee amazing! So used to Costa I forgot how fab Starbucks is! Very relaxing atmosphere. I’m now back 1st December!
