I think the recent refit is amazing and the food and quality is outstanding at Mamma Mia. I must say the staff are very friendly and I love the choice of menu. I definitely will be returning again soon. Can’t wait.!!!

Just reopened following a refurb and it's absolutely fabulous the new tables and chairs are so comfortable and it feels really spacious the look is really good just the place for a relaxing coffee break and the menu looks good

I've been a valued customer for years, and I loved their fresh good-value food but the 'tender pieces of chicken breast in breadcrumbs' were just generic chopped and shaped Goujons which was disappointing for 4.99.

Delivery times not accurate, they were already 20 minutes, there was a mistake in my address, i rang the company, I was shouted at by someone who told me that they run a business and I am wasting their time and refused to refund or send new food.

A favourite place for us. Delicious food and fast service.

The pasta was absolutely delicious! The staff were lovely and welcoming. I ordered the spaghetti and meatball sauce. The meatballs I didn’t like so much. The mozzarella sticks were amazing. The prices looked ok at first, however it totalled over £30! I don’t understand how as it was £24 be for the drinks. Overall, delicious.

I have been coming here for years, the subs have always been great. The pasta menu now looks much better. Despite the recent refit ordering subs is a mess, there is no clear signage where to place your order and for some bizarre reason you have to shout your order over a 5 foot partition. Take the partition down and put in a deli style counter so customers can see the fresh ingredients and the person serving them.

Our first time back since the refurb! Really like the fresh clean look, but the best thing was that the quality had not changed - our goto Mesquite chicken sub was still as tasty as ever. I tried the ravioli in arrabiata sauce - tempted as it was cooked fresh in front of you. Tasted so fresh - both the ravioli and the sauce - full of flavour. Great food, generous portions, good service - all in a lovely, clean welcoming setting. What's not to like?!

My family came to try out the new restaurant Mamma Mia, been coming for years but it's now on a different level. Very Posh comes to mind. lots of Halal options on the menu. my favourite was the meat lasagne,,,,to die for. My wife had the Pomdoro Pasta. They even do 100% Zero Alcohol Wines and beers.

The BEST food, atmosphere and service. Had the Nutella pizza and it was amazing 10/10 experience!

Came here for lunch. The place has had a full refurb and looks fantastic, cozy and inviting. The staff were super friendly and we had a couple of the fresh pasta dishes. The food was great and the portions were substantial. Really nice food and atmosphere and we'll definitely come back.

Took almost 2 hours to deliver food from Hampton to Orton. Subxpress are usually my favourite place to order from as food always comes piping hot and fresh, everything was cold. 3 phone calls and almost 2 hours later I got my food, will not be ordering again.

can't fault the delivery - arrives piping hot, the driver is nice and charming. the pizza (Margherita) is just boring, however. can't really taste the cheese and there's too much sauce in my opinion. it's definitely fresh and i can see why people like it, but for me the cheese is just meh.

Mi hija y yo pedimos 2 rollos medianos sub express a través de Uber eats hoy 7 de octubre Pedí un rollo tradicional de harina integral y especifiqué específicamente NO aceitunas Cuando llegó el rollo debería haber tenido encima jamón de ternera de pavo lechuga tomate cebolla roja y queso y luego rematado con Ranch Dressing El rollo llegó sin cebolla roja de tomate de ternera y el jamón en sí era mínimo y parecía que había estado sentado una semana ya que estaba muy muy seco el queso se puso en el aderezo que también fue decepcionante y luego finalmente lo adivinaste que lo habían cargado completamente con aceitunas negras Tengo que decir que este es uno de los peores rollos que he tenido y cuando nos pusimos en contacto con Uber para quejarse dijeron que todo lo que podían hacer era ofrecernos £ 2. ¡50 de reembolso por la carne perdida! Encuentro que este nivel de servicio al cliente es absolutamente repugnante en vista del hecho de que estropearon todo el pedido. Mi rollo de Hijas tampoco era estándar y no se hizo nada. Ella también les envió fotografías. Definitivamente NO recomendaría Sub Express en Hampton Pagamos más de £ 18 por los dos rollos y habría esperado más EVITAR COMO LA PESTE

I live 1 mile away from restaurant but still 60 mins to deliver when advertised was 30 mins. Ridiculous.

I recently dined at Sub Express Hampton and ordered the creamy sauce with smoked salmon and fusilli. The dish was a pleasant surprise! I had The Don 10” pizza on my last visit and it was sooo good it inspired me to make my own as I couldn’t believe with simple fresh ingredients things just go to the next level! Needless to say I’m back at the restaurant as my efforts.. er… well it’s harder than I thought to make the best pizza ever- and these guys really know about creating the perfect pizza

My food was never delivered, I really am a big fan of sub xpress and it’s never been bad once. It’s strange it’s never arrived but they are really good in my opinion otherwise from this experience.

First time I order from Sub Xpress and loved it. Although the drink was not cold, but it's ok. really nice T.B.G and meatballs . good job on delivering, even though I preferred they call me instead of knocking the door as I live in a share house, except for that everything good. thanks

Delivery guy was lovely but food not so much unfortunately. Pizzas were overdone and chicken overcooked so very tough and dry but then under cooked hard wedges . Think I’ll stick to the subs in future.

BANGIN subs everytime, great value for money, honestly no complaints. the bread is so good.

Pizza is always delicious from here. I would just recommend rewording the desserts from cookies to cookie as you only get one which was misleading. Won't stop me ordering again though.

Perfect pizza like always, this is only place I'm buying pizzas, ever since I tryed it few years ago.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Delivered an hour after they stated it had already been delivered on the app. Then had the audacity to lie and say they called and tracked the order, which is not the case at all. Really poor attitude from them. And you can see this in their responses to reviews on JustEat. Negative reviews are meet with a condescending comment, with an attempt to blame it on the customer for their own failing. Plus the food was poor at best.

Tasty pizza and subs. Dessert pizza was a little stale/overcooked. Subs aren't as filled as they used to be, but still very tasty. Delivery times aren't the best but I'm a little out of Hampton.

So I have to put that they got my order wrong (this has never happened before). However how quickly they got it sorted and the Amazing quality of the food (as per usual) this gets a 5 star rating every time. The traditional sub has been a favourite of my for 10 years easily!!

Ordered for 20:30 delivery, arrived at 19:20. Really poor!!

Normally our food from here is brilliant. This time was disappointing . We had wedges, these were cold and hard and very undercooked. The chicken strips we had were not brilliant either.

Really bellow average food. Grabbed the carbonara for takeaway. They gave me this really soupy sauce in a container on the side. Really weird way of serving it. The sauce tasted nothing like a carbonara should taste like. I think they might have added mustard to it. - really weird flavour. I’m not expecting fancy italian meat, but least of my expectations were that it would have bacon. No. It’s just really cheap cubed cooked ham. Also they are charging £1 extra for the tiniest tub of parmesan - which i thought was just part of the meal itself. Only to realise i’ve been upselled. £9.45 in total for this is ludicrous.

Walked in to the counter, gentleman called Gustavo greeted us straight away with a big smile. He took our order and made sure we were happy with what we were going to purchase. I have to say their tuna melt sub is so good. Thankyou for making our first experience beautiful.

Paper cardboard circles on the pizza. Glad I didn’t actually eat this, This is my go to but unfortunately this time there was chicken covered most of the don pizza which it’s not supposed to. Didn’t want to eat much of it after that as the chicken is really bad tasting.

Fab quality, great pizzas fab value for money. But we asked for meatballs on the pepperoni pizza and they were missing :(

My experiences at the sandwich bar have consistently been very good. The woman at the sandwich counter is always friendly and never gets my order wrong, the rest of the staff are pleasant. My go-to choice is typically a sub; I've yet to try their pasta or pizza. I absolutely love their freshly prepared yogurt and fruit smoothies, especially refreshing on warmer days. I reccomend banana & strawberry. While some have suggested improving the variety of drinks and snacks, I find it convenient that Tesco is nearby, offering more suited options should I wish. Super convienent as you can also park in Tesco for free or walk if you're local in Hampton.

I’m never coming again. Me and my mum came here because the cafe was shut and we wanted to eat, I’m not eating for the rest of my life. My mum was very clear about my picky self not wanting anything extra in my tuna mayo, just tuna and mayo. Please explain why my tuna was yellow, and tasted vile. It had lumps in it, which we assume was sweetcorn, but there was also something else in it I can’t quite put my finger on. I took one bite and now feel sick, forced my mum to eat the rest, and she claims she’ll never get over it. I don’t think she will. See image below. The ham and cheese toastie wasn’t so bad, but the ham and cheese were rather cheap and dry: maybe that’s your jam I shall not judge. On the other hand, the service wasn’t as awful. The lady that served us was nice, but just gave us a cup and told us to fill it up…. Where?? 🤨 Once we had found the water-filler, we took a look at the buttons, there were two buttons that said stop, none that said start. Consider eating somewhere else :)

Love love the sandwiches. I wouldn't recommend pasta tho. The Italian and Mesquite Chicken 😍 highly recommend. You can easily get inside through two sides of the shopping centre. I wouldn't take anyone for a date here but quick breakfast is alright.

I haven’t got my food but the app says it’s delivered?

The garlic bread was good. Was expecting the thin sliced Potato skins, oh well. The carbonara sauce was terrible and the bacon felt like it was from a microwaveable meal.

The order was placed at 12:27 and arrived at 14:59 it was supposed to arrive at 13:25 way too long of a wait wasn’t still warm as it should of been and usually is

These are hands down the best pizzas I’ve ever had outside of Rome. They are consistently so good and fresh. Always recommend you guys to anyone I know.
