Subway in Stockton-on-Tees

1st online order,didn't turn up 2nd order missing items. Food lovely but staff miss items and delivery drivers are unreliable at times.

I use this branch as the staff are nicer, the one closest to me is run for the benefit of the staff, it can get very busy at lunch times so I prefer to go in the afternoon

This is a branch of Subways right at the end of a large building that houses a car showroom. It is not bad. It has no seating from what I can recall.

Rude staff. Place needs a revamp. Wont be going back thats for sure. Cold Coffee and hardly any filling in the roll. Staff too busy on thier phones. Lack in customer service skills

Visited today while in the area and the manager is very abrupt with customers and defo the most miserable staff I’ve ever seen in a subway although only my third visit to one
