Best subway ever. Always friendly staff and you can eat in. Mind the wonky table. Lovely food. I recommend the Philly cheese sub and snag some chocolate cookies.

Well, here is the feedback i've tried to send to subway directly but as i didn't get as far as placing an order there isn't a way to do it directly through their website- so i'm hoping someone will see it and respond. Dear customer service team, I am writing to express my concern and frustration at the terrible customer service at this branch of subway. On my two previous visits I was annoyed at how long the team ignored me before taking my order (there was no queue either time) but assumed maybe they were having a bad day or an important conversation - on the second occasion I had just finished a 10k run and was starving, so i didn't have a choice but to wait until they could be bothered to serve me. Today I thought I'd have one more try and was ignored completely, to the point that I ended up just walking out without placing an order. There were no other customers in the store and three members of staff behind the till. The gentleman was preparing something (maybe an online order) but the two women were just chatting and joking. I waited until they finished one conversation and thought maybe now they'll serve me, but they just looked at me and then started another conversation. There was no communication with me at all, not even a "hello, we'll just be a minute" - just absolute and unbelievable ignorance. The level of passive rudeness is not acceptable, so I just walked off. I probably would have waited longer if I thought they hadn't seen me but one of the women looked directly at me three times and still didn't acknowledge my existence. I cannot recall ever having this problem ever before, in any other shop or store of any kind. A few years ago I used to visit this subway quite frequently but to be ignored so willfully by someone who should be serving is utterly crazy. I'd be very keen to hear any actions taken to tackle this problem but until there is any change in this attitude to customer service i will not be using this branch again. Appalling!

Never received my order. Has a code on the delivery to pass to the driver, to make sure it’s the correct person who’s ordered the food. Says on the just eat app that it’s been delivered. Tried calling the subway I ordered from, no answer. Never had problems with ordering before, have ordered from the same subway prior.

The staff were sorting out the boiler and asked me to wait offering a drink while I waited. I said I couldn't and they served me. My kids love subway and they weren't disappointed. Very helpful, clean and friendly service which is a far cry from the subway in the Lyme building at the Royal Stoke.

Whenever I go they never seem to have any spinach. Staff member said it was hit and miss. Fancied a salad As I don’t like cucumber, tomatoes and peppers my salad consisted of lettuce, gherkin, onions and jalapeños that’s fine. Asked for a portion of meat balls on them. Guess what no meatballs this is 3 pm they don’t close until 7. I was told they held some back for delivery so I asked for a portion of them only to be told I can’t have any. I asked if they had orders in for them. Guess what they hadn’t. So not sure why I couldn’t have them as you can turn off individual items on these delivery apps.

Difficult to actually rank an atmosphere, dependent on so many uncontrollable variables. It was quiet when I visited which was nice for eating breakfast. Food was prepared well and the host was very polite.

The last time I came here the service was very poor. Having returned today 14th July for a quick sandwich, I was served by RICH and LAURA who were very smiley, pleasant, clearly enjoyed their work which was clear to see. For once it was nice to be served by people with the ability to communicate with the public and as j sat having my sandwich in the store, they continued to be the same with other members of the public, even offering the delivery driver a drink when he came to drop off stock as the heatwave in full flow. Well Done, I wouldn’t hesitate in employing you both 👍

Your service is very poor, we went to subway on a weekday and the guy behind the till said they close at 8 we were just a few minutes late we didn’t say anything and left. Then next day we go in around 7 and there was a different guy there and he said that they close at 6 I was so confused so I told him that the guy yesterday said that they close at 8 that’s it, a few days later there was a very nice girl there and she told me that they close at 8 on a weekday and close at 7 on a Saturday my sister went today to get some food and that really horrible guy was behind the till and he didn’t serve her at all saying that she has a bad attitude and yet he was being the one with the attitude.

In one month 2 separate delivery orders were minus 2 large bottles diet pepsi, £3-09 each. Now I can live without these items, but the staff never answer the phone. I left many messages these totally ignored. Im upset by the fact they fail to rectify or even appologise, £6 wont break the bank, but If Id known I was going to be taken for a mug, the money would have gone in a charity jar. All a great shame as food always excellent.

Amazing service from Callum at the weekend who went above and beyond. We were those annoying customers that turned up a few minutes before closing and were being indecisive, but he was super friendly and patient with me, my nephew and niece.
