Best subway ever. Always friendly staff and you can eat in. Mind the wonky table. Lovely food. I recommend the Philly cheese sub and snag some chocolate cookies.

Ric is an asset to your company. Fantastic customer service, went above and beyond to serve customers. Made our experience of subway brilliant. Thank you, hope to visit again.

Avoid this place the manager is rude i would not recommend the food is out of date and taste like its been picked up from the bin

Well, here is the feedback i've tried to send to subway directly but as i didn't get as far as placing an order there isn't a way to do it directly through their website- so i'm hoping someone will see it and respond. Dear customer service team, I am writing to express my concern and frustration at the terrible customer service at this branch of subway. On my two previous visits I was annoyed at how long the team ignored me before taking my order (there was no queue either time) but assumed maybe they were having a bad day or an important conversation - on the second occasion I had just finished a 10k run and was starving, so i didn't have a choice but to wait until they could be bothered to serve me. Today I thought I'd have one more try and was ignored completely, to the point that I ended up just walking out without placing an order. There were no other customers in the store and three members of staff behind the till. The gentleman was preparing something (maybe an online order) but the two women were just chatting and joking. I waited until they finished one conversation and thought maybe now they'll serve me, but they just looked at me and then started another conversation. There was no communication with me at all, not even a "hello, we'll just be a minute" - just absolute and unbelievable ignorance. The level of passive rudeness is not acceptable, so I just walked off. I probably would have waited longer if I thought they hadn't seen me but one of the women looked directly at me three times and still didn't acknowledge my existence. I cannot recall ever having this problem ever before, in any other shop or store of any kind. A few years ago I used to visit this subway quite frequently but to be ignored so willfully by someone who should be serving is utterly crazy. I'd be very keen to hear any actions taken to tackle this problem but until there is any change in this attitude to customer service i will not be using this branch again. Appalling!

Never received my order. Has a code on the delivery to pass to the driver, to make sure it’s the correct person who’s ordered the food. Says on the just eat app that it’s been delivered. Tried calling the subway I ordered from, no answer. Never had problems with ordering before, have ordered from the same subway prior.

Went in at 16:30 and was told by the petrol station staff that the lone worker in Subway was on a break Waited 15 mins and nothing. Just stood about and no one turned up from this so called break. Ridiculous

I ordered a meal deal but had part of my meal missing. Also sauces were not added on my Food

Staff were super helpful and friendly. The food was good quality and fresh. Easy to park and plenty of places to sit. Highly recommend

Turned away at 7.30 am the opening time was told wouldn't open for 20 minutes as one staff had to put.a delivery away .... useless

They put sweetcorn in when I didn’t ask for it and don’t like it £15 down the drain

When ordering a “make your own” meal deal, there’s no option for it to be toasted or in toasted so I left a note for the restaurant asking for the sub to be toasted and it wasn’t :(

I ordered meatballs and they didn’t come

Came in Friday lunch time. Absolutely excellent customer service!!

The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The B.M.T. I had for lunch was delicious.

I am a vegetarian and orederd a vege patty sandwich. I was more than disappointed when I found it to be full of meat, and missing some other fillings! Luckily I checked before biting in to it!

I have been giving the wrong order!!!! I ordered a foot long sub, and got given a 6”.

Again missing items. How hard is it to match whats on the receipt to whats inside the bag.

So had a delivery off yourselves again . Twice in a row missed the cheese. Its pointless having toasted without and not as enjoyable with cheese. I would understand twice in a year but in a row. Poor quality control this is!

I was very very disappointed with the service as I had to go to a restaurant myself to pick up my order as a delivery driver never picked it up or delivered it I will not be using this service ever again it is atrocious and I want my money back

Good customer service at this subway

The staff were sorting out the boiler and asked me to wait offering a drink while I waited. I said I couldn't and they served me. My kids love subway and they weren't disappointed. Very helpful, clean and friendly service which is a far cry from the subway in the Lyme building at the Royal Stoke.

Whenever I go they never seem to have any spinach. Staff member said it was hit and miss. Fancied a salad As I don’t like cucumber, tomatoes and peppers my salad consisted of lettuce, gherkin, onions and jalapeños that’s fine. Asked for a portion of meat balls on them. Guess what no meatballs this is 3 pm they don’t close until 7. I was told they held some back for delivery so I asked for a portion of them only to be told I can’t have any. I asked if they had orders in for them. Guess what they hadn’t. So not sure why I couldn’t have them as you can turn off individual items on these delivery apps.

Difficult to actually rank an atmosphere, dependent on so many uncontrollable variables. It was quiet when I visited which was nice for eating breakfast. Food was prepared well and the host was very polite.

I ordered a subway through Uber eats, subway cancelled my order and claimed that I rang to cancel this. Meaning I will not get a refund for an £18 order. I ordered from another subway.

Most of the time they haven't got everything you want. What they do have is exactly what you come to expect from Subway.

Never gluten free bread available. How difficult is to order more if you see is just couple left. Get more organised!

The last time I came here the service was very poor. Having returned today 14th July for a quick sandwich, I was served by RICH and LAURA who were very smiley, pleasant, clearly enjoyed their work which was clear to see. For once it was nice to be served by people with the ability to communicate with the public and as j sat having my sandwich in the store, they continued to be the same with other members of the public, even offering the delivery driver a drink when he came to drop off stock as the heatwave in full flow. Well Done, I wouldn’t hesitate in employing you both 👍

Food was freezing cold, despite this Subway only being a few miles away and I received the wrong bag of crisps

Your service is very poor, we went to subway on a weekday and the guy behind the till said they close at 8 we were just a few minutes late we didn’t say anything and left. Then next day we go in around 7 and there was a different guy there and he said that they close at 6 I was so confused so I told him that the guy yesterday said that they close at 8 that’s it, a few days later there was a very nice girl there and she told me that they close at 8 on a weekday and close at 7 on a Saturday my sister went today to get some food and that really horrible guy was behind the till and he didn’t serve her at all saying that she has a bad attitude and yet he was being the one with the attitude.

Not toasted as requested. There is ALWAYS something wrong or missing when ordering from this store.

Half my order was missing and unable to contact store. I also ordered two pots of meatballs one with the vegan cheese and there was no indication as to which was which and to be honest they looked exactly the same so didn’t touch them.

The food was not toasted , and hardly any salad on one .

The food was cold, the food looked a mess when opened, the lid wasn't even on one of them properly and fell apart once opened making it very messy to eat. The order was wrong. Not very nice at all. Very disappointed and will think twice before I use the service again.

Cucumber and crispy onions missing from salad/subs Plant patty’s were ice cold, normally warmed.

More like 40 minutes late, majority of the time driver was assigned just not at restaurant. Weirdly once they got there the food left pretty quick. All that waiting made all hot items stone cold and the driver said they'd delivered it before they even knocked my door. Obviously not contact less delivery either which is a shame since I do have covid. No issue on restaurant side

Second time I’ve been disappointed by this place. I spend a lot of money at this subway and today. I’ve spent £25 on food and half of it was not edible because the wrong sauce was put on a footlong sub that my partner hates and it has ridden it inedible

Wasn't what we ordered. Asked for double cheese which wasn't given. Got the salad wrong on both sandwiches. Asked for one to be toasted - both came un-toasted.

Nachos missing off order, footlongs broken and soggy, cookies not what asked for

Opening time is 7am to 8pm Friday, I was on queue around 7:45pm and was able to have my order at 7:48pm only to be told by the service staff that the shop is closed. Again, opening time is 7am to 8pm but I was refused to be served. I was talking to staff and she said "whatever " while walking away!. Happened on Friday 17th September 2021, 7:48pm.

We ordered a sandwich and it come with just salad on no filling. We had 3 phone calls because the driver had not attended the resturant so we come out to fetch the food and got another call to say driver had picked up the food. He was really late and I'm not happy! Can someone get back to me!

Busy Subway meaning fresh bread and fresh ingredients, big plus! Friendly and helpful staff, clean benches and tables, definitely one of the better subways I have been to 👍

Order missing dip. Order of a toasted mini ham and cheese roll was that hard from over toasting that not even a knife could cut through it, very disappointed and it was inedible so it went into the bin. Hardly no filling inside the other subs.Will not be buying again from this establishment unfortunately

Ordered a veggie patty and a veggie delight and both came with a little bit of steak and cheese stuck to the roof of the sub lucky we noticed before taking a bite of it not impressed since we specifically ordered veggie food

My husbands sandwich was squashed and cold, the nachos are cold and my salad has looks like it’s been thrown in the box with things missing and my ham all put together. This is appalling. Please can I have a refund? Very unsatisfied.

The wrong toppings were on one of the sandwiches, and they were slightly cold when they arrived but a quick blast in the microwave worked a treat, and we enjoyed them :)

The food arrived cold. Half the things I ordered on the sandwich were missing and the stuff that did come was like a child’s portion. Awful food. Won’t be ordering from here again. Disgraceful

Plastic gloves wrapped in my subway from when they were making my sandwich. I’m not going to eat my sandwich for this reason.

In one month 2 separate delivery orders were minus 2 large bottles diet pepsi, £3-09 each. Now I can live without these items, but the staff never answer the phone. I left many messages these totally ignored. Im upset by the fact they fail to rectify or even appologise, £6 wont break the bank, but If Id known I was going to be taken for a mug, the money would have gone in a charity jar. All a great shame as food always excellent.

Amazing service from Callum at the weekend who went above and beyond. We were those annoying customers that turned up a few minutes before closing and were being indecisive, but he was super friendly and patient with me, my nephew and niece. Very kind and really put a smile on their faces. Thanks Callum - you're an asset to the Hanford Subway team!

Dissapointing. One sub had fallen apart and had jalapenos and tomatoes on which I hadn't ordered. The Patty tasted uncooked and Also completely over the top with the sauce. Not the subway experience I'm used to.

Food took 55 mins to arrive and when it came it was freezing cold. The garlic bread somehow hadn’t even been toasted properly because there was still garlic paste on there
