Subway in Sheffield

Tenía un sándwich de bola de carne "italiana". la salsa sabe a azúcar puro y el pan estaba tan empapado que era imposible comer sin un plato y una cuchara. tan asqueroso que sin duda no volveré allí de nuevo

The delivery man was lovely however and this was not his fault- my food was freezing cold and the bread was hard and stale

Air conditioning blasting and making the venue really cold 🥶 After asking the staff if they could turn it down they've said they didn't know how to do it. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a meatball portion and by the time i could pay my sandwich had gone cold and soggy and decided to eat my sandwich on the bench outside as the venue tables were all very dirty and sticky and when my 8 yrs old asked the staff to use the toilet they refused saying it was for customers only and when I told the staff that we had just payd for some sandwiches and drinks they've stated since I took my order outside I was not entitled to use theyr toilets ... I will surely not go there anymore

the delivery driver was sat outside my house in his car and made me go to his window to collect it off him? i’m very confused

Food missing from order.....subs squashed , no one answering phone.

I visited today for breakfast, a server named Zoya helped me with the menu and went an extra mile. I explained her how I like my food, she made me a wonderful chicken sandwich exactly what I wanted. She is best at her work and definitely deserves a raise. Cheers to the team😁

This location is the BEST! Ever since they got rid of the spicy Italian my autistic daughter has been very upset about it. These guys go the extra mile to customise a BMT so that it's basically a spicy Italian and it's really saved her a lot of anxiety and sadness. They get it right EVERY TIME, I really appreciate they're attention to detail and consistently great service. The food is always fresh, tasty, .are correctly, and delivered early. Can't thank these guys enough!

20 mins wait for them to serve me, there were 2 members of staff working

Never had a bad meal here. Service is always ok. Can get busy at lunch with telephone orders coming in as well.

Great food came on time and drive was very polite.

Staff in the restaurant admitted my food is wrong and asked me to claim through justEat. Unhelpful. Had to wait 15 minutes for food, despite ordering in advance.

My favourite thing from subway is the crispy onions and these were missing 😢, but that is a minor thing. Other than that, it was excellent thank you and thank you for following the no cucumber! Driver was really nice and speedy too

Food arrived 2 hours late after being sat out for 1 hour 4t with app saying ready to collect and restaurant informing no driver assigned 5 calls to restaurant and jumping through hoops trying to get an update from just eat which is impossible. Only phone line given that worked said they couldn't do anything. So my cold overpriced sandwiches went in the bin and I and my fiance went hungry. Avoid like the plague.

I would give minus 10 if I could I walked in subway with my daughter on the 20th May 2023 at around 4 30pm it was disgusting I have never seen a subway so dirty im sure it would be shut down there was food under every table empty food boxes on the tables, crumbs etc it was disgusting and it wasn't just a busy day mess it was filthy . On the counter were they make the food it was full of food that just needed wiping were the crisp stand was full of grime Most things you asked for they didn't have. I will never go i there again it would be shut down if an inspector goes in.

Typical subway. Quick service, food decent for the money. Don't expect 5 star everything, but overall not a bad experience.

Probably the worse 6" subway I have ever had. After unwrapping, it just fell apart. Ended up eating it bit by bit off the paper wrapping

I ordered my food and everything went through it stated it would be ready to be collected by 3:35pm i arrived a minute early and waited in the queue and was served at roughly 3:38pm where I was told the had not even started doing my order they then managed to prepare and then lose part of my order needing it to be reprepared. For a chain i am usually impressed by, the service in general was abysmal

It was a very nice place to have a sandwich when you didn,my fancy much.

Cold late and not got what I ordered

There was no cheese on any of our sandwiches, they were cold, one had spicy mayo on when we asked for normal mayo, all three sandwiches were toasted when only 2 were meant to be toasted. The hash browns were dry too.

We were served by Ayesha, who was very friendly and attentive. Made us a very good sandwich, so can’t ask for more! 🥪

For once I got delivery service that followed delivery instructions to the delivery spot

Worst service done by staff today. They didn't ask what bread or what options I wanted inside. And when I asked them for another bread they informed they are going to close so no option. They do not know how to talk or behave.. They ought to have told that before paying that it's closing time and that's how it is.. The potato wedges was old dry and not even hot. I wonder when they prepared it. Will not step inside. Had to take out as they informed they are going to close. As I cannot give give less than 1 star I had no option.

I received completely the wrong order

Don’t order from here missed items many times in past then just ordered and literally half my items weren’t there. They didn’t really sound like they cared when I rung them up. Never again.

Everytime we come here the food is always flat cold, the staff don’t look at what you’ve ordered and throw any salad they want on, would not recommend

Subway is good & every time we go in to have lunch the food is really nice & tasty. The 6 inch Italian is really nice with plenty of fillings although not enough cucumber in it. Service is quick n prices are reasonable.

Food was fresh and fast. The only complaint I have is that I ordered 3 colour cookies and only received 1.

Subway is always lovely! Extremely helpful staff who changed there gloves without me having to ask and also being very quick with orders. I have noticed in some certain Subway's they have to be asked to change there gloves and I have noticed some staff touching meat and then the salad items in others.

they make a mean sandwich footlong chicken and bacon, 3 cookies and 2 drinks for just over ten pounds, other popular sandwiches like meatball marinara instead will cost just under

New staff when I went in this time so unfair to review properly. Fortunately the shop was quiet when I was there. The food was fine, I had the spicy Italian.

Bottom of the moor store,the windows looking dirty but the best thing was the sandwich s were very nice.

So decent sandwich the only thing was the lettuce was a bit brown and slimy so took it out.

Very meagre portions - salad box not even half full (would have been a sparse amount on a 6inch sub) and drowning in sauce. Salad missing some selected items and including things not even on the menu. As seems standard, rather than ringing to say they're out of hash browns they just sent a couple of packs of half stale cookies, I had already ordered a box, so - didn't actually want more and the extras weren't of the same value as 4 portions of hash browns. I expect they'll be "sorry about that" It's a real shame because till recently they've been great since through the Pandemic, maybe it's new staff or new management of that particular branch. But if you want hash browns - order EARLY and if you want a reasonable sized salad - order somewhere else.

Sandwich had wrong filling (added jalapeños on sandwich for no reason) was not able to eat sandwich Because of this.

Wasnt enough meat on sandwich. I work at subways my self and she just didnt meet my expectations.

I went in to get my usual and they dont have a microwave for my nachos. Imagine not having a microwave when you serve food. They also had no cookies at all. I got a drink out of their fridge and it wasnt even cold. It is the worst subway. If you want to go there dont. Go to the medowhall one instead.

Quality of food excellent as always. Problematic order insomuch as I ordered 4 salads and only received 3, and it's too close to closing time to rectify the issue.

we ordered 5x hash browns, instead of calling to let us know they didn't have any they just substituted with some crisps and cookies. i'm not happy with this, you should have called to ask if we were okay with the change.

Freezing cold, delivery driver waited in his car for over 5 minutes before making the delivery and it took over an hour to come. Not what I think when I think of subway. Will never order again.

Excellent service and communication about the order from the restaurant, slight problem with side orders being out of stock - swapped for a suitable substitute without any issue. Most importantly though - the make an amazing salad, with the perfect amount of Jalapenos (a LOT!) and don't drown it in sauce.

furious! not only did out order come and go with out following instructions to call me when here as im in work, but then went back to shop, called shop to check in, ive been waiting 1 hour and 40 mins to not have a message saying delivered its not here!!!!!!! has it been left on the pavement or something and stolen!

Was OK this store wasn't the best ordered a sandwich by the time I eat it all the filling had fell out. I know it may be a little picky but watch how they cut the bread

I think the only subway I’ve ever ordered from that did everything perfectly and wonderfully. We also called ahead to check allergy stuff and they were so accommodating and helpful.

Staff nice enough, but as most customers seem to leave their rubbish on the tables the place is a mess.

I have an allergy to green beans and unfortunately no-one is able to tell me the ingredients of their vegan food. Apparently there is a rule that they cannot say the ingredients of the product...

As far as subways go this was ok, bit tight on the cheese but generous with the salad. Its a sandwich, what more do you want!??

Subway could always get a good sandwich and a good bargain the foods good as well the prices are very reasonable

The food was average the place it's self was a dump food on the floor which is a health and safety issues tables were dirty that must by why they give you extra nappkins.

Had a superb Meatball Marinara Melt, as part of a meal deal (drink and crisps) - brilliant value, great food, and outstanding customer service! Recommended

Nothing special staff didnt really say much

I didn’t end up eating at this Subway for two main reasons - the staff didn’t seem to hold basic awareness of allergies or cross contamination. The customer in front of me ordered his sandwich, which the staff member began making, before the customer pointed out it was being made on the wrong bread. Rather than transfer the meat to the correct bread, the staff member just plopped it angrily back into the food section - there are so many issues with this that make me believe the staff here require further training. This did not inspire me with much hope and I left before ordering.

Oh my days, meatball marinara. Give me 3foot of it all day long. I'm too boring to try owt else. But our lass is even more boring and really enjoys a plain chicken and, as she calls it ( green stuff). Or in my words lettuce. Yawn.
