Subway in City of London, Westminster

This branch's manager is horrible he don't know how to behave with coustomer. Just two days ago, I went to see Safeulla in the evening, and he was cursing at me. Additionally, I had a negative experience with them today; I ordered at 12:44, but they were out of bread, so I got Subway at 2:30. We got an order, however there are almost no vegetables in it. It seems like all I eat is bread. I have had a terrible experience with every subways but thia one is very bad. However, the girl serving today is excellent with patrons shw know how to do coustomer service but manger does know.

The service is totally unacceptable the manger verbally abused me when I changed my mind on my order at which point I cancelled everything - swearing 🤬 at customers is disgraceful The hygiene needs attention the store is filthy

Love a good Subway! Reliable and full of flavour every time. Great service too. Let down by how dirty the place appeared, both inside and out. Would be an idea to keep a food place looking clean as it’s a better experience for us customers!

I don't know how people eat here as the hygiene of this store is super low. Is disgusting it seems like they are not been cleaning the store for a very long time.

I arrived at the store 22:25 the manager stated the store is closed. The closing time advertised is 23:00

I bought a sub from here couple minutes ago. I asked for subways signature footlongs and the amount of chicken that the lady put in was ridiculous. As a customer of subway I’ve been to many branches and never experienced this before. I confronted her and asked for her to put a bit more she refused to do so showed me the amount they’re allowed to put in then pinched two small pieces of chicken and put it in my sub like it made a big difference. She’s not a bad person but she was stubborn when I was telling her that its false advertising if you market you premium subs to look more full with chicken not saying it should look exactly the same but don’t just give two tiny scoops of chicken. My recommendation is to stick to the basics when visiting this branch can’t go wrong with a B.M.T as all the branches give the same amount of salami etc. But anything else the portion sizes are a joke

The seating area was dirty. Service was poor. The place is very congested.

Stingy and expensive Twice I've been now and I've been charged different prices for the exact same roll. I have vegan cheese and they only ever put in 2 pieces which are cut so small! I paid £5.19 for a gf 6 inch, few slices of ham and 2 small bits of vegan cheese. The time before I went I was charged under a fiver but still stingy on the vegan cheese. I understand they get told to only use 2 bits I guess, but I have been to other subways and they have larger pieces and put 3 in!

Staff member behind the till no where to be seen for 10 minutes and then when he does decide to appear he’s rude and non caring not to mention the leaving of knives and bread on the side that anyone could get hold of. Would sack him on the spot if he was my employee absolute joke

told me they didnt accept vouchers, until i pressed on and showed them the website showing they accepted the vouchers. food was great and cookies amazing as always.

My water from this order is missing, this has happened twice already

The sandwich was FREEZING STONE COLD 😳😳 how can any human being make such a sandwich and think it would be consumable. It’s as if everything was just taken out of the freezer!!!?? Usually theres a ‘toasted’ option but there wasn’t, and last time i ordered from here they made my sandwich hot. So i of course i would expect this order to also be made hot too. What is this!!?? I had to throw everything away in the bin. £14 down the drain and still an empty stomach.

The estimated delivery time was 13:05 and it came at 13:45. I ordered the food way before that, so it took really long. When i finally received my order, they forgot a couple of things too.

One of the things I always do when I travel is taste subway to taste the different flavours each country has. But to be honest this one was the worst mainly because of the service, it feels like they are making some favour instead of working. AWFUL service.

the food was not as nice as i expect as the bread was very soggy which did not seem as fresh and it’s supposed to be and the variety of drinks did not suit my liking as it was only 2 options i would like a full refund

The male staff didn't want to give me the promotion because I found out about it after placing the order, but before paying. He made stuff up like the promo not being eligible to me because i just installed the app. He said he can't do anything because of the system. He was also getting the pricing wrong, attempting to double charge me for cheese. After clarifying, he fixed it, knowing he did it intentionally. This happened twice. Either he is incompetent or malicious. Neither are good for his CV. Eventually, after arguing back and forth, he got tired and it magically worked. He made me wait for 2 other customers to pay. Got my footlong subway with the promo.

Friendly staff , tasty and well prepared food. I absolutely enjoyed my order.

Poor. The breakfast sub was dreadful. Told the guy at the desk I want wedges as an extra, he said that's £2 more I said no problem. Turns out he thought I meant veggies so I left with no wedges.

Umm Subway is subway but yeah the Nacho chicken foot long was as good as it could be. The service was friendly though and that’s the main thing

Bad service and rude and uncaring staff. I asked for a spicy Italian wrap and both staff looked confused. I mentioned it's on the menu on the board. After asking 4 or 5 times I gave up and he ended up giving me a spicy Italian 6inch. Overcharged me for the sub as it didn't match the price on the menu. Charged me toppings I didn't ask for. Bread tasted stale and was not nice. Be careful as they charge you differently for the sandwich they prepare.

The best people to make sub are here, i love the way they are always smiling and calling making exactly how you like your sub, despite being in the busiest surroundings, they always make it worth it. Forgot to take pictures.

Extremally rude and an ignorant staff. If I could I'd put 0 starts. Burnt the sandwich and also put more lettuce in more than all of my other toppings combined and hardly any meat.

We have visited subway at Embankment . That person who was working there , his name is Saif. He put his hands into my cup and my nephew cup. I asked him to give us another cup he did not really liked IT. I mean seriously shouldn't they receive proper training, or something, but fact is this just common sense. DONT PUT YOUR DIRTY HANDS INTO OTHER PEOPLE'S CUP BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TO THEM. THEY ARE ACTUALLY PLANNING TO DRINK FROM THAT CUP.

All the usual excellent Subway range. The only seating is outside and it’s next to a shisa bar so you might get the smell from that.

Food made quickly, seats available, kind and funny staff.

The worst Subway I have ever been to! No wonder it was almost empty when I went there during a busy time. I got a sandwich made from old bread. When I complained, they claimed it was fresh and didn't want to make a new one or give me a refund. I will never go there again. Such a waste of money!

Subway in all area s are the worst. DIRTIEST place on planet. Do NOT use them if you love your health and money. If you want vegtable in your diet, you can get them from co op that they prepared them in a protective environment. I would choose MCDONALD'S any day. Their employees are not corrrupt as subway.

Honestly the best subway sandwich I have ever had. Very conversational and cheerful at my indecision on what to eat lol. Would highly recommend to anyone to come here! The woman who helped me janki.

These people are absolute disgrace to Subway franchise. There is a women called Sonia who hires students specially from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh who cannot speak english properly and does not know their rights in the UK.She makes them work under man called Naresh as manager who does not care about NI number, bank details and does not provide contract. I was new to the country and was hired through this scam on 12 Feb 2021 on Embankment branch and was told on end of April 2021 after working 100 hours I am not required and I am not fit for the job. They said they will pay me but after several calls and messages Sonia replied sorry it was a trial. 10 days work more than 100 hours was a trail and did not even pay me my travel expenses. I wish google reviews had a buttons to share screen shorts of their messages. I want to tell all the customers please pay attention poor workers who are students and working hard making sandwich's for you are not getting paid their travel expenses. If you want to prove me wrong please check every month you will see new member of staff why there is not permanent staff ? I spoke to so many people they did same thing to so many new students. Authorities will not take any actions because their is no evidence and students have no money to take legal action when they cannot afford their studies. These people are disgrace. They believe slave labour culture give food and make them work. Please avoid supporting that business. I want to make all the workers aware please find a job elsewhere Naresh and Sonia will not pay you even your travel expenses from home to london. I wish some day they pay for all poor students money. How disgusting it is to do to someone who is vulnerable

The only reason staff is rude, not trained and standard in the shop are not professionally up to the mark because they dont get paid. I am from India and student . I applied via indeed received no training and was left to learn with other worker. I worked there 55 hours in 3 weeks and did not get paid a penny. When I asked about money and paper work I was told I am not required any more and owner madam put me on Trial shifts for 8 days. For goodness sake how horrible is that. Owner of the shop is joke and thinks they are above the law.

Its subway! So we know what we are getting. Good price and a good amount of tasty food. Nutrition though? I cant answer that.

Had trouble asking the staff to change their gloves following the previous order which they had handled various meats.

Supposed to be open at 7:30 am but it's still closed (7:42am).....

So slow it is almost impossible to get served. I've had to give up twice.

There are no toilets or a sink to wash the hands.

Shuts at 11pm and was turned away. It had an hour left to close. Rubbish!

Standard subway. Staff got a bit confused with the order and service wasn't the fasted I've had at a subway.

The staff moves quite slow but generally the service is quite good. Quality of ingredients is lacking but that is the case with most Subways unfortunately.

Staff was not good. Two employee were working with very low speed and lack of understanding. We needed to give instructions repeatedly, still sandwich was not at all as expected. She didn't change her gloves while praparing veg sandwich, as she had touched the meat just before preparing our order. We had to ask her to change the gloves. Also, cheese were picked from non-veg section. All the veggies and sauces were added in bunch, not properly distributed across the bread, also she tried to press the bread,due to which sandwich was broken. Thus, not able to hold it. Really not expected such worst presentation from Subway, as Subway is one of our favorite choices always. Really disappointed :-(

This place is the worst, charged me 3 extra toppings I never asked for and and didn't even want to exchange some cash for the bus. Probably the first time I payed >11£ for 1 sandwich and the last time I visit subway.

Absolutely awful place. Food was served cold and most of all the staff wer very unhelpful. Weren't happy to serve customers and got the order wrong completely. Would reccomend to stay well away from this place for the rest of your life.

Foot long Turkey and ham meal deal with all the trimmings. Tasty fresh and healthy.
