Delicious food, easily best tempura prawn and squid outside of Japan. Gyoza delicious also.

Grabbed a platter of sushi to take on the train - delicious. Excellent service and looks like a nice place to eat in as well. Would definitely come again!

Ordered Takoyaki, it was so nice! It was hot, the octopus wasn't chewy, it had just the right amount of bonito flakes and mayo on top. I ordered to take out. It was freshly prepared and took about ten minutes. There's in door seating but it's only small inside. They offer a big range of sushi too, I'll try this next time I'm in Preston!

All of the dishes unreal and the staff so lovely. Beautiful and clean place, with all of the ingredients super fresh. Best in Preston!

Came down from Newcastle, greeted by a man and woman, probably the owners and they were very hospitable. Amazing rolls and explained what things were and the guy even taught me how to use chopsticks lol. Highly recommended.

This was a superb restaurant for lunch, located right next to the rail station in the shopping centre to stop by while changing trains. The Japanese imagery and lights are beautiful, menu is easy to navigate and I have to thank the lady serving all on her own she was so friendly to chat to and had such a positive attitude! Sushi was tasty as the name and even had the rarity of including eel here, chopsticks are provided as are the rectangular plates!

We had the takoyaki, katsu chicken, tempura prawn bento box, takoyaki and chicken gyoza - everything was amazing. It all tasted very authentic, not like what you'd usually get at your standard high street places. Incredibly delicious food - we are definitely going again.

My friend and I stopped in on a little road trip and the sushi was so fresh and the flavour combinations were amazing! Service was great, we came late and the lady graciously made our order and we waited outside. Honestly, so gorgeous! Wish it was local!

To my knowledge this was the first sushi place available recently locally, and I’m really hoping it doesn’t get overlooked with some new places popping up. The staff are so lovely and helpful, the food is made fresh to order, and it really is delicious. There are so many classic sushi to choose from as well as some really unique and delicious flavour combos. Honestly, it’s my favourite spot for some great quality food.

I would say this is the most authentic sushi I have eaten in the UK. Sushi is make to order by the chef who stand behind the counter, so you can watch how she make sushi. Unagi in sushi are very fresh, and didn't taste like frozen seafood at all. The ramen soup base is mellow and the pork tastes great. If you want to taste real Japanese food, please come to this restaurant. I will definitely come back to this restaurant to try more food soon!

Grabbed a quick take out before leaving fishergate today and it’s the best sushi we have ever tried! The hot salmon sushi rolls in specific were absolutely delicious! Also, the staff were so lovely and friendly! Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu :)

Absolutely loved the food. Portions were big and we left feeling very full and satisfied. The katsu and the ramens are a must try. Also, the sushi is some of the best sushi we've ever tried, would definitely come back! The staff were super friendly and helpful, they kept an eye on us and gave us anything we needed without having to even ask. Customer service was top notch! The inside of the restaurant is so cosy and has a such a lovely decor and atmosphere.

Since they opened, I am always here, the service from staff is amazing, they are so kind and the food given is fresh and tasty every time. I am yet to find a sushi restaurant as good as this place, if i could give it 10 stars I would!

The name doesn't lie! We had very tasty sushi. The fried chicken was juicy and full of flavour and the mixed sushi platter was lovely and made up fresh. Would recommend and I'll be returning soon.

Best authentic Japanese food Arround

Popped in here with my daughter for lunch whilst shopping at Fishergate. The food was fantastic, fresh and beautifully presented. We even managed to eat everything using chopsticks. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely go here again and recommend others to visit.

5 stars does not do this place justice, eaten here a number of times now, food is great, staff are helpful and are happy to advise you on your choices. Eaten here with our children too and they love it! A true hidden gem!

I love this place. The food is really fresh and delicious and the service is great. It's my little place to go for a break from my two small children. When I get chance I go there alone and sit and pretend I'm in some far flung destination and always feel refreshed afterwards. Its yummy and very reasonably priced.

If you're craving for any kind of sushi this is the place to be. All food are made to order so you're assured that all food are fresh and tasty. During our visit we had the takoyaki and mixed sushi and sashimi.

We love coming to this small sushi place, it’s close to the train station so we find it handy. The sushi is well made, fresh and delicious too. The service is friendly and it's fun to watch the chef prepare the sushi. Will be going whenever we need a sushi fix!

Don't be fooled by the location, it looks like a cafe in a shopping centre, however, the food is delicious. Prepared in front of you with real care and attention to detail, there is a great range to choose from.

Came across Sushi Tasty whilst waiting for a connecting train. Ordered vegetarian hot rolls which were delicious so I sought this place out on my return journey and ordered the vegetarian platter which was beautiful, the chef takes real care over each order which you can see being prepared from scratch. This was the best platter I've had

Visit here around once a week now, never had a bad experience in the year or so we’ve been visiting tried a fair few things off the menu now and all have been absolutely amazing. Staff always go above and beyond for you too and will happily answer any questions about the food you may have. If you’ve not tried this place yet you’re missing out!

Great Vegan food and good service, the language barrier can be frustrating but we get sorted in the end, we have enjoyed all the food we've had on the 3 occasions we've been. The tempura veg is incredible and we will be going back at every opportunity :)

With 20 minutes between trains at Preston I found this place just a minute from Platform 7. I went to buy a take away lunch. They adjusted the fish to my preference and the sushi was prepared as I waited. Just eaten it as the train got to Scotland. Highly recommended. And thank you, Sushi Tasty. A gem.

Absolutely amazing, I'm Chinese and can barely manage speaking in English, the staff all speak Mandarin! Me and my younger sister adore this place, the price and the portions balance nicely and the food Is AMAZING, I'm not joking when I say I nearly cried after eating. We spent 3 hours trying to get to Preston and I was starving, Sushi Tasty's service is fast, the staff are polite and the food it just on a whole new level. Would recommend the Tonkotsu Pork Ramen for anyone who wants to go.

This place is so wonderful. The staff are so kind and courteous, and they were incredibly lovely and patient to our kids. There's a big menu with lots to choose from. We had one of the sushi and sashimi platters so we could have a taste of everything and it was delicious..and enough food for two adults and 3 kids. The food is prepared there and then and is so tasty. The prices are fair too! I highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried the restaurant today (11th June 2022) for the first time having passed this frequently. Went in about 14:30 as place was empty I ordered a vegetarian 4 piece sushi and vegetarian fried tempura However instead of tempura I got dumplings? So not sure what happened there. Also it's late in the evening and my stomach isn't agreeing with this?? Won't be trying this place again. King Dumpling is way better quality than this
