Not coming back, Bad experience

Have been here after match day and it is fairly good. Also been on a non match day and really enjoyed it. Staff were very pleasant and food was very good. Also very nice to my two children and made for a nice overall experience.

An honestly amazing pub. I’ve been a few times and the service and atmosphere is always incredible. On this occasion, Joshua really stood out to me, going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Will definitely be returning again soon!

Since the change in ownership it has gone drastically downhill, feels like a Spoons nowadays.

Joshua is an absolute superstar. He was so friendly. I’m super fussy and he made some lovely suggestions on food. The pizzas and chikotle fries were sooo nice. I would absolutely come back again just for the customer service.

Arrived with the intention of just having a quick drink and then leaving. Belle was serving us and she was really receptive, very engaging and really good fun. We really enjoyed the experience, stayed a lot longer then anticaped ordered a kilo of chicken wings and we are definitely coming back. Thanks Belle

Cerveza cara en una taza de plástico servida por una chica que parecía tener un resfriado terrible, pero todavía servida y sujetada taza con los dedos alrededor del borde. Really good place to watch sport in Putney / Fulham (probably one of the best sports pub around the area in my opinion). There's usually a table available upstairs but for big sports events it's worth booking.

Great venue for food, drinks and a general good time. Lots of screens so ideal for watching sports and can watch from anywhere within the pub. Food was great especially the burgers and the all round service was brilliant. Pool tables and darts an added bonus so lots to do. I will definitely be coming back and will let my friends know about this uncovered gem!

Terrible beer and filthy toilets

My friends and I had the best time at the Temperance! The atmosphere is great, amazing drinks and the staff is super friendly. A big shout out to Jada, she was phenomenal! Definitely coming back soon x

Amazing supporters’pub. Tons of screens, two floors, at least 10 beers. But most of all, a place where supporters from Fulham and West Ham were drinking together, respecting each other, and creating one of the most beautiful football related scenes I have ever seen. Will be back again for sure

Great local pub, all the staff and really friendly and they’re dog friendly too which is a bonus! The pool tables were recently refurbished too, definitely worth checking out

It is an amazing, friendly place to come right near the train station, so public service is extremely easy to get to and from the bar. The food is amazing. The staff are very friendly. It is a great place to watch any type of sport if not come with your friends and play a few games of Pool all around a great family friendly place to come and enjoy your free time.

Foods good, staffs quick and the pizza deal is tasty. I would recommend to others 🙏

Great venue for watching live sport but very tired decor - especially the men’s toilets which could do with a makeover and the upstairs furniture. The food is lovey if you are a big fan of fried onion rings and burgers

A very good sports pub. Spacious and well climatized. All the desks have clear visibility on the screens and some booths with their own screen which can display different games. There’re good offers on bar snacks with huge variety. The dough balls taste good. I went here for the euros and will be back for other games.

Great place to watch matches or meet friends for games

Love this place to watch sports! Can be a bit loud if you’re not interested in the games and even while watching the games it can get a bit noisy but the atmosphere is fantastic! Some of the small screens by the booths are a bit glitchy but I’m sure this will be fixed soon, the staff are really on it for whatever we needed Food is a bit spenny but tasty either way

AMAZING PUB GUYS i love everything about it! I was served by a lovely staff named Jada and she was the sweetest person ever! Made me great drinks and they have a really good cookie dough desert!!!! So good! 10/10 would go back ASAP! Toilets are so clean and everything about it is perfect

Bar staff didn't know what time food started told us 1130. Went to order and he said oh no wait it's 12. By this time we saw food coming out of kitchen. Eventually food was good. Expensive but good. Beer served in plastic cups. Had a soapy taste. Wouldn't visit again

Good atmosphere, over priced food (nachos £15 and not even loaded) (4 x dough balls £6). Stick to the drinks and all is well :) ohh toilets beed cleaning big time.

Large pub, with excellent beers on tap. Big screens and lots of space. Popular with away fans on Fulham matchdays, avoid at those times if not part of the visiting crowd!

Great evening playing pool here . Had lots of good beer well served. Staff were attentive, especially Charlie who had noticed one of our beers didn’t have much head - he replaced it with an instant - a fantastic manager who looked after us all night . A real credit to the establishment and honestly made our night feel like we were being looked after like a 5* restaurant rather than a bar. All in all, great service , great atmos And would recommend the gaff !!!

It was Saturday, Fulham FC home game it was packed with Liverpool playing away shown in various tv screens. Many are enjoying their food and drinks. If you want a quiet lunch or dinner avoid Fri evenings and Saturday on game days.

It was freezing, all the radiators were off, I asked several times to no avail. My daughters food was burnt, the dough balls were like actual black rocks. I paid for a large wine and got a small one

Charlie and Jada are quite possibly the nicest people in the pub industry (and I have worked in it) that I have had the pleasure of meeting!!!! They make this pub a fantastic place to visit very friendly and charming. Brought all my mates to the pub subsequently and had a blast made all of us feel at home it was amazing. We went to Temperance for the football last night and had some pizzas and cocktails. The drinks were excellent, but the pizzas were a bit burnt. The manager with glasses looked after us really well, he recommended some restaurants in Fulham and made us two wonderful espresso martinis. Good place to watch football and play pool. Will be back soon.

For the first day in London this was a great pub to visit, the staff serving was very helpful & welcoming & was friendly & easy to interact with. Definitely recommend this pub for a few casual drinks & food.

Awful place, had my bag with laptop inside nicked and manager was unhelpful to the point of sketchiness, tried to avoid handing cctv over to the police.. avoid if you value your belongings!

Great bar for sports and socials. We had a big group of 50+ friends going on a charity pub crawl. Radu (GM) was very responsive to our enquiries and kindly offered prosecco and finger foods for our group as well as a lovely decorated private section.

What a pub! Great staff and an amazing venue for sports and social events. Radu (GM) looked after our group of ~50 and organised us food and prosecco on entry in support of our Charity Xmas pub crawl. He organised everything and made everyone feel welcome, and ensured that the bar was staffed adequately for our large group. We really appreciated the hospitality and support! Could not have asked for more. If you haven't been to this pub before, it is well worth a visit!

Bad experience. Came for food and pool with friends. Had a very very expensive burger (all food is pricey here) and it wasn’t even mediocre. Hours later I still feel sick. All my friends complained about the food. The pool cues are all falling apart as well.
