Iike having a few beers in the imperial before football good friendly staff good atmosphere .unfortunately has been closed last two games wish it was still open.

Booked for today only to turn up to discover that the system let's you book for something that isn't on offer. No table. No food. Disgusting.

We booked, got confirmation email, turned up on the day and it had closed down. Next day received an email asking to rate my experience lol. I think they haven't turned off their automatic email responses.

Booked for my partners birthday. Turned up and has closed down. All automatic emails still in operation. Went elsewhere, plenty of pubs up the road.

Went here to watch my daughter perform on acoustic nights was a great atmosphere 👌

Looked nice. Couldn’t get in. Says it was open on google. But wasn’t. Update yaself.

We just popped in for a drink after dinner, there was a group of young adults (18/19 yo) smoking at the door and running in and out of the venue alot as there was an event upstairs that was pretty rowdy..they were jumping so hard to the music up there that parts of the chandelier above our heads fell off and narrowly missed hitting us, so we left in case the whole chandelier came down. It was odd because the atmosphere downstairs was just a normal pub but upstairs seemed like a rave and these young barely legal drinkers were in and out to smoke that it detracted from the atmosphere for us older patrons downstairs just having a drink. Pub seemed nice enough otherwise, drink was nice but barman was a little slow even though the bar downstairs was very quiet so not sure how bad it would have been if busier. It was grand but nothing to write home about

Myself and my friend visited the imperial arms on Friday 3rd June and we were taken a back by the welcoming staff. The service was incredible to say the least. In particular the lovely last behind the bar provided service above and beyond. Will definitely be returning, thanks.

Funky & Modern pub, with great staff!

Excellent atmosphere and great service. The food was a little underwhelming but not bad. I had the "spicy lamb flatbread" and my mom had the "salmon supreme". The flatbread was not spicy (🔥🌶️🥵) by any means but was well spiced (?); the lamb may as well have been ground beef. The salmon was delicious. It's sides were smashed turnip, smashed carrots, steamed broccoli and some type of potatoes; not bad but not very good either.

We've been to this place on 15th January. We couldn't believe our eyes, when one of the Owens, we've been told, verbally abused random customer and tried to fight to him. Police was called to the scene. Total mess

Arranged a work Xmas meal and drinks here. Manager was very helpful and staff were efficient. Food was reasonable for pub grub

The Imperial Arms is a great cosy little pub with good music alway's playing and it is situated in Fulham on the King's Road. It has new owners and since then has been a great place to visit. (Ignore reviews older than April 2021.) The staff are all very welcoming and the bar manager Michael does a great job along with Noa and Alexander as the best bar men in the area! 10/10 Drink's are alway's served with a smile and a little chit -chat/laugh. The security are good at their job and the food is very good too! Give it a try and bring a few mates along for a drink and a bite to eat, sure you won't be disappointed. Thank you to the Imperial Arms and all of the staff who work hard to make it a good place to visit well done to the Imperial Team. Woody Sullivan say's: "Have a Happy New Year 2022!" 😉🤩😁🙂

The team were patient with us as I had forgotten to order set food for some of the family. They were accommodating and the table teams were excellent. Food was perfect, portions fantastic too! The visiting American family wanted a pub roast and I believe they were satisfied & we all know how exacting the yanks are. Thank you!

Not a great atmosphere and quite pricey. The whole place also smelled of cooking oil/grease as if the kitchen extractor fan wasn't working, not pleasant.

Great West End pub. Wonderful atmosphere, great staff, friendly and helpful and most of all tremendous lamb roast and superb beer. A lovely pub which my daughter goes to regular. Sadly we live in Birmingham, but when we visit again, we will be going there again.

We did the bottomless brunch, the food was nice, the chef even made something custom for my friend who was vegan. The staff are friendly, service was a little slow, but overall I'd definitely come again.

What a hidden gem!!! Absolutely amazing secret garden just through the pub, whole place is new, very clean, the food they are serving is heaven in mouth and staff members are just lovely as well, very friendly, polite and fast service.

Super tasty Sunday roast, good portions and very good atmosphere. Price was accettable too. Manager (forgot the name, quite young guy..) super accommodating, super mannered, sat us with no reservation on a Sunday afternoon without making us wait too long, AND under a heater, thanks! This place seems to be run by a bloke who resembles Micky Mouse with a pony tail. His small man syndrome, and cronies who patronize the place, make for a very disheartening visit to what was a decent boozer. I wouldn't recommend such clicky coke invested public schoolboys playground to my worst enemy, although Micky Mouse's self importance is very amusing to witness.

Fuimos a asar los domingos y, a pesar de que los críticos anteriores dijeron que los asados eran pobres, pensamos que estaban bien. El problema fue el servicio. A pesar de que el pub estaba casi vacío (a las 3 de la tarde de un domingo? Contando ...) nos llevó más de 45 minutos conseguir nuestras bebidas. Una vez que llegaron, una pareja no era lo que habíamos pedido.Los postres eran muy buenos, pero el servicio agrió nuestra experiencia y dudo que volvamos.

This place used to be my sunday roast spot last year. Then ,it went downhill with service and food. Staff acts like they work there by force ,not attentive not keen to serve. Sunday roast was dreadful last time barely liked anything on the plate . I don't think I will go back again. Waste of time and money.

It was amazing evening. Tasha and Bryan were amazing hosts. No were else I would go on a “work night” great vibe, friendly hosts made me feel like I am sitting I am in my living. Five stars !

Fui esta noche con mis 8 amigas, y de hecho éramos la única mesa en el restaurante. La camarera vino a tomar el pedido y necesitábamos llamarla cada vez que necesitábamos agua o más vino o lo que fuera. . . pero la mejor parte fue para el postre (intentamos pedir a las 9:45) y ella dijo que no se podía pedir un postre porque la cocina se cerró a las 9 y nos ofrecimos ir a la cocina y preparar una bola de helado. y ella dijo que no, le dijimos por qué no dijo nada al respecto para poder ordenar antes de que se cerrara la cocina y la respuesta fuera "silencio" y ella solo trajo la factura que ni siquiera nos preguntó si quiero algo mas Todos estábamos avergonzados y nunca más regresamos.Todos somos locales, será una gran pérdida para este lugar. . .

Had roast beef here for Mothers day, meat was really lovely but the veg were hard & undercooked which I'm fine with in a stir-fry but not a Sunday roast. They also didn't have mint sauce to go with my daughters roast lamb!!! The place has nice decor, light and airy with a nice outside patio area Service was efficient and our waitress was helpful although she didn't say very much.

Poor service terrible food one to avoid

Never have I experienced food so revolting and over priced. The £6.50 'Tiger' prawns were deep fried Iceland chunks of s*** and the buffalo chicken wings were equally appaling. The service was also surly and rude. Never again shall I frequent this establishment.

Booked table for 3 . Turned up to a restaurant in chasos dogs and children running riot.Ordered 3 roast beef eventually after 35 mins it turned up flat Yorkshire puddings no accompliments cold tough beef. Called waiter he came back with large Yorkshire puddings. Went to pay and no I’m sorry about your meal. Then the manager came over and started to argue with us. Appalling food and appalling service.

The worse meal out I have ever had. Appalling from start to finish. First people in at 12.15pm on a Sunday and still not served by 1.30pm. Wrong food bought out eventually. Service non existent. No one had a clue what was going on. Staff arguing with the kitchen. Not one good thing to say about it. Avoid at all costs.

We recently had our office Christmas party at the Imperial. We took the upstairs room for more than 30 of us for lunch and plenty of drinks. The food wasn’t anything to write home about but the staff were BRILLIANT and did everything they could to help us have a good time.

Visited for Sunday breakfast. Booked a table for 10am. Arrived at 9.50, Ordered tea and coffee 15 mins later, after a reminder, we got our drinks! Ordered 2 English breakfast's st 9.55, after we lost count of the excuses for no sign of food, we got our breakfast's at 10.45 and without the advertised sour dough bread, black pudding or tomatoes. What a complete shambles!!!

One star is too many for this place. This was the total disaster. My wife ordered a veggie brunch just after 10:00am and left at restaurant at 11:15 as it had not been delivered to the table. She went away hungry and cross.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the venison and blue cheese sliders were very tasty. My mum and I really enjoyed our late lunch/ snack. The chunky chips were decidedly unchunky, but were good nonetheless. Would deffo return when in the area.

Great pub post Fulham 10km. Great food and really good service. Didn’t have to move our tired legs from our seat.

Utterly Appaling We went as a group of six on a Friday evening, it was quiet which we thought was weird but now we know why.... The service was terrible. Apart from the manager there was no smile from our server or even a hello Ordering was manic...40 minutes later there was no food! No one came over to tell us why. Having asked we had to wait another ten minutes and there was no offer of a complimentary drink to say sorry Then the food came out... The burgers were cold and charcoals. The bean burger were also a mix of cold and burnt. We were told that as the burgers are brought in frozen they have to cook them that way for health and safety! Just an overall bad experience and very dissapointing.

We went here after the Chelsea game for lunch and drinks. The food was awesome! Really tasty and fresh! Jodie was really friendly and helpful at looking after us and really made our afternoon. The outside area is really lovely and would be excellent for parties. Nice casual relaxed atmosphere with good food, drinks and service what’s not to like??

The atmosphere was the main reason I went here , fantastic food and the service was great.

We had a great experience when we hired the venue for a smart-casual drinks / canapes evening. The events team were very cooperative when helping organise the event - nothing was ever a problem for them. On the evening the service was brilliant, the staff were attentive and efficient and ensured the evening ran smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Booked a table after the chelsea game for some food, but ended up staying all afternoon and evening. Jodie was fantastic.

Loved that they are on OpenTable. Warning: they include a 12.5% service charge. Stopped in for a lite bite and had some great food. The Venison+Blue Cheese Sliders were our favorite. Three of them made for a nice meal or shareable starter. We also thought their oak smoked salmon special and the Chorizo and Tomato Stew were terrific. There is a lot of stew in the bowl and you may have to ask for an extra piece or two of bread to finish it all. Good item but not remarkable was the onion and squash Bhajis. Nice wine selection also.

Francesco and his staff are always delighted to see you and make you feel so welcome and will go to the extra mile to accommodate your needs. Excellent beers and very good food. Definitley would recommend and also an excellent pub for match day with Chelsea
