Quite possibly the best burgers in Reading. Four of us went for my husband's birthday, all different burgers, all superb. Will definitely be returning.

Only order nacho chips with popcorn chicken kids meal. Waited 30 minutes for our order. The restaurant was not busy. Our order was ready but the staff were busy getting the delivery order ready. I asked for a refund but they gave my order to me in a takeaway bag! I can understand if they were busy! There is no customer service...

Food is ordinary but service is really poor. Just to give you an example, we ordered takeaway and sat at the table to wait, after 20-25 mins when I asked, it was sitting on the till and handed over to me. Not surprised, they made wings in BBQ sauce 😭

Walked in and ordered a meal for take away. It’s a strange layout being next to kaspas, and you wouldn’t expect to order at the till. But the service was decent, got the food in about 10 minutes and took about 5 minutes to get home. I ordered the American burger regular meal, with honey mustard chicken hot shots. This was my second time so I knew not to order the loaded fries😉. The burgers are so good here very similar to five guys flavour-wise, but the burgers are smashed paper thin, which I thinks their only downside. The chips are great and generous amount for medium meal and the drink was standard I got Diet Coke and it comes with no ice so defo a bonus. Chicken hot shots really nice too but small amount wouldn’t bother for the price. Burger 9/10, chips 8/10, drink 8/10, hot shots 7.5/10

They didn't have bagels as advertised and used burger bun instead. It had hardly any filling and was really not worth the money that I paid for it.

On arrival we took a seat to look at the menu but it was just menus for puddings so we had to go up to the counter and look at the boards. Personally I don't like doing this because I feel rushed to order. The customer service was unwelcoming and miserable, The whole time I was wondering if me and my family were actually welcome. On the other hand the food exceeded expectations, it was tasty and reasonably priced.

Food is not like before at all I order Mexican smashed horrible bun flat never ever come back again 👎🏻

Lovely staff. Always quiet so rarely ques here. Recommended the BBQ double smash burger meal. The pepsi on tap is excellent and the fries are amazing on their own. I love the Big T sauce they provide. Overall a very good alternative to other fast food and higher quality too.

I called the place but instead of telling me to wait for a minute or informing they are close someone kept hanging on me all over again after many signals or just few so I know for sure he does that. Bad customer service

Delivery driver wouldn't bring order to the door! When paying for delivery, you expect it to be to your door.

First and last time... Bad experience and bad food

I ordered a buffalo burger and tea.I waited for 20 mins to get my food and tea when there were just 2 customers after me and 4 staffs chatting inside while my burger sat in the tray for 5 minutes. I took a bite of my burger and suddenly realised that they had poured the entire salt.It was so salty and the buns were so soggy I nearly threw up.I couldnt take second bite as it was literally eating with sea water .Never had a buffalo burger that salty and soggy.I took it back to staff and they just kept silent.No words,no help,no offer to refund.Never visiting this place again and will never let my friends and families come here ever!!

Some of the best fried chicken I've had for excellent prices. I also strongly recommend the chipotle sauce.

(We’ve only had it delivered) Really nice burgers, had the Chicken and chipotle ones. Chips could improve as they’re quite thin and “frozen bag” ones. Sauces are nice too. More side options would be great. Had a bit of an issue once when ordering from Just Eat, the driver just sat outside without ringing or phoning, so our food never got delivered.

I am going to be brutally honest. The gentleman who opened this place has added a great place for the community. The ease of parking especially as a family, the ease of a burger joint and dessert place together, the friendly and well trained staff, especially during busy hours being able to take pressure and stay calm, I have to say a great contribution to the food and social scene in Reading. I’ve had my first chai here after a new born and my first chai here after a long flight with family and kids. Instead of having to drive to Slough, I can just take my family here. I have real respect for the business owner because he can make so much more money by turning it into something else but this is genuinely a gift for the working class communities to have fun with their loved ones.

Youve hiked prices and changed the menu .. no meal deals offered. I understand you're probably trying to boycott drinks too which is ok but you still need to offer some sugar free / diet drinks for those that need it.

Chips were cold ,, burgers were bit soggy probably because of condensation from packaging

Fat Twins Price on Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat sites are extortionate a couple of pence away from £30 for 2 meals (2 smash burgers, 2 fries and 2 can drinks). The Chipotle smash burger is small. For that price we should have had a couple of sides as the meal is no where near filling. It was nice but definitely not worth the price there will be no next time ordering for delivery.

I'm really taken back by the good food reviews for this place. Quite unbelievable really. These customers must have a really low standards for food or just be very young and impressionable. I have to say that Cemetery Junction isn't great for variety at all. When all the burger joints are going at it it smells like an onion factory. Proper nasty, like an old sweaty man. 😅🤣 I'd say if they remade the documentary "super size me" and used fat twins as the example then it would be game over. It's definitely the lowest grade meat as your gut will tell you for atleast 2 days after. It does taste nice but that's only because they cover it all with so much salt. I do not know why people would eat here if you have taste when there's smash burgers right next door and roosters across the road. If it's down to cost then roosters are better priced and it's lovely. Smash burgers are amazing but aren't open as often. Atleast the staff have changed at fat twins. That's why I've given them 2 stars in total as the last lot were like grumpy 12 Yr olds who had no understanding of how to serve people . Not my best review really!!! I went twice and that's me done.

Nice service but a bit slow and very expensive in Kaspas. The burgers in Fat twins were cheaper for a whole meal! You can park for free out the back which is good. 4/5 scores on the doors April 2023 is good. Was nice and clean.

I went into here with family. Nice and clean, friendly service Ordered the Chipotle burgers with fries. Burgers were delicious as was the sauce in it. The fries were nice and hot and tasted delicious ! Even better you can get desserts in the same place !! The Mango Mania was spot on. I changed 1 of the scoops of mango ice cream to coconut which they happily did for me. I have visited again with family. There’s also free parking at the back. Visit , you won’t be disappointed.

Food was average. The kind of basic quality you might get at fish and chip shop. I went for the chicken steak burger, as I wasn’t sure what it would be like so thought I’d give it a shot. It turned out to be a basic breaded chicken burger, think chicken sandwich from the poundsaver menu (but without a seeded bun, plain bun only). No fancy sauces or fillings, just some mayo and shredded lettuce. Very basic. I paid extra for some “diced onions” and got a two ring slices of red onion. Tried the cheesy chips which were the liquid cheese sauce type. Went for onion rings and chicken nuggets. Again perfectly fine but nothing to sing about. Food arrived early and good temperature, well packaged. Would I go again? Probably not, unless it was the only choice.
