No vuelvas.

A covenient spot for drinks prior to our show at Lightroom. Popular venue. Nice outdoor seating area. Good to see that the mineral water - still and sparkling - is complimentary. Downside: outdoor seating is a little uncomfortable. Probably not good for a prolonged visit.

The bar itself is lovely. The service was not great, my friend had to queue for ages to get served when she did order we waited for 30 minutes and not even our drinks had arrived, when she asked they had forgotten, which is understandable, it was busy. But the worst part is we ordered a cheese board. This took over 45 minutes to come out we paid nearly £16 and were excited. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. There were no more than 6 pieces of cheese and 6 slithers of bread, not worth the wait at all, even if we didn't have to wait it was sad. Wouldn't recommend this place, one of the staff members was also cursing constantly and shouting.

We enjoyed both the Braised rib and the confit pork sandwiches. The only downside is that both of our sandwiches had a bit too much fat. Excellent place to eat if raining and you want to dine outdoors. Very good customer service, order at bar and your food/beverages are brought to your table.

Ordered a bite to eat after a couple of drinks then told in no uncertain way to move table as “there was a booking”. Had to move to a poor inside table - booking clearly friends of the bar manager who was rude and had zero customer skills. Other staff were nice but he really let the place down.

Visited on a hot Saturday afternoon for drinks and a bite to eat. The whole experience was let down by the shockingly bad service from the staff. One individual in particular, who appeared to be in charge, was extremely rude. We’d been sat at our table for over an hour, had a few drinks each, only to be told by this person that the tables had been pre booked, and needed to be vacated within the next two minutes. There were no signs out to indicate that they had been pre booked and instead of apologizing he told us that we had to move straight away. We’d ordered food and explained that and he just flicked his hand towards empty tables inside and told us to go and sit in there then. Our food was late, I had to ask about my partners lunch and it appeared that they’d forgotten. The pre booked guests turned out to be the staff members friends, and I strongly don’t believe that any pre booking of any kind had been made. Absolutely would not recommend and would respectfully suggest that the owners consider their front of house arrangements to avoid losing customers.

Food was good but portions were unequal a table next to us ordered the same but received a plate that was more substantial then ours. Service was poor at best we were seated then forgotten about. We were only served as one of the staff walked past and casually asked if we were okay. The main server then didn’t come near our table for the next 45 minutes. Inside we could see staff members on a laptop chatting. Would not go back had lots of potential but let down by inconsistencies and lack of attention.

Rude staff and poor service. I booked a small area for my birthday end of January. The staff seemed disinterested overall. The area was secluded and there was very hot air blasting. My guests were feeling uncomfortable including a pregnant woman so we opened the door to allow cool air in. One of the staff (young female Italian, with coloured streaks in her hair) kept closing the door so we explained we are very hot one guest is pregnant and needs cools air . She was was incredibly rude and aggressive and said to the whole group ‘I am trying to eat my lunch and it’s cold’ . I was shocked by her response and the unprofessionalism. A huge part of enjoying wine is a comfortable environment and friendly staff. I would never recommend this establishment.

Very nice ambiance spoiled by service. We ordered a glass of wine and a mulled wine, we were seated at a table inside, the wine arrived first, I was told the mulled wine wasn’t ready, ten minutes later the mulled wine arrived and to my horror it was served in a large paper coffee cup which was a quarter filled if that. If we had ordered the mulled wine to take away then I would of understood. Not value for money and very underwhelming.

Booked for Sunday evening 6.30pm to see friends. Haphazard service and informed after 10 mins we had to make last order for food before friends had even arrived. Was good but had to ask multiple times to get enough cutlery and plates for all of us. Lights out on the dot of 8pm and staff couldn’t wait to kick us out from 5 mins before. Will not go back.

I just saw three dreadful reviews for this place and I don't understand it. The wine is really interesting… Maybe you have to be into wine like I am… There are very well chosen exciting wines that I've never even heard of. Served by people who like to drink them. I had one little snack and it was delicious… Look this isn't a glass of plonk and an old bit of camembert… It's aiming a little higher on the palate that It's a cool place with a brick arched interior and enthusiastic staff who know what they are talking about. it is not all bar one... and if you want that you going to give it one star… But it's a very superior cool intelligent wine bar

I’m a regular here and usually like this location. The staff are mostly friendly and it has a cozy vibe. You can sit by the window and overlook Finchley Road. Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with Georgia who was training new baristas. I scanned my Nero app to pay and was shown on my app that the payment went through. Apparently it hadn’t gone through on the till so Georgia made me show her proof of payment on my app and on my credit card statement but then argued with me that the payment was shown as pending in my Amex app, which it always is as it takes a few days for the merchant to claim the transaction. When I said that I wasn’t willing to swipe my card again and be charged double she made a rather rude comment “the payment hasn’t gone through on our end, so you’ll just walk away with a free coffee” and insisted I swipe my app again. She did give me a receipt noting that if I was indeed charged twice they would give me a refund on my next visit, however I am rather disappointed by customer service. You would think that staff would care less about a potentially free £3.55 coffee than losing a regular customer. I will not be a regular anymore at this location.
