I would avoid bar staff VERY unprofessional and rude. Service very slow and poor. Bar staff all had attitide problem.

Fast service exemplary staff. Wednesday night real ales £1:69 pint. Had Sambrooks Powerhouse Porter 4.9 excellent condition. Highly Recommended

Went to the pub yesterday and met up with family very nice place to relax and have a few beers nice atmosphere and well nice decor oak beams and good range of drinks friendly staff and good price you can't go wrong in this place l recommend that you visit this place when you are in Uxbridge

This is our favourite pub in Uxbridge. But, unfortunately this time we didn’t feel that welcomed. The brunette lady who served us at the tills was rude and unfriendly. She repeated the order as a robot and at the same time speaking with another lady (a blond one). Being honest we don’t want to come back again.

I really enjoyed this Wetherspoons, the staff were really friendly and it was not excessively busy. I had Korean Chicken to eat which was surprisingly good. As with all Wetherspoons they have a good selection of beers all reasonably priced. Definitely worth visiting.

According to the bar staff today, their grill has apparently been broken for some four weeks .. which one would have thought would have been sufficient time for an otherwise competent and capable organisation like Wetherspoons to get it fixed. But then perhaps they are phasing out the Steak Club here by stealth.. as they appear to have already done at their outlets in Euston and Baker Street. Great pity.

The table was not clean, and bread for the hamburger not very fresh. Next time Better visit other place.

Shocking service. 6 meals and drinks ordered via the app. 6 drinks arrived but only 5 meals. We were then lied to and told the 6th meal was being cooked When no meal appeared we queried it again and were told it wasn't on the order. We pointed out it had been and upon checking confirmed we had ordered 6 meals but only received 5 Fortunately we had the emailed receipt and pointed this out. We requested a refund for the 6th meal and after some "persuasion" the cost of the meal was refunded. The manager showed an incredible lack of customer service and disregard for new customers This is our first and last visit to this establishment

The food was cold and I didn’t get the extras I asked and paid for

Overall, we had a nice experience, and the girls at the bar were super friendly and nice. However, I am sure that I provided the correct number of our table, and the gentleman that brought our food over, was apparently looking for us (and we saw him ask the others patrons whether that was their food) but funnily enough he never came to the side of the pub we were in, and about 3-5 minutes later, he came to us and asked us whether that food was ours. My friend was very dissatisfied with her steak as we had asked for a medium steak. We complained and one of the servers apologised and told us that their grill was broken, hence why it was overcooked. The gentleman from earlier (must of been a manager, as he had a white shirt) overheard and asked us what the problem was. We told him, and his excuse was that the steak had been sitting on the side because “he couldn’t find us” - I have never know a steak to “cook by itself” to well done in the short while that we waited, and even more so after the server was honest about the grill, just seconds earlier. Luckily, the pitchers were good. Sadly, we won’t be returning; do not recommend.

While nothing is particularly wrong this is a stereotypical Wetherspoons pub. While it is quite cheap it's also a bit grimy, service is lackluster and it could do with some new furniture.

I do not recommend. The worst Wetherspoons I have ever been to. The staff in uxbridge looks like they are there as a punishment. No matter what day or time we come we hear that the fish has run out an hour ago. We wanted to order chicken wings, but the sauce has run out, although it was served with pizza for an additional fee. We asked the staff what was going on. They were very rude and the only thing we heard was "the fish has run out an hour ago" (again) and they stopped serving sauces for no reason. Out of curiosity we called two other pubs, they have everything and serve sauces normally. I do not predict a good future for this place if it looks like this and they only serve alcohol

The staff are pleasant and efficient. There was a problem with card payments but every time i heard them explain this ,it was as if it was the 1st time of telling people..not tired or jaded by repeating the same lines over and over.

Very rude staff member. Lady. Sticky Tables. Not clean Very negative attitude from the lady. We left and whet to the other pub near long lane. We not be using Uxbridge again this not the fist time we had issues at this pub. Chang your staff

I had lunch in Uxbridge, and since I don't drink alcohol from noon, I had Pepsi and a wrap. I'm happy that it's reasonable.

Another JDW ticked off my list! Located on High Street just across the main Uxbridge bus stop and. 2-5 mins walk from tube station. It was really a busy place for a Tuesday noon! Families, friends, single men/women everyone having a great time. The seating area is good and pretty decent. Local ales were on offer and the prices were £1.99 a pint which is a bargain no doubt! The service was a bit slow but I don’t blame anyone as the place was pretty busy. Food as per standard JDW quality. Don’t forget to try Good Day Sunshine ale which I couldn’t find at any other London JDWs! Overall , satisfied and would return if I’m at or around Uxbridge.

I recently visited Wetherspoon and was impressed by the extensive menu and unbeatable prices. The food was delicious and arrived quickly, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. It's the perfect spot for a casual meal or a few drinks with friends. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly outing.

I enjoyed the location, it's excellent to spend time with a group, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The drinks are very reasonable. The atmosphere was good. I didn't eat so cannot comment on the food.

First time visiting this Weather Spoons and i would love to recommend it Its a nice calm Atmosphere. I have ordered two 11” Pizzas and they were delicious The main reason i visited is that this Weatherspoon has CORONA ON TAP !!! I have visited many pubs around Uxbridge looking dor Corona on Tao and this is the only one that i’ve found !

Good experience at this Wetherspoon. Usual virtues, value, cleanliness and friendly staff. Gets crowded but not too bad. Right in the centre of Uxbridge, so very convenient.

Visited on a Friday lunchtime. Great range of cask ales. Usual food choices & both of our lunches were served piping hot. Very busy pub.

Didn't have the food I ordered so had to change order, then a fella I think who was in charge came and charged me extra. In my opinion, if they haven't got something they shouldn't charge you the extra for a 2nd choice meal. He was very rude when serving behind the bar! Although the evening bar staff were lovely.

Friendly staff, good beer nice atmosphere

Good value eating and drinking in the high street of Uxbridge. The usual Wetherspoons menu but nothing wrong with that, and value for money must be the highest rating possible. Very busy at lunchtime but quieter in the afternoon and early evening so you might try for those times if your schedule allows it.

Waited over 40 minutes for breakfast and one breakfast came out after everyone else finished eating. Staff apathetic and it was absolutely freezing in the pub. Excuse for the last breakfast dish coming out a full 15 mins after the rest of the food was that they ran out of baked beans. Awful service

Quick pitstop, Black Dragon cider. Talked to an old boy Padraig from Cork. Ex-serviceman. Been to many countries. Just needs a wee chat.

Not a bad Spoons, one of the cheaper ones. A bit dark & gloomy but the cask ales were very decent, from Twickenham Ales at £1.99 a pint. Let's face it, there's nowhere else in Uxbridge worth going for a decent pint. And Bojo wasn't in here, so that's a bonus. Not too shabby!

Rude staff, spoke to shift manager ‘Martin’ and was of no help and put the phone down on me several times.

Typical Wetherspoons, cheap prices for cheap drinks, and food ranges from very bad to decent. I have no problem with the service especially as you order via a QR code and I was too busy chatting to notice how long it took for the food to come out. But it wasn't abnormally long, otherwise I would have definitely took note. They also have water that you can pour yourself, which is nice. The restaurant is spacious enough, slot machines at the front and bathrooms upstairs. Apparently the space used to be a tailoring shop for menswear.

I'm giving one star for service because the person who brought our order to us should not be in this public facing role. No eye contact with the customer , a lack of interest in their role .

The place is great but stinks too bad so we had our drinks outside.

Every time I visit this pub always excellent friendly staff and the food is great for the money but the clincher is the prices wetherspoons. Charges for drinks half the price of the metropolitan or queens head. A cider 1.24 good yarn 2.50 metropolitan umh ?????

Came in on Monday and a sign was on the bar advising Real Ale 🍺 Wednesday £1-79 a pint came in on Wednesday the sign was gone and staff knew nothing about it

A bit short on staff but the barman was very efficient and did excellently.

The food was hot and well cooked, good atmosphere only only down side, serving staff didnt seem to know where tables were located, twice came to our table asking if food was ours, which it wasnt then couldn't find the tables. One man went to the serving hatch to retrieve his pizza as they had taken it back because they couldnt find him. Apart from that enjoyed y visit

Excellent pub! Food was delicious and alot better than the whetherspoons in Ickenham we went to a last month. Food today was beautiful, Manager was pottering about and you could tell he treats his staff well. All very happy, polite and pleasant. A young crew who were cleaning & clearing tables and done a wonderful job. All the tables, menus, cutlery and sauces were spotlessly clean, not a single one was dirty or sticky. Atmosphere was lovely although we just sat in the restaurant bit. Excellent manager and it shows a mile off, well done to him and all his team! 👏👏👏

Nice pub right next to magistrate court

Had breakfast here and it was lovely! Unlimited drinks, love the place as it was quiet around 9am.

The guy said he's a manager but so rude, any cleaning lady has better customer service skills then him. I don't drink my drink with lime which gets put in the bottle. Most of it is always sticking out anyway so it's easily removed. This was exactly the case in 3 rounds of drinks we had today. When the 4th round arrived, lime was pushed in all the way. When I asked "the manager " for one without lime he declined and said the lime SLIPPED inside the bottle???? Would love to see that happening. Bet a clean glove as per health and safety standards wasn't used either. Pleading with him was unfortunately fruitless. He took our drinks and said he'll process refund. The lady behind the bar was clearly trained by "the manager " as she was equally as unapproachable. Only highlight was the poor new guy who was helpful and knew how to interact with customers.

Decent pint had here, served quickly and politely and the brew tasted good.

Busy place....beer a bit of hit and miss mostly okay....glass stock needs some renovate... nucleated bottled beer glass wasn't working....too much rinse aid building up perhaps........ Still visit occasionally as I am brand loyal to spoons 🙂

Food was cold when arrived. No drinks turned up after 40 minutes. When went to bar to retrieve drinks they had been sitting there for a while as ice was almost melted. Poorly run and very disappointed.

Usually a lively atmosphere with the price advantage of a Wetherspoon pub. The food is good and reasonably priced. The only downside is the poor service. The bar is very often undermanned, leading to a lengthy wait to be served. Ordering via the Wetherspoon app used to be the easier option because priority was given to online orders. At the time of writing in March 2024 though this seems no longer to be the case. Even when only a handful of customers are waiting at the bar, there can be a 10 minute plus wait for drinks ordered via the app.

Prices are relatively cheaper than other pubs. Eat and drink...

Standard weatherspoons had a pizza and the base was still doughy

We have been here many times and the food has always been good. I had to write this review as I ordered lemon and herb chicken, coleslaw and chips. Firstly chips were warm and others were cold but that was not the worst I cut open my chicken and it was raw. I didn't eat it and when the manager came to clear the plates I showed him my chicken. I explained I didn't want a refund I just wanted to bring it to his attention. He then said NEXT TIME WHEN I ORDER ASK FOR IT TO BE CRISPY. Can you believe it!! The chicken was raw. So it'skay to eat it raw but make sure it's crispy is he joking? Won't be going there again.

Have been going there for lunch every 2 weeks with my brother & always been happy with the value for money & quality of the food & drinks. We have recently started to notice the quality and quantity of some dishes going down hill & this time I had american double burger & it was the worst burger I have ever had anywhere, shame

I walked into the pub and was blocked from getting to the bar by three men engaged in robust discussion. I have been known to use profanity on occasion but it would need to be a lot more incentivised than cheap near out of date beer for me to remain. YMMV

Good cheap yet tidy pub. Rather noisy in the busy nights and can get rowdy on the weekends but keeps the Wetherspoon formula intact.

It's a Weatherspoons so you get what you pay for. Cheap drinks and decent service. Average or below average food. Okay crowds. Location close to station and in town center. Nothing more to say.

Slightly disappointed that Management did not reprimanded a customer who was using foul language to someone else when a young child was there with her parents. This happened on the 29th December 2023 at about 9.45am.

Don't go here if you want to take your friends & family to a friendly pub! Party of 5 & majority work in hospitality. 3 of us live in Uxbridge & took our visiting friends there after dinner for a quick, cheapish drink. Embarrassed at how we were spoken to when pointing out that mixer in 2 x gins was not right ehich it wasnt. Condescending & rude doesn't even do justice to what happened. Shame on you!

AVOID AT ALL COST By far one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. We never got all our food, items from order were missing and when enquired the waiter started arguing over having already send all the items. After 20 mins of arguing, they said they will send the remaining food, well, never received it. A portion of chips hadn't arrived so when we asked for the chips, they pointed at someone else's chips at the table and said they have those left on the table just eat those. With a table of 12 and having spent plenty on food and drink, they decided to argue over 20 mins for a portion of chips. In the end one person who had only ordered chips to eat ended up walking out without having any food at all. The staff was extremely rude including the manager/supervisor themselves.
