One of my favourite restaurants in London! Beautiful location, food amazing every time and waiters and staff who are superb hosts. Will be back again and again for sure!

Nice steak restaurant near Victoria station in London. A bit expensive but I suppose that's London in general compared to my home city of Glasgow.

Lovely little place with an interesting menu and great staff.

A pretty decent meal. Pumpkin soup was nice but some bread to accompany it would have been nice. Well cooked steak and veg. Cheese was disappointing: expensive supplement was charged for 3 rather underwhelming pieces of cheese with 5 small biscuits and some grapes. I dined with a work group and on that basis it was OK and the service was good given they were dealing with 20 of us. I admit to being a grinch as I tend to feel I eat best at home, so most places struggle to compete with that. It was OK.

Restaurant is half empty and lady at reception says no tables available! Disappointing for local clients

Excellent food and service in a lovely environment! I had the steak and my friend the roast, all cooked to perfection and good portions. Will definately return.

Lovely environment. Friendly but young staff, seem to be more interested in clearing tables than serving. Food was average pub grub at best. We had calamari, cauliflower and courgette starters, all quite bland. Burger was ok. Cauliflower cheese was good, but too salty Filet was cooked well, but sauce wasn’t great. Please go eat at black lock to learn about flavour…. Or even Roxie steak house. The dessert tasted like it had zero sugar in it. Fundamentally the flavours were not balanced at all. How you got your ratings is a mystery!! Try harder….

I had dinner here with friends last night and was reminded how perfect this place is for a meal that is delicious, reasonably priced, a great location (the courtyard is charming and conveniently close to Victoria station) and professional service. The steak was excellent but the vegetarian options were pretty good too.

Went for a works Xmas meal. There was a large group of us. The staff were excellent and service second to none! Couldn’t do enough for you. Food amazing. Cannot fault this place, would definitely go back.

Delicious food and reasonably priced. Overall good service except the server made some mistakes in the order and when they corrected it, it was wrong again. Anyway, still a good dinner overall.

The steak was way too charred and just tasted of burnt meat. Wagyu was not as buttery as it should have been and the sides were bland.

Very good place to have a Sunday roast. We came here from the United States and our cab driver said we had to try a Sunday roast somewhere and this was our place and it was incredible.

Came here on a whim to meet my friend for my birthday meal, however my friend cancelled last minute. I decided to stay as the wait staff were so lovely and the food was amazing. They brought me out a decorated dessert and card from the staff; honestly one of the most touching moments I’ve ever had from a day gone wrong! I can’t even recommend this place enough as the steak was perfect and the truffle fries were the best I’ve ever had. An extra shoutout to An & Riccardo, they are a credit to the business and I’m actually planning to tell my friend about this place for her next big event as everything was 10/10 and I will be coming here again shortly <3

The Jonas family kitchen offers a fantastic dining experience, with excellent food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier restaurant!

Was turned away from this restaurant after a group of men were given a table. Me and my wife were told to come back in an hour for a table and when asked if we could sit at the bar we were told we could not. We asked why the men in front of us were offered a table and we were told they were only getting drinks and when we said we would like that as well we were told no by the host. We felt ostracized and disappointed by this establishment and won’t be returning back.

Food was exceptional, very friendly staff. Perfect place to make a meal special.

We were a party of 5 last night at Jones Family Restaurant. We have been to this restaurant several times before but last night was a huge disappointment. 2 of our party ordered main course Steak Tartare, when they arrived they were so dry without any of the normal seasonings/capers or other ingredients. We sent them back and the kitchen prepared 2 fresh Steak Tartares which quite frankly were not much better. We have had Steak Tartare at the restaurant before and they had been delicious but this time they were very disappointing. The other 3 of our party had the Sirloin Steak which was well cooked - Medium Rare but presentation was non existent, White Plate with just the steak, no garnish whatsoever again disappointing. Our waitress was as helpful as she could be. For the price I personally expect better. I will certainly think twice about returning to the restaurant.

Arriving without a reservation, we already felt at home at the entrance. The dishes are of excellent quality and unquestionable quantity. Fair prices given the restaurant's offerings. The added value is Riccardo, who raises the level of experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

The Italian owner is friendly and advises you on what to eat.. very nice place and excellent meat.. Too bad the bill was €210 for two steaks for 3... without wine and without desserts just a potato as a side dish.. it could have been a little more sincere..

Ordered a prime rib. It was cooked to perfection 👌 If you are ordering this, get the horseradish cream.

Good service and wonderful steaks!

The stake being undercooked is not a big deal but chips being undercooked twice is truly a feat the chips are advertised as triple cooked . They were soggy and raw both times . And while the manager was doing his best , the waitresses scurried around almost shy to speak to guests . I do have to add the drinks were terrible the spicy margarita was a Luke warm cup of tequila which was also forgotten .all in all other than a star manager who was great. paying a full bill when my entire meal was a series of mistakes, makes no sense to me at all . Somehow even the desert was a disappointment which yes was complimentary. Oh and I forgot to mention dirty bathrooms . There’s only so many times you can complain to a manager about things before it becomes annoying.

Excellent English breakfast with the option of black pudding. Enjoyed the sausages and great coffee. Very helpful service. Completed a business deal so very positive vibes and happy memories of the place

My friend and I happened upon this place when we didn't have a reservation dinner for the evening. What a great surprise and experience it was. While the martinis flowed, we enjoyed a delightful service and delicious steaks and sides. The interior of the restaurant was carefully curated and well appointed. The food was the star of the show though!

Needed to fulfil my need for steak while visiting London from Canada. Found JFK close to our hotel and we are glad we did. I’ll start with service. They were so wonderful from the second we entered until the moment we left. Appetizers were amazing. Steak main was the best we ever had, both cook and quality of meat. Drinks were on point. Our first visit I had a beautiful perfect cook medium rare ribeye, my wife a perfect medium tenderloin. Accompanied with an outstanding red wine jus and bernaise. And a side of truffle chips. It was so good that we had to return a few days later. We started with sourdough bread and the squid that I cannot recommend enough. I had the 32oz Prime Rib cooked to a perfect medium Rare. Which may ruin steak for me going home. It was so delicious. Highly recommend visiting The Jones Family Kitchen of Belgravia

Had a truly wonderful experience here for my birthday! The food was fantastic and the service from the whole team was extremely attentive. They even gave me a birthday card that they all signed; a truly personal touch. A little on the pricey side but certainly great value for money! Would definitely eat here again!

Had breakfast meeting at this beautiful place during my visit to London. It turned out to be a lucky place. Had salmon on toast. The salmon was overpowering with too much horseradish which made it difficult to eat other than everything else was superb!

Average food, overpriced. Meal infested by bees. Service ok, attacked by a rude manager. We had lunch Jones Family Kitchen, explicitly asking to sit outside to enjoy the limited sun London gets and mentioning some of us were in a rush. They waitress (who was at least very kind) took ages to come ask us for our order, so much that some of us had to leave. As soon as our starters came out to we were attacked by a swarm of bees but decided to stay outside rather than moving inside (note the staff didn’t ask us if we wanted to move inside). To be able to eat we decided to catch some of the bees with our glasses instead of killing them as the waitress suggested and other tables were doing. We caught about 10, managed to eat our meal and planned to free them as soon as we finished (all still alive!). As we paid our bill we asked multiple waiters if they wanted us to free the bees or if they wanted to do it later so that other people could enjoy their meals. They all asked to please not to free them, and so we did. As we are walking out of the restaurant the manager abruptly stopped us and demanded we go back to our table and give him back the glasses we used to trap the bees, apparently the waiters were “afraid to free the bees and being attacked”. When we explained that we had already asked the waiters if they wanted to free the bees, the manager replied that he didn’t care about that or about our “silly games with bees”. Once asked what he thought we should have done he replied “you could have killed the bees as far as I’m concerned as far as you let my staff do their job”. We kept arguing for a bit and then decided to leave. Being treated like this when you are trying to be considerate towards both other customers and the lives of bees is really unacceptable. Even more so when you pay £80 pp for average food, mediocre service and an overall unpleasant meal. Would not recommend

We were there for a quick meal before a show and had a lovely experience. The food was incredible, the service was thoughtful, and Vicky especially went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. She truly enhanced our experience. We would come back anytime and are looking forward to our next visit.

We were looking for a restaurant with showers to be able to have lunch in peace. We found it. The dining room staff were really helpful. Among other things, the manager, Riccardo, is professional and at the same time makes you feel at ease. If we return to London it will definitely be a next stop. Congratulations and good work

The steaks were sublime. All the sides were great, I really enjoyed the spring greens. The chips were a bit average in my opinion, I like them super crispy, but I enjoyed the rest of the meal too much to care. They have some great wines.

This is a lovely restaurant located inside the Ecclestone Yards. When our 4-year old son wanted to have a dinner in the city, we chose the place based on proximity to Victoria station and reviews. I am glad we did so. Both times ee have been there the food was great and staff was very friendly. The second time we couldn’t get the table our son wanted so he was a bit fussy but our waiter, Ersin, really helped our son settle and allowed us to have a wonderful evening.

It took me a couple of Months to give a review. The service was excellent, and the food was awesome . Our server was so knowledgeable and attentive. I recommend everyone from the states that visit London.

A little pricy maybe, but the english breakfast and the pancakes (with bananas) were great, staff was friendly and the nice, quiet square is a great location.

I've lived in this area for almost 20 years and never knew about Eccleston Yard. What a hidden gem...and within this hidden gem is another rare find: The Jones Family Kitchen. The restaurant is beautiful, and the outside seating area has all the right ingredients for a lazy summer's evening meal. The service was impeccable; our waiter Ivan was friendly, personable and very helpful with all of our choices. When the food arrived, a Chateaubriand to share, it was melt-in-the-mouth. A faultless dining experience from start to finish!

Walked in for lunch and had a pleasant experience. I picked their preset 2 course menu and began with a Bloody Mary that was nicely spiced and contained a fair amount of alcohol. As the appetizer I picked the soup. It was somewhat bland until I reached the feta cheese which added a nice sourness to the flavour. Would recommend more generous amount of the feta in the soup. For the main, I ordered the steak which came out perfectly medium rare with a nice sear and an appropriate amount of salt. The service was attentive and kind. 4.5/5.

As always, an outstanding, authentic experience with excellent steaks and sides and warm, engaging service. Consistency is their hallmark…one always feels welcome and well taken care of at this restaurant. We enjoyed dining on the terrace; hard to find such a charming indoor and outdoor venue. For the high quality, the prices are more than fair. JFK was a refuge for us during the dark days of Covid when outdoor dining was the only option. They made it special for us then, and I’m so pleased but not surprised to see them go from strength to strength. Kudos to Stephen, Riccardo, Tanya, Victoria and the entire team.

My wife and I always struggle to find somewhere in London with great atmosphere, that isn't too nosy or chaotic. At Jones Family we were treated to great service, a relaxed and lively atmosphere and fabulous food all evening. Will definitely go again.

I enjoyed the best Sirloin steak I've had in quite a while, cooked exactly as ordered, staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere jolly without being noisy, a most enjoyable venue.

They got us in last minute and we were blown away by the service. The food was excellent. They have larger portions. You have to try their truffle macaroni and cheese! The barkeep was splendid. The only thing I would recommend for them is to broaden their menu to have more options and it being a little more organized. I recommend this restaurant!

Staff were so incredibly helpful when I requested a larger table at short notice for a work event. The dinner was enjoyed by all and I highly recommend a visit. Fabulous food and you won't leave hungry!

NEW giant Croissant filled with full English Breakfast just landed in London 🤯🥐 . It's fair to say my hands are small but this croissant is truly huge 😅 It has everything a full English should have: fried eggs 🍳, bacon 🥓, sausages, mushroom, beans🫘, and tomatoes 🍅. Food was honestly pretty average with small portion sizes for the price. The steak was good, but the chickpea salad was completely tasteless. The roasted cauliflower and kids burger were also good, but again very small. The drinks were fine and service was decent overall, although our server got visibly annoyed when we asked for one small thing. Would come back for the atmosphere and drinks, but the kitchen needs to step it up.

Great service and delicious food!

The food was absolutely excellent. My beef fillet was so tender; I've rarely had a better steak. My friend had his birthday that evening, which I mentioned in the reservation, and he received a chocolate brownie from the restaurant. The service is also top-notch. I would go to this restaurant again every time.

We went to Eccleston Yards to watch the tennis and due to the on off rain we decided to sit in the sheltered area outside so we could watch undercover! Had the most amazing 10/10 roast, brilliant service, and the perfect afternoon watching the tennis in comfort and drinking wine! Thank you!

Great spot with excellent food.

We were exploring around Victoria Station when we discovered the Jones Family Restaurant, which is situated in Ecclesone Yards (look out for the signs, it is off of the main street). The restaurant offers seating inside and outside. The welcome was warm, and we opted for some nibbles as we did not want anything heavy. We chose the charcuterie, wedges, and sour dough bread and two Hugos. The food was lovely, freshly prepared and a nice portion. The Hugos, as good as any I have ever tasted. Eccleston Yards itself is a lovely oasis away from the busy streets that surround it. I would return again. All the staff were lovely, but a special thanks to Ivan who looked after us.

Great spot around corner from Victoria station offering range of straightforward food from light bites to steaks and desserts. In or outdoors if weather up to it in peaceful but buzzy Ecclestone yard.

The steaks are over priced. And it doesn’t come with any other sides. Like £35 sirloin steak and if you add peppercorns sauce that’s £2.5 and £6 for baked potatoes. In addition 12.5% service charge. It’s not worth it, don’t go.

JFK is amazing having visited twice in May 24. The experience starts with the location. Close to Victoria Station but also tucked away in a lovely little cul-de-sac. Reception staff member was great and the service was excellent on both visits. It’s one of the best rib eye steaks I’ve ever had, ordered one on both occasions. Felt it was a little expensive to be fair but it is top end food and service and it’s not as though any costs are hidden. The menus are clear.

Food is overrated. We ordered a fillet steak which cost us £36. However, the surface of the whole fillet was burnt and covered in black carbon.The skin of the grilled chicken thighs was also burnt and we hardly ate it. I don't know if this is the right way to eat it, but I don't like it.
