Even though it's on tripadvisor and on Meerkat meals I was advised they no longer serve food. Which is a shame as I'm sure there's a market for it in Weston Rhyn

Heard about the new Smokehouse and Grill menu at The Lodge in Weston Rhyn and decided to try it out with my wife. Had a friendly greeting upon arrival and was swiftly shown to our table. Ordered the Beef Brisket Mac n Cheese, Finger Lickin Chicken Burger, the nachos to share and a couple of pints. Drinks arrived quickly, and a decent pint. Food came shortly after even tho they had a busy evening. The food was delicious and plentiful - we actually couldnt finish everything we ordered so the chef boxed up what was left so we could take it home with us as we didnt want to waste any! Both the owners couldnt have done more for us and the chef personally came to make sure everything was ok with our meal. We are very lucky to have this right on our doorstep, highly recommend.

Popped in for a cone of chips. Was given a poly box full! Top quality and tasty and some of great length. Other chip shops who serve chips like batter bits take note! Friendly lady serving and nice and hot.

Robert Jones WayWe have my daughter's 4th birthday party here with about 21 kids. Our hosts were Melissa and Ella. They were fantastic hosts. Very attentive and friendly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't fault anything and my daughter had the best birthday.

The Old Sawmill, Lake VyrnwyAbsolutely terrible! Every item of food we tried to order didn’t have! Short story NO spuds NO bacon NO sausage NO egg NO coronation chicken You get the idea! Can you do cheese beans on toast? NO NO BREAD! What can you do?? Bacon cheese sandwich! How the hell does that happen?? Total disaster and I do not normally complain or right bad reviews but there were a group of 5 families and when the kids asked for ice cream well at one point the parents were expecting to be told yea I’ve cream but NO no cones!!! My first time here but my partner has called in a few times with work and even he said “ this is a shambles” so that tells me everything! I will NOT be coming back as nearly £14 for 1 sandwich, bellow par and 2 not nice coffees is a joke! First and last visit for me but wish you much luck!
