Disappointed. Had the halloumi flatbread. They said they had no halloumi and then found some - which was good and it tasted okay. However, the flatbread was stone cold and unappetising and covered in a bit of unattractive coleslaw which had no dressing on. No onions either. The salad bar was not well stocked - hardly any lettuce and mixed peppers which looked like they'd gone off - also there was no blue cheese dressing. The bread rolls were hard and may've been there several days, LOL Not Good really. It was only just okay because I had a 50% off code on the app, LOL

Got inside and nobody was there to greet us even though a waitress was looking us,I had to go over and her to which she replied are you booked? Quite hostile and rude.Shows us to our seats but didn’t ask if we wanted drinks,when she bought the food out which took 55 minutes she stood behind my son and just said ‘burger’ it was really bad service. Food wasn’t good.Chicken wings were overdone and hurt my teeth because they were so hard! Chips were covered in black bits which was obviously from dirty oil and the chicken fingers were completely tasteless.All dressings on salad bar had skin on if they weren’t empty.Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.There are cheaper and better alternatives with good service

Food serves on cold plates so the became cold very quickly. Limited condiments available. We were seated in a very cold and windowless alcove which was very dreary and we felt cut off from the restaurant.

My first time here and I will definitely go again. Small ish carpark but ample. Nice looking from the outside, nice welcoming entrance at the rear. Greeted by the bar as you come through the door, and someone to take your name and they show you where to sit. All the staff I saw were friendly and helpful. It was busy but ordered drinks were bought to the table quickly. I had a big mix grill ,upgraded to half a chicken and upgraded chips. The meat was cooked spot on as was everything. Best I've had in a long time. Recomend to anyone.

We had booked for the ‘other’ Harvester for the Breakfast with Santa, didn’t realise till we were in. It was sweet of the team to accommodate us in the last minute. The food was amazing and my guests really loved it. The staff were friendly and spread the Christmas cheer. The kids had a great time with Santa with witty jokes and gifts. It was impressive the Santa remembered their names on our way out. Truly memorable experience. Thank you Team Harvester.

Food was lukewarm, service was slow (albeit friendly) and self serve drinks machine was out of two flavours.

We stopped off at this lovely restaurant having visited Trentham Gardens and had a lovely meal choosing from the festive menu. I was only going to have 2 courses, but the waitress, whose name I think was Isabel or it could’ve been Isabella, was so courteous, polite and funny that I chose 3 courses instead. We can’t wait to visit again.

The only complaint is that the main meals come too quickly, before we have finished our salad bowl. Could they not be delayed by about another ten minutes to allow us to finish?

We had a lovely hearty Christmas meal served by warm friendly staff who even accommodated us in this particular branch as we unwittingly turned up at the wrong Trentham establishment. Their understanding of our error was very much appreciated. A great evening dining and a restaurant we would highly recommend.

The waitresses and staff were incredibly rude from the second we walked in the door and really ruined what was supposed to be a lovely birthday meal. So disappointed in the poor service and their horrible attitude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We go to Harvester quite regularly, so I know this is NOT the norm, but last night was awful. We waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. In the end I had to go and ask someone to come over! When our server arrived, the interaction can only be described as rude. She didn't speak, more grunted. There was no smile, no hello, just 'what do you want'. Some of our food was lukewarm when it got to us. Not once did our server come over to ask if everything was OK, if we would like another drink. At one point she even sat down with another group of diners to take their order! Unprofessional, rude and quite clearly in the wrong job. We appreciate that this time for year is busy and stressful for people in hospitality, but if you're at work, and you're public facing you shouldn't be presenting the way our 'server' was. Thankfully, it didn't spoil our evening, but nevertheless this type of service shouldn't be tolerated. I think we'll stick to our local Harvester in future and not bother coming to this one again.

Amazing night with our company Christmas night out, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly and warming thankyou all.

Terrible service, food took close to an hour an a half to arrive and various items missing from plates or badly cooked, we could see the chefs messing around, drinking cans of energy drinks and chatting up the waiting staff, salad bar was in a mess and not stocked, and we were far from the only ones to complain. I did feel sorry for the waitress that served us as she looked at her wits end trying to provide a good service but being let down by the chefs and other staff. Definitely will not be returning.

Warm welcome from a few staff members, Seated in a nice, quite area of restaurant. But the service was slow , a few tables came in around us that got there drinks and food order taken before us. I think the waitress was Kellie? She seemed to have an attitude, seemed fed up, was never around when you needed anything. We decided not to have a desert as we weren't offered the menu or asked if we were thinking of having one. It was a shame as the food was fantastic, couldn't fault it. Maybe we will visit again.
