We have gone to the pub everytime we're in London. Never been disappointed with the food or service. We have their fish and chips. So good and reasonable price.

My recent experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing due to the conduct of George, the manager. It is evident that he instills a culture of dismissiveness among employees, encouraging them to reject client requests outright without consideration. His demeanor is unprofessional, characterized by condescending and patronizing interactions with patrons, which is both disheartening and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. It is surprising that an organization would tolerate such behavior, let alone retain someone who exhibits such disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly urge management to reevaluate their leadership choices and consider appointing someone who genuinely values professionalism, customer care, and fostering a positive experience for patrons. Until meaningful changes are made, I cannot recommend this business to others.

Everything was great apart from Tegan (who was a complete pain in the posterior).

Great pub in the centre of shepherds bush perfect for the concert next door. Lovely staff and perfect location for people watching too!

Door security man was needlessly aggressive and rude this evening. If he acts like this when nobody has done anything wrong, where does he escalate to when there is an issue? We didn't stay. Update: when I wrote this review originally I also filled out the complaint form on their website. A couple of days later I got a reply saying 'How did we do?' - nobody had been in touch with me. I guess I'm not going to get an apology.

I booked my work Christmas party here for 100 people - it was so good that we are going to book again next year! The food, drinks, atmosphere was faultless. The staff were incredible, super organised and took great care of us. The festive party menu was great value. We look forward to returning!

Okay, but a little too noisy and dark. Beer at £8.40 seemed expensive in plastic glasses. We did not eat so cannot comment on food.

Positive.. Table service for drinks.. Negative. Two dinner orders (steak sandwich) were cold. We asked for replacement. The same sandwiches had been reheated (poorly). Very disappointing. Other food orders were ok. Also, when I arrived, we had to ask 3 members of staff where are reserved table was located. Nobody knew.. and, we were just told to ask 'someone' else

Door staff are amazing, made us feel safe in the location, bar staff are amazing too defo come back to the place

A super fun time at the Sindercombe Social last night with a group of friends. All the team have such a good vibe and are really friendly. We particularly liked one of the bar girls, Ali, who was so lovely and polite - not something you experience often with pub/bar staff! We will be coming back for round 2! 10/10 recommend.

Came in to watch the football, enjoyed the atmosphere, had a good time, and an expertly poured pint of Guinness by Ali. Thanks Ali!

All the lady's that work there are lovely but the manager guy called George is a bully horrible man bullying staff and in the end she quit don't want to say her name the staff will no who I'm taking about!

We went to this English pub on a Monday evening in November. Amelie was able to serve and advise us perfectly. The live match, the food, the live music made this place a very pleasant surprise. Super recommended!!!

Eddie was so amazing he has never guarded anything like this before and we are soooooo thrilled at how how he has protected this place. He is an absolute asset to the place. If Eddie wasn’t here, we might be dead. Honestly hes soooo great and Ollie was also great.

This place was warm and cozy on a Sunday night and the drinks were enjoyable - absolutely ruined by the awful, accusatory, and outright rude behavior by the bouncer / door staff / security guy. This place would have received a better rating if not for the security.
