Inside of the venue was good, outside needs some work. Toilets (mens) are awful with bins collecting the leaks. Staff were attentive

We had a great bottomless brunch. Molly was our server - attentive and friendly, with a flair for suggestion and top notch service.

The food was fair for the price. Found it incredible that a week before Christmas, they still closed their doors at 11pm.

Absolutely appalling experience with Slug and Lettuce. We booked our Christmas party with them weeks ago, only to have them cancel on us with less than 24 hours’ notice. This completely ruined our carefully planned event, leaving us scrambling to find an alternative at the last minute during one of the busiest times of the year. Their response to the situation was just as bad—completely unhelpful and lacking any real effort to accommodate us or even offer a reasonable solution. For a venue that markets itself as a reliable spot for group events, this was a massive letdown. If you’re considering booking here for any special occasion, think twice. They clearly don’t respect their customers’ time or plans. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and we won’t be booking with them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Booked a Christmas party 2 weeks in advance, we turned up to our table being given away and to be pushed on an extremely small table. After asking if we could have a bigger table, we were told there isn’t one, but then eventually moved us, with no waiter or waitress. Advising us to stand at the bar to order our drinks (20 minutes to actually order, another 20 to reach our table - on mains before we had a drink). We had no cutlery. Food was cold. We then had someone try to give us food that wasn’t our tables and when we told them it wasn’t ours, all we got was an eye roll telling us that it is our table. Extremely unprofessional.. will not be booking again and will not be recommending it in future. The only positive was the music. But it was completely washed out by the terrible service. If you’re going for drinks you may have a good night.

My sister booked a table for a pre Christmas get together. The service we recieved from Molly from start to finish was amazing. Molly was great, super helpful and so kind. We've really enjoyed our bottomless brunch. The only thing I would say is that the burger we ordered wasn't piping hot it was warm. We still finished it all and it was very tasty but we just wished it was a little hotter. A lovely evening out. And great food, service given from Molly.

Not fair to rate good as we didn’t eat, felt uncomfortable as staff didn’t greet us or make us feel welcome and were just chatting at the bar.

Everything was really good we had a slight delay with one meal but it didn’t cause an issue and Lisa was really good and kept the drinks flowing for us!!

Can't believe how quiet it is when they have a meal and a drink offer for £12 including a great large glass of tempranillo! £3 extra for a full steak meal Wonderful friendly service and dogs welcome before 8pm. Couldn't fault anything

Came in tonight for some food and a couple drinks. Drinks were great and was a nice atmosphere... also the majority of the food was good. However as we'd pre-paid for the food there wasn't a good opportunity to ask for an issue to be resolved as it was busy and couldn't be bothered to sort out a partial refund. Nobody even asked if our food was ok. Ordered cheesy Nachos, some sweet potato fries and a garlic bread to share. The Nachos and fries were great.... however the garlic bread was horrific. Not sure a seagull would have been able to digest it. It was like chewing though a slice of cardboard. It was stale and horrid. My teeth still hurt now from biting it. Happy to discuss this but tried to find a contact on the webpage but nothing.... so though I'd share my experience and hope someone wants to resolve my issue. Cheers

Refused to service us non-alcoholic mocktails.. As our douthers whated a mocktails . due to a change in their menu policy..... 👎... was told that it was on the app only about the change.... the place could do with a bord outside to advertise this... (false advertisement)... We when to 12 beach Rd instead where the staff there more than happy to serve our daughters mocktails..... The picture below is off the Slug and Lettuce menu this is what my daughter's wanted as you can see 0.0% not 0.5%.... As the manager as clearly stated

I visited with my daughter in law for a bottomless brunch. Our host Molly was so friendly and attentive. We never had an empty glass, our drinks were refilled straight away and the food was served quickly and was delicious. Amazing value for money. We will definitely return.
