The food and hot chocolate was really good and the manager and staff were very welcoming.

Terrible service when no orders were coming in the workers just went to the back instead of preparing food ready so we had to wait for food that's supposed to be called fast food . The chicken wraps had the bottom end of the lettuce the bit no one likes to eat and had to guess what burger was what as it wasn't labeled absolutely shocking wouldn't recommend.

Had breakfast at Tim Hortons Plymouth this morning. The food was spot on and the service was friendly and efficient.

Hmmm…food was ok. Doughnut was ok but definitely looked better than it tasted, it was pretty bland and not as special as I expected. Service was good.

What a dirty place with poorly cooked food and staff just shouting across to each other in a totally empty restaurant apart from us. Sorry but I went ther when you first opened and it was great but now looks awful.

I really like the food, my favourite is the apple and caramel lattice. The Christmas burger is nice

£5 bought me a real poor cup of tea and a dry as a bone bagle. I had to ask for cream cheese to make it edible. Not good value for money. Staff were however very friendly.

Excellent value and products. £1 offer for a breakfast when you buy a coffee, amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Awful. Staff cannot communicate in English. Food is better at a supermarket. My recommendation is to avoid this over priced , over hyped rubbish

I am warming to this place. Love the donuts 🍩, nice atmosphere, nice drinks and great toasties too. Worth a look if you are out that way.

Christmas 24 menu items are very good, personally some of the drinks are over sweet, they had issues with their ordering and tills whilst we were there but full credit to Kelvin who sorted everything for us and lots of other people too

They don't take cash, which is money. For no reason, they are a chain and can easily get a cash machine. Just pathetic. Oh and the fries are rubbish they look and taste like a bird pooed on them

My sister and I are regular customers here.The staff are so lovely and greet us with such warmth it makes all the difference.

Waffle fries tasted like they were done in air fryer and was slightly burnt, hash brown was floppy and not crispy, burger was genuinely horrendous tastes like frozen beef patty cooked in air fryer and had very gamey flavour like the meat was left out and oxidised. Caramel frappe was slimey. Overall really bad experience. Just go to kfc or McDonald’s next door

Absolutely Disgusted. I visited Tim Hortons just after 5am back in August this year. I had to park and go into the restaurant to place and collect my order. I was on my way to work. I ended up getting a parking charge/fine through the post. Despite challenging this twice and providing copies of their Opening/Closing times, receipt and bank card payment, I even requested them to view the CCTV footage from the restaurant. I still ended up paying the fine after seeking advice. UKPC are fraudulent, be aware, you cannot speak to anyone at the company. Tim Hortons you have lost more than one customer

Went today, was not impressed. Their coffee wasn't great, paid extra for a nicer blend not that I could tell. Ordered a flat white but wasn't very well made, seemed like it was straight from a machine. Was given to me in a takeaway cup even though I was dining in, not sure if this is standard here but can't be good for the environment if that's the case. Was clean though and the toilet facilities seemed okay. Was fairly noisy but could have been due to visiting on a Saturday. All my clothes stink of food after being there though which sucks.

We went at 9am on a sunday through the drive through and the service was disgraceful. Very rude and unwarranted me nor my parter were in any way rude. I understand the struggle with customers when working in the industry but this was fully uncalled for, came with an attitude from the get go. Didn’t even acknowledge us for a couple minutes when we parked up at the pay window, just stood by the window in a group talking. Gave us the wrong order. The food was dry, seemed like it had been left out. The coffee was utterly disgusting. My partner got a caramel iced latte and it was watery with a weird taste but my caramel macchiato was inedible it was incredibly bitter and burnt. Overall a really bad experience.

Popped in for some Burgers and Donuts today, my first experience and put the local McDonald's to shame. Burger was great, loved the donuts. Staff were brilliant.

Had no idea what a Tim Hortons was before I set foot in this place. Never heard of it. It's yet another fast food joint reading McDonald's its Last Rites. Actually tasty food. Expensive (aren't they all) but fast food should be pricey so you don't ruin your health in the long term by having it too often. Which you would here as the food tastes great!

As I’m working from home I keep an eye on the tracker, the driver spent a good 10-15 in Morrisons, so my food arrived cold.

Veggie bagel absolutely awful, and an americano with an added extra shot was still as weak as dishwater. Don't bother! Service was fine though. Polite and friendly, shame the food lets them down.

Didn't receive the Doughnuts ordered, Had to reheat the loaded fries. No contact number to contact the store for a quick resolution.. The dips ordered are pre poured on the fries, but are advertised as dips. Not being able to contact the store and say.. "hey are my doughnuts still there?" is awful customer service

Second visit, this time I sat in and had breakfast. Can honestly say that I wish that I hadn't. Hash brown was nigh on raw, and the sausage, egg and cheese muffin tasted weird, (but that could just be me)...... I had a strawberry lemonade, are they supposed to be flat ? There was no fizz in mine. McDonald's is far better.

So easy to order coffee, glad they do great coffee at anytime. My go to when I require caffeine boost.

Just had first delivery from here, never had Tim Hortons full stop but will again, the burgers, fries and cooler drinks were lovely. Will be using again for sure. Quick delivery too 👍🏼👍🏼

Arrived early but wrong order received, also poor quality and overcooked food.

Delivery was missing an item, no option to get that item delivered, only option a refund.

Food is decent but every single time they forget to put sauce in that I’ve either paid for separately or included as part of a meal, very annoying.

Only had a coffee. Tastes a bit better than Starbucks, is a bit cheaper than Costa but doesn't taste as good. Drive through staff member could do with working on their customer service, "please" and "thank you" make a big difference when you've been sat in a queue for a while. It hasn't encouraged me to go back and try the food. Sorry Tim I must place your establishment in the same category as Papa John's. 😬

Best fast food restaurant hands down. Definitely could be cleaner but the amazing food and drinks does make up for that. 9/10 - would recomend. Pricey but worth it!

Had a box of donuts brought home - definitely style over substance. Actual donuts dry & chewy with over the top decoration making them just 'too much' & impossible to eat.Morrisons cheap ones actually better.

The first order was really great, but since then it hasn't been. They didn't deliver a drink one time, and then today was the worst. The drink spilled into the bag and the 'variety' 12 pack of donuts had a total of 3 variations despite the picture and advertising implying there to be more. Very dissapointed because i know they can do better and the food is typically good.

Easy to order using the automated board. Service was slow even though it wasn't busy. My daughter enjoyed her burger. The chips were lukewarm and looked like they had been out for a while. The seating area was a mess with uncleared and dirty tables and bits of food on the floor. The toilets were disgusting and obviously didn't get cleaned or checked throughout the day. First time visiting and won't be returning.

Went here for breakfast. Wrap and coffee were good and at a reasonable price. Quite busy and long wait for service. Good mix of tables and seating as well as some outdoors, but not clean or cleared.

Always very nice polite staff. Very clean inside. And the food is very delicious thank you so much definitely would recommend

Went in here for the first time, restaurant layout better then McDonald's or KFC, the food tasted better, the service was OK, can't really comment on the atmosphere except to say it was a good visit, as for value for money, it is .ore expensive then McDonald's or KFC, but it tasted better and it was a much better eating experience then the other two. Huge car park. Nice staff.

All very nice, me and the whole family had room to sit together and have a lovely breakfast.

The food in this restaurant is OK however, I've visited several times and the cross cut wedges are always stone cold. I wouldn't say avoid this place but I wouldn't spend too much in here as it's not greatly different from McDonald's. The iced coffees are very nice if you're a fan of those better than most, maybe 4*+.

Love Tim Hortons! Food is always as good as you'd expect. Only downside is it can take a while to come out and service isn't as good as you'd hope.

Ordered a veggie muffin, they've put a veggie sausage patty AND a real one on top. Not even sure how you would manage that. Have had Tim Hortons plenty of times and it's consistently good, but this is a mistake that should never happen
