In the middle of eating my chicken burger, it’s absolutely gorgeous perfect size as well. I don’t like it when they send you a normal small chicken burger like other takeaways do this takeaway actually has a decent size chicken burger my husband ordered a cheeseburger with cheesy chips and Peri Peri salt. It came exactly how we wanted today. Very nice and hot he also tried the spicy cheeseburger as well it is also very nice but really hot so it has a hot warning on that one. I would totally recommend this restaurant again. They are always decent when we go if you can’t find other decent Takeaway is definitely go to this one or Mossley Pizza

I ordered food which took 1hr and 40mins to arrive it shown me driver was on his way 30 mins prior which the takeaway is only 7 mins away then when the food comes it’s cold the cheese wasn’t even melted on my three cheese pizza chicken warm not impressed

Not tried this Place for years after hearing about how bad it went but I give it another try tonight I tried a firecracker burger and a milkshake the food was nice the staff were nice and friendly the place looks good inside and out I'll be coming back to try something else next time I recommend this place 👍

Used to love this place but last time I ordered I waited 1hour 40minutes for food to come which I wasn't bothered about because I understand when people are busy. Food came and everything was freezing cold and inedible. I had to then journey down to the shop for a refund as they weren't answering the phones. Turned up to 2 staff member stood talking listening to the phone ring out. Then had to wait for the delivery guy to return as he was the only one allowed to use the till. Never again will I order here and it's such a shame because it used to be amazing.

Had a bad run in with this place before under the old management, this new management is amazing, food quality has drastically improved and service is much better, the food tasted fresh and it was well cooked, tired the chilli cheese bites again and when I ordered last time they were the worst part about my meal but this time they have greatly improved. I’m glad they got new management and got their act together, it really shows.

Tried to have a unbiased view of the food after the treatment of the staff which you can read later, but the food is worse. Got the bad boy donner box and I have to agree with the other reviews, the donner was so dry and bland as were the chips. The whole thing was poor with no flavour. The staff were very rude. Hung up the phone on me because they can't speak English. When I went to pick the food up and asked why he hung up he got very aggressive and started shouting. He never gave my drink with my order as well. Hygiene is also very appalling, they don't use gloves when making the food. Watched him put salad on my food without washing his hands and touching the phone and other stuff etc. Would not recommend this place at all.

Got wrong order, ordered grilled Peri Peri wrap but got regular spicy one but either way the food was great & delivery turned up early + added a cheese slice on the wrap so can't complain too much. Their chicken gravy is amazing too 🙌 Also didn't get the spring roll but gave me 2 samosas to make up for it which were very nice. Overall, really nice place

Ordered seekh kebab and a pizza tonight at 3am. Food turned up an hour late and that was the best part of our experience. The seekh kebab was some form of processed rubbish that was like rubber when I bit into it. I ate 2 bites and closed the box. Lay down to TRY to sleep (was really angry for wasting money) and, within 5 minutes, I was flying to the toilet and throwing up. My partner was eating his pizza until he found jalapeños on it that were waxy and uncooked so he left that too. I wouldn't bother wasting your money guys. Nip to the garage and get yourself a pot noodle. Even if you don't like them it'll still taste better than their "food".

Third order I’ve ordered and again was wrong order. I ordered a meat feast it came with mushrooms and onion which they only mention about onions I told them no onions, they was rude and refused to change the pizza saying it’s my fault I should check the recipe online before ordering which I get but I asked on the phone what is on their meat feast pizza which they did not tell me all the ingredients only a few. Rude and horrible on the phone when trying replace the pizza and would not do that.

The pizza was cold and burnt and I didn't get what I paid for at all was told they would be half hour but took over and hour and 20 minutes a joke I asked for extra cheese with jalapenos didn't even get one

Went for a kebab & chips last night. The kebab was so dry it was untrue. Must have been cut off the night before and microwaved - that’s how bad it was. Will defo not be going again.

Actually disgusting the food ordered a pizza & burger got here quite fast but the pizza taste like a £1 one from supermarket & the chicken burger I asked for without sauce just salad came drenched in white & hot sauce the bun was soggy 7/10 soggy i couldn’t stomach it left a funny taste in my mouth… i would give a minus star honesty done with takeaways now would rather not eat

I dont ever write reviews, nor do i care too if the food is bad, i know sometimes things can be a one off, so i rarely give harsh comments on local takeaways, however, coming from someone who would eat anything you put infront of them, that is by far the worst food i have ever ate, everything was cold, nothing was cooked properly, delivery men seemed nice however its their job, my worst experience eating food ever in my life and i once had food poisoning for 2 weeks from harlequins in middleton. Never ever under any circumstances order from tinsel town fried chicken chadderton, the overwhelming amount of bad reviews should be a indication as to why to not bother.

Food was stone cold like Steve Austin. Within two bites of the burger I could feel my digestive system exploding. Chips were served as an ethnic minority that tasted like rubber. Would rather eat rat food

I ordered a chicken donner and chips from here tonight, the kebab felt like feet that had been in the bath too long and tasted more like donner than chicken. Chips were soggy and not good. Wouldn’t come back!

Couldn't take a simple salad off a piece of rice be you couldn't be bothered. The way we were spoken to was completely out of order. We called up five minutes after placing order. We work in hospitality and know how to be dealt with. It wasn't a difficult request but lying to your customer is bang out of order.

i wouldn’t order from here i ordered a hour ago and still haven't received it. i called them and they said it’s leaving 5-6 mins and half an hour later still waiting for it

Food never arrived. Me and my partner ordered food after a night out as we was hungry however the food never arrived. This is a joke, robbing people of their money and not delivering the order. I usually enjoy my orders from this place but they have truly took the mick this time. What a joke.

Ordered a takeaway at 2.50am, received a text that it was on its way at 4am...rang the takeaway multiple times as no one answered assumed it was closed and wasn't going to get delivered that night so went to bed with a view to complain the next day. Received a phonecall from delivery driver at 6.30 am to say they were outside. Seriously?! Avoid this takeout like the plague, dodgy as anything

I think need change its name to no show We ordered food and it's been over the hour wait my Mrs tried claim money back and they said cancel that or won't bring food So I had get on as they think it's OK talk down to women so they said OK it be coming and waited Joke of a place needs closing down a robbing company food finally came 2 and half hours later freezing cold

Don't order! Took 90 minutes to arrive after saying it would be 30. Ordered through Iver eats, they couldn't find the order, then said the driver had set off, when I rang them over an hour later, they said the driver would be 3 minutes, 15 minutes later I rang back to be told I am not their customer, they were busy and not to contact them. They kept shouting down the phone and proceeded to tell me the driver had 3 deliveries and had left the shop 30 minutes earlier. When the driver arrived, I asked when he left, he said 15 minutes ago and he had 1 drop off before me! Shocking shocking service

Not used Tinseltown for a while and seem some pretty rough reviews but whenever we used in the past we loved. My son’s birthday today and he wanted chicken strips and my other wanted a burger. Put big order through with Uber eats which came to £46 even after 25% off. Came a little late and was hard to contact but when it came food was hot and tasty and they gave us a free cake. Driver was absolutely lovely too. Ignore the haters

Brothers, are you guys not embarrassed, constantly doing this to people. Over 1 and a half hours waiting on the food and nothing, you don’t even have the courtesy to answer the phone when I’m ringing, when I finally get through you start blaming us like it is our fault that we’re asking how long. Please sort your selves out if you are dealing with food. May Allah guide you brothers. Please go into a different trade.

Absolutely disgraceful...no food delivered...didn't answer the phone...yet taken my money....unbelievable.....over 1hr delivery time even in early morning....didn't arrive...yet saying delivered...eerrm to where...not me...fuming....needs shutting down.... Absolutely shocking first time and definitely the last. The staff are extremely rude and the food is very very poor quality. My order was wrong and cold and it took me 15 minutes to place my order considering there was only one other customer in the shop. The shop itself is dirty and not looked after hairs hanging from the ceiling and covering the forks. The other customer moaning aswell cause she has been waiting half an hour for her single meal. Overall just a massive mess and would not recommend eating from this place to anyone. Absolutely Anyone !!

Ordered food from here on Uber eats and after waiting over an hour I phoned they said they was waiting for someone to deliver it, then after a further one hour of waiting I phoned them and they said they will cancel the order, 2 hours waiting order cancelled and no food delivered. Joke.

Ordered food from here, forget arriving late, the food didn’t even arrive at all!! Tried calling the shop but no answer. It’s only £13 but if they wanted to keep peoples money they should’ve just asked I’d have given it as charity.

Vile creatures! Ordered at 1:00am And turned up at 3:25am. When the food finally arrived it was not even half the amount we expected and tasted like it had been sat there for days! Me and my partner ordered our food at 1am which we understand as late, but the restaurant said it was open until 4 so would not be an issue. We waited until 2:15 and still did not receive our order worth £30. There has been no communication through Just Eat and I have tried to phone the restaurant to find an update and it has been either called out or completely shut off. This restaurant is not worth the effort. Do not try.

Would give no stars if I could ordered a curry for near enough 12 quid, it came without rice even though there was no option to add rice and the amount of oil in it was disgusting. Enough to kill a small child. Misleading menu and the curry made me ill disgusting.

Disgraceful delivery time and not contactable over the phone either via the mobile number they advertise on uber eats which goes straight to voicemail, or the number on google that they advertise (busy or just rings through). Ordered at around midnight (or maybe just before) last night and had an estimate of 00.35 at the latest for delivery. Waited and waited for the delivery but there was nothing, tried calling both numbers and couldn't get through on either. Ended up falling asleep and the delivery arrived at 2.30am, thankfully someone else was awake to take in the order. Piss poor service. Food was ok but won't be delivering whilst these clowns can't provide proper order updates.

Cashier "forgets" to give change and charges higher then displayed prices, wish the food was up to the quality of what we were charged but not the case in the slightest. Would sooner starve then give them my money again.

1 star is generous, if i could put lower I would. I ordered a chicken wrap meal and chicken strips and recieved a burger and cheesey chips. Not even close to my order!! Only thing they managed to get right was the drink. When I rang up as well to rectify the issue I got terrible service! Was told to just 'make do with what we got' cause they were very busy. I understand when a restaurant is busy but as what I received was cheaper than was I ordered I am not happy. Very poor experience. Hope they manage to fix the issues in the future.

Used to look forward to our order from here .. Not any more. Sorry but its definitely a NO from us from now on. The chips are thrown in the bag so the salts all over the burger box, ou end up covered in it. The last few orders they advertise certain items that aren't even included, e.g gurkins, tomatoes, onions.... Bit annoying.. why advertise them if you aren't actually going to put put them on. The Burgers are literally thrown together & drown in sauce so they are falling apart, soggy bread and extremely messy, the chips aren't fresh I'm pretty sure my coleslaw was off, tasted like it's been sat in the back of the fridge and forgotten about for a week .... delivery driver not very friendly, waited over 2 hours for a delivery driver l, rang the shop, no apologies no nothing. Definitely time to find somewhere new .

I ordered food last night. It said it would arrive around 5am… it got to 5.10 and said it was already delivered. Now obviously it wasn’t so I tried ringing. There were no answer… so I thought I’d go to bed and get a refund as my food isn’t coming. I had a miss call at 6.49 from Just Eat and I don’t know what’s that about but now i can’t get a refund because apparently my food came. This has happened to lots of customers and they are just scamming to get money… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered the chili cheese bites and a hot wings meal. The chili cheese bites were still frozen when I got them. I took them back and had to argue my point for a full 5 minutes to get a refund, after initially being told all they could do was "heat them up again". I wanted a refund for the full meal but this was refused. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. There was also no chips or drink with my hot wings meal, just the wings. Very disappointed. Not for the first time have they not gave me what I asked for, and friends have said the same. I think they just give out whatever they have in stock. Very disappointed I will not be returning
