Titash is our go-to for a curry at home. Easy to order online, food is always hot upon delivery, always delicious. Their red sauce is fantastic. Delivery drivers are always pleasant and polite. Highly recommend Titash.

A fantastic restaurant. We've been customers for over a decade and this restaurant is always on top of its game. Very friendly atmosphere, helpful staff, delicious food and always going above and beyond to ensure everyone is satisfied. Friendly staff and tasty food such as chips 🍟

I dont normally leave reviews but after we went here late last night for a curry with a group of friends i felt like they deserved one, service was great from the moment we walked in, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Our server was great we had alot to talk about with him and he definitely made our night alot more fun with the joking around. We usually order but will deffinatly be making the effort to go and eat inside in the future. Get that spicey lamb starter on the menu please. 😊

Food good, beer a bit expensive. Responded to 5 years after original review, I don't know the current prices you charge for drinks but in 2024 everything is overpriced so I would not be concerned. Hope you're food is still good! 😀

La mejor comida para llevar por aquí! Hemos tenido una serie de comida india para llevar siendo local y también hemos comido aquí. El Titash es fabuloso. Tuvimos amigos y toda nuestra comida todavía estaba caliente en la entrega. Nuestros amigos quedaron impresionados con sus currys también como me encanta un curry Brummie. Nuestras recomendaciones patia de pollo, pollo Balti, trío Balti & pollo tikka biryani plus naans. Entrega a tiempo. He probado patetismos en tantos lugares y nunca del todo bien, pero sin duda los mejores por lejos. ¡Acude nuestro habitual!

Fuimos a este restaurante en base a las críticas y el hecho de que había ganado los premios de curry inglés 2023. Vaya qué decepcionante fue nuestra visita. Para empezar, nuestro camarero era poco servicial y antipático. Los abridores estaban bien, sin embargo, los principales fueron realmente decepcionantes. Aparte de que el curry era inusualmente dulce, no había sabor ni sabor real para ellos. Se lo dijimos a nuestro camarero, y él se llevó el curry y los trajo unos minutos después diciéndonos que habían añadido unos chiles para que estuviera más picante. Sin embargo, aparte de ser frío caliente el curry todavía era insípido y se perdió por completo nuestro punto. Tampoco ayudó que tuviéramos un grupo de personas sentadas en la mesa cerca de nosotros, que juraron y gritaron durante toda nuestra comida y nadie dijo nada Defo no va a volver ni recomendar este lugar. Debería avergonzarse de llamarse a sí mismos una casa de curry.

A good experience here. A star marked off for stale poppadoms, but the curries were fine. The atmosphere was a little less enjoyable because of a lack of customers and appropriate background music.

We chose titash for our 15th anniversary meal because this was where we had our first date after moving to the area 13 years ago, and it was a cracking meal, and great service, we highly recommend titash and the owners, many thanks

Had a takeaway delivered and it came exactly when it said it did and was packaged really well however that's where the good points end. The food had absolutely 0 flavour. I ordered here because of how good the reviews are but I honestly feel like I ate from a different restaurant I'm hoping it was just a bad order but I don't think I could spend money here again really disappointed

O.m.g for the food I had last night I had the most amazing keema naga cheese and garlic nann last night and it was a flavour sensation. This needs to go on the menu for others to enjoy 😉 along with this garlic chilli chicken extra garlic vindaloo hot 🔥 and it was banging. Absolutely spot on perfection. Thankyou jameel and cheif for my beautiful food. Luckily I've got exactly the same tonight as I ordered 2 nann breads.

Warm welcome & seated straight away. Chose dishes from the speciality menu Everything excellent and a decent sized portion. Finished with a complimentary Baileys and after eight mint, nice touch. Will definitely come again

Just had a delivery from here. Absolutely delicious. Ordered direct from own Website was really easy no fuss. Ordered it for 8pm arrived just after 8:10 no problem. Food arrived hot, kept warm while we had starters, poppadoms etc. Enough dip and salad with the starters to go round. Flavoursome, just the right amount of chilli heat was just as if we were in the restaurant. Would recommend. Would order again.

It was really nice food the service was verry slow. It took nearly 30 mins to get drinks.

Me and my partner went to the titash lastnight in sheldon, We was greeted straight away by the lovely gentleman and shown straight to our table with a smile, we had popadom and the chutney tray, firstly the popadoms was lovely and fresh and tasty and the chutney tray had mint sauce and a red sauce also chopped onions and more onions with a twist with chilli flakes, was amazing. We then had our starters, we both had the lamb chops starters. First thing I would say is the aroma hit us both straight away as it was brought to our table, The lamb chops was succulent juicy and tender, they was very meaty and fresh and blended well with the salad what it arrived with, For our main course we had lamb and mushroom Pathia with a garlic and cheese naan and the railway lamb signature dish with a roti, The naan bread was very tasty and had a nice cheese pull with a nice garlic taste, The roti was thin and crispy just how I like my rotis, The lamb and mushroom pathia was juicy with a lovely colour to the dish and there was plenty of lamb in it which was juicy and flavoursome and tender, 10/10 also the railway lamb had a lovely slight kick and was so juicy with loads of tender lamb and it also had potato aswell 10/10 every item we had was packed with full of flavour and the aroma was in the air and it all tasted so good. I would like to thank the staff who was very polite and helpful, I would like to give a special mention to the young male waiter who told us about the history of titash and showed us old pictures of the restaurant when he’s dad opened the doors for the first time 40 years ago when he was 18, The decor is outstanding with hand crafted glass panels and the seating is amazing with booths and normal seating for bigger party’s, we will definitely be going back very soon, I would rate the Titash from my overall experience 10/10 keep up the good work guys you deserve having Mondays off.

First time visiting this restaurant and will definitely be back. I had veg korma and he had the lamb curry, both with Naans and a side of rice. The food was delicious. Came in good time, nicely presented and a good portion. The service was welcoming, polite and efficient.

Had a date night at Titash and can say we weren't disappointed with our meal and the atmosphere experienced. Great place, great food and great service. I ordered the railway Lamb and pilau, very tasty 😋

An amazing meal at Titash, we booked a large group table for 12 and the team were so welcoming. Service was brilliant and the food was outstanding. If the restaurant was in central Birmingham they’d sell out every night. Can’t recommend the Railway Lamb enough but all dishes were fresh and full of individual spice flavours.

Ate here earlier this evening, and the food was spot on!!!!👌🫶 I first ate here about 1997 ish & the food was great then too! I recall the decor etc was more traditional back then. I visited many many times over the following years, even after moving further into Solihull. Only years later after lifestyle changes (from having children etc) did I visit less frequently . . . then somehow got out of the habit of coming back altogether . . . (My Loss!) I’m so pleased we stopped by this evening on impulse!! Can’t wait to tell my friends and family how great The Titash still is today in 2024!!! The freshness and the flavours are still cracking!! (Maybe even better!). The prices are extremely reasonable (complete bargain compared with town centre prices!). We parked right outside (driving as we are not such big drinkers these days). The team were welcoming and friendly, professional and efficient and the restaurant is modern and clean. The only improvement I would suggest is maybe to try stocking some alcohol free beer for anyone driving (it has greatly improved over recent years and is quite popular and enjoyed by drivers). What a gem Titash turned out to be. Four of us stumbled in minutes before closing midweek, feeling hungry after a concert at the NEC. Expecting to be turned away, we were encouraged to take a seat. What followed was a masterclass in customer service and flavoursome food. The dips with the poppadoms impressed us and set the bar high. The Jalfrezi, Naga and Dopiaza were devoured amongst us. The Chicken Jalfrezi is probably the best curry I've ever had- no exaggeration. The only downside is they are too far away to be my local!

Looking for somewhere for some late night food for four after a concert we found the Titash at midnight. They had an open sign but when we went in were obviously shutting up for the night. The guys there were great, they said they would serve us and, when another group (concert-goers) turned up, they were welcomed as well. The Currys and sides were really good.....nothing rushed because of the late time. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. We were all impressed by the quality of the food and excellent service. Would really recommend. It's just across the road from the Shelby Travel Lodge

Always loved Titash and it’s been a few years since I’ve been in the area so it was great to come back and I certainly wasn’t disappointed, my colleagues and I had an outstanding meal, super quality, great taste, fabulous service and perhaps the best Indian food I’ve had in years. My king prawn tikka masala was so flavoursome, the keema naan outstanding and everyone loved their dishes. Also the waiters who I recall from years ago were brilliant too. THANK YOU and keep up the great work.

I had chicken balti it was the best curry I have had for a long time.

A little cool, but there were only two couples in there, they did have heaters doted around, but everything else was lovely. Good price, lovely food, nice and clean, pleasant waiters.

We decided to have a date night in our old area, we moved 25 miles away 3 years ago. Titash here we come. It was amazing, the food, the people, the service. We were even educated on how to grow a naga chilli plant aswell as being given a naga chilli to grow. We had an amazing meal chicken tikka naga and a meat naga were our main course and well worth the journey back to our roots. Definitely be back. Thanks Titash.

Six of us had some superb food on a quiet late, Thursday evening. I can highly recommend the “Titash Trio” items on the menu, which pack great taste and some heat. Probably the best curry I’ve had in the last 12 months, ant a decent price. All of said we would be back again soon.

I have been twice to Titash and enjoyed it both times, This time i tried the Lamb Railway curry which was very tasty

Brilliant range & good value deal

Amazing meal here on the weekend…food was fresh and beyond tasty!! Best Indian I’ve ever had and the staff were so lovely to us all…really gave us a great evening! They told us they have been there for 40 years and I hope after covid - like many other restaurants - they get back to normal business as they definitely deserve it with the effort they put in here. If you’re local to here go in and eat instead of ordering your typical takeaway - help this lovely local business and their staff!

💯💯💯 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE! The Titash is one restaurant that I've been coming to since my childhood and even though it's had many changes the food has always stayed the same! Still TASTY 😋, FULL OF FLAVOUR 👌🏾 AND THE SERVICE IS STILL THE BEST I'VE RECEIVED 🤝🏽. PRO TIP: if you've never ordered starters then I would recommend ordering poppadums and make sure you get the red sauce as this is a very special sauce that you can't get at any other restaurants! Others may seem to have the equivalent red sauce but the one a t the Titash is THE BEST 🥵. I've not got a single bad word to say about this place, just come and try it for yourself. Yes everyone's tastes buds are different but you'll never know until you try it yourself! Side note: I did not tell the staff I will be leaving my review, and this review is my honest thoughts on this shop! 💯. Hey I've been using this amazing curry house since I was a child now, 20 years later and still the same magnificent food. A traditional balti that beats all other curry houses for me and my hubby to be. I would highly recommend the titash either eat in or takeout, the staff are extremely helpful , friendly and attentative to all your requirements. Just want to say a big thankyou to all the staff especially jameel who goes above and beyond. Thankyou titash!!

Their Balti is delicious and their set menu offers great value! Whilst not uninviting, the place could have better atmosphere and energy, which I think would really help with footfall.

I used to come here 15+ years ago, I now live more than 20 miles away , I drove past visiting some family over Xmas and got a take away . Its was amazing same as I can remember it , I love a curry we have one everywhere we go but this is my favourite and in my opinion best in the UK .

Unfortunately my experience of this restaurant tonight wasn't great,. Food wasn't up to standard, very salty and greasy. I tried to tell a member of staff, but seemed to busy with answering his mobile. Before paying for I again attempted to share my concerns from my experience. This member of staff didn't want to listen and took my money without a thank you. I wouldn't recommend to anyone as food wasn't pleasant and staff wasn't very polite.

The food here tastes great! We regularly go to this restaurant and it never fails to please. The staff and owner are brilliant. No matter what other restaurants we try - we always end up back here. We can’t seem to get the same taste anywhere else. No matter what dish you try, it’s has its own unique flavour. Furthermore, they have this fantastic meal deal - its so worth it! I’ve never seen any other restaurant be as generous at this restaurant. I’ve even taken family and friends there - and they’ve all loved the food and pleased with their bill amount. 10/10 for this place.

Absolutamente aplauda en la parrillada mixta tikka, esta comida es 9. 95 la calidad es mala y la porción es del tamaño de un niño. Ahora que he comido parrilladas mixtas de algunos lugares, este fue de lejos el peor, brochetas donde estaba frío, el pollo tikka estaba frío y duro, llamé al restaurante para que me dijeran "sí, vendemos porciones más pequeñas de lo normal" Recibí 2 piezas de pollo tikka, 1 pieza de cordero tikka, 1 cuarto de pollo tikka y dos shish kebabs (en lugar de un langostino, pedí kebab extra) y la forma en que se sirven las papas fritas en una caja de pollo de comida rápida debería alarmar a cualquiera. . En general, no volveré a pedir desde aquí y recomiendo encarecidamente "Royal Spice" en Chelmsleywood para una parrillada mixta.

This place is the worst place in Birmingham never got there to eat just wasting your money there is better places are down the road so go there the chicken was rotten after eating his curry I had a mad headache if you want a headache don’t go there the man had a bald patch one hair dropped off his head

Just had a delivery from this restaurant and the curry's were the best I've ever had, outstanding!! the nan bread and the rice were also really good and would highly recommend and will most definitely be ordering again!

Placed an order with this restaurant on Uber eats and they accepted the order. I bever thought anything of it and then checked my phone an hour later to see when it was arriving and they cancelled my order. No phone call no notification. I phoned them and they said they were too busy to complete my order but didn't bother telling me that till I called them.
