Best pizza we've had in a while very tasty and fresh

Pizza was tiny for a large pizza and they threw the pepperoni on top of the pizza instead of under the cheese. Seems to be so that they save money on adding cheese on top of the pepperoni

Ordered a pizza and waiting for 25min and then they gave it out to someone else. Then tried to give another old pizza that was there but I demanded a new one. Waiting another 25min!!. Absolutely disgusting and the pizza was poor!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this pizza place. The pizza itself was below average—bland, with an odd aftertaste, and far from the quality I expected. To make matters worse, the attitude of the pizza maker, a Punjabi girl, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Rather than addressing customer concerns with courtesy, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in feedback. Her demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Two thumbs down👎

Fresh and tasty you can’t go wrong , you wont find it everywhere , the staff are polite , really professionals , this is how you should be , thank you so much I enjoyed this pizza today.

Bad Attitude of staff, Slow service

Just ordered over the phone. I haven’t picked it up yet, I don’t know what I will get but the customer service on the phone is awful. Basic phone training is needed. The lady rushed me over the phone, as if I was wasting her time, her tone was rude. Really unprofessional/off putting and not the first time. As customer it makes you feel like going elsewhere where your custom is appreciated, next time.

Been customer from long time. But I ordered pizza for collection on 28/11/2024 at 10 pm. The girl who took order wasn’t welcoming at all. She was acting as if my order was burden. The lady who was preparing the pizza had a good attitude. The management should look after the lady who was at till, and train her to be welcoming atleast.

I made an online order and the driver called angry and shouting at me, calling out profanities because he was not able to find my place, which I had tried to explain to him how to find me. I told them I do not want that person to come to my house as I don’t feel safe and they proceeded to do so. When they came here they kept ringing the door and harassing me. And of course when I tried for a refund they said “there is nothing we can do” absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I get a large pizza With hair topping on it.Its specially great moment when you eat pizza with hairs on it. I have a proof of it. It’s shameful for top pizza of their service.

Absolutely the worst pizza shop. The pizza, on a Sunday, took 1.5 hours to get delivered. On their website, it states that it’ll take 45 mins. Every time I’d call them, they instantly tell me to hold on and just place the call on hold. Really unprofessional.

They make a pizza like a Samosa

Rude people “ told me to cook for myself” because they gave us the wrong order ! Both the women and man were rude on the phone on top of the fact they gave a vegetarian a pepperoni pizza. Rude service. Told them to deliver the right pizza as they were hungry and they did not. Instead kept putting us on hold. Rude people. And wouldn’t give us their name. Would advice the owner to care about the business more.

Avoid if you are Muslim. The whole menue is not Halal, Although the owner is Muslim but they are selling pork for Muslim by telling lie, workers are not well trained as they are touching pork with same gloves and making Halal chicken pizza for Muslim customer, and the same gloves for people who are vegetarian. How can the owner sleep at this holly month by knowing that they are selling pork to a Muslim customer. Pizza pans are mixed when I ask the manager how do you keep the Halal and non Halal on separate she admitted herself that they are all mixed and they never washed or cleaned. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Delicious pizza with even cooked crust. I highly recommend to all to come and enjoy different flavours of pizzas 🍕 and staff is very welcoming and polite especially a girl with tattoo ,her name is sanjana. At the end, I really enjoyed food .

Slow about 50% of the times I've used them. I last ordered for collection so I could see what takes them so long. They told me to come in 20 minutes. When I arrived my pizza was only just going into the pizza. Based on the number of order slips they had hanging up they didn't seem that busy. Not sure what the delay is due to.

Poor hygiene: We usually like the pizza at Tops Pizza, Uxbridge road and often order for collection. However, my recent experience at the shop was disappointing. I ordered the pizza in person and watched how it was prepared by a staff member wearing pair of blue gloves. While preparing the pizza, the staff took a phone call without changing gloves, then wrote down the order and continued preparing the pizza with the same gloves. She placed our pizza in the oven and proceeded to prepare more pizza orders, still wearing the same gloves. Shockingly, she even cleaned the worktop with detergent, still wearing the same gloves, and then continued making another pizza. In total, she made four pizzas, took a phone call, and cleaned the worktop all with the same pair of gloves 🤮. The shop itself looks clean and tidy, but the way the pizzas are made reflects terrible hygiene standards. The staff clearly need proper training. I hope the Food Standards Agency (FSA) will visit this place soon and regularly in the future incognito. It’s clear that this place is saving on gloves and affecting the food hygiene. I will stop using this place in the future.

Been a customers for years and usually have no issues but today’s experience was terrible. Ordered on the phone and the woman sounded like a dead zombie. Went to go collect and came home to find out that I was given the wrong order so I went back to exchange. Open the food and the state of it pissed me off. The pepperonis looked like that had been placed on the pizza after it was cooks and the state of the second pizza was also terrible. Their staff need to wake up a little because it clearly shows they don’t want to be there. Extremely disappointing

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection and specifically told them my order and had it repeated back to me on loud speaker with all my family around who heard the conversation, only to have the wrong toppings and then was told I didn’t ask for those toppings. Also asked for it to be halal pepperoni and I really doubt that it was.

Wrong timing online it says 2am close but i just called them to order pizza and they says we are close and its 1:20 not even 1:30. They need 1 hour to clean 😏😏 there boss should know whats going on in the shop

I have ordered a pizza and they said 45 min when I was literally 2 min driving from the shop and the driver that couldn’t speak at all English told me that he is in front of the house but he was in the wrong adress and he was keeping shouting at me and stayed in the rain for 10 min at 00:47 am .

I order many tym from Here_ but this tym I received a cold pizza __ and when i order a pizza i ask them don’t ring the door bell just cll but driver didn’t call. When i call to hots pizza ask them for cold pizza and for driver mistake , the caller not listen me and speak continuously. Then i took my one year old daughter to visit the hot pizza store. The staff behaviour was very rude only the boy talk very politely and understand my situation but the girl who wear dupatta is very rude and arrogant. Never ever order again.

We bought the pizza but the food wasn’t good at all. It was too tangy and can’t see any topping and when we complain they are like we can’t do anything and not talking to us properly not good behaviour to deal with customer

I was told the pizza that I ordered would be 15-20mins. Still waiting after this timeframe. Unhelpful staff. 1 doesn't have a clue what to do without instruction and the others can't handle the few orders that came in. If you aren't in a hurry, then order, but if not I'd go somewhere that can handle more than a few orders at a time.

I've ordered on uber eats, wasted 22£. Mexican hot is basically onion pizza, thin crust is some dry base with no sauce, completely disappointed! Now, in terms of size medium is actually small! You know the frozen pizza from the supermarket? Well, that has far more better taste! No juice in it nothing, such a disappointment! It tasted and looked like left over pizza from yesterday! What a disappointment! Now, moving on to the hot wings, coated in some hard batter, break your teeth in it, they were indeed spicy. I have called Uxbridge branch to complain and tell them how unhappy I was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, PRETENDING THEY DON'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! Do not order from this place!

Bit of a hit and miss. I order regularly from here. Sometimes their Medium pizzas are normal sized, sometimes the Medium pizza is criminally tiny. Last time they sent 9 inch pizzas (on ordering medium) and replaced it on complaining. Today they did the same even though I specifically asked to make sure the size is right. Didn't bother complaining as the kids already started eating.

My go-to Pizza Takeaway Place since living near Long Lane for 6 years now! Exceptional quality, always excellent customer service, delicious pizzas & when they say ‘ready in 15mins’… it is promptly ready in 10-15mins!

Ordered my medium size pizza was told waiting time would be 15 minutes. My pizza was ready on time. The staff were polite and very helpful. The price for the pizza was competitive which surprised me. Pizza was very tasty, would not hesitate to recommend this branch. this is now my go to place when I fancy a pizza.

Ordered at the 5.58pm online said it will delivered by 6.41pm but arrived at 7.10pm well over an hour. Says on site maximum 45 minutes for delivery obviously not the case... when my order arrived was luke warm and rubbery where it had been sitting around awaiting to be delivered, not a great service at all and a total waste of money. Wouldn't recommend 😡

AVOID!!! Ordered a pizza at 2210 on just eat with a delivery guide of 30 mins. Was given a delivery time of 2305-2325. Rang up at 2325 to be told it’s on its way be ten minutes as we had no driver. Rang again at 2349 to be told it’s still minutes away. Told them to cancel the delivery and refund me as we waited almost 1.45 for a pizza and my brother had to be at Heathrow at 6am!!! No refund given and the guy on the phone talked over me and was really rude

Absolutely disgraceful branch of Tops. The staff are so rude it’s flabbergasting. Sunday night at 8:25 and it takes 2 hours. Parts of the order missing and when it did arrive it was stone cold. The last experience at this place was horrendous but we thought after 2 years we would give it a go. Won’t ever be using them again. Highly recommend Dough Boys in New Denham instead. We ended up using them and they are a thousand times better. Friendly, reliable and very tasty!

Today it's 2nd May bank holiday... trying call from 20:23 until 21:43 .... 1 hour and 40 minutes and nobody answered phone ... soooo baddddd.

No respect for its customers. Placed order and waited 2 hours for it, they do not answer the phone. Had to visit the restaurant to collect my order which they still did not have ready even after the 2 hour wait. The staff are disrespectful and clueless about what they are doing. Will never order from them again. The staff needs to be fired asap and need to live of government benefits as they do not have basic life skills to do any job. Complete donkeys.

I withdraw my earlier favorable 5-star review. Finished a long shift walked for 40 minutes looking forward to a pizza the whole time only to find that they were closed 20 minutes earlier than advertised. Lights and signage fully on, door open. For this betrayal I will never return. It's just one person, who cares.

Missing item on an order. Told that they didn't have a driver so would send it another time. Tried to phone up and get them to send the missing item. Turns out we were lied to on one of the occasions. They were incredibly rude and we over heard them saying they didn't have a driver so they fobbed us off.Really not acceptable. If they had told us the truth we could have understood. But lying is not acceptable.

Worst pizza I ever tried in this area . Very very bad . I ordered seafood and meat fest . In seafood not enough toppings just only tuna where mention prawn and other sea staffs . In meat feast pizza was burnt so not got the real test . I ordered supersize but it is just 15inch . 15 inch usually count as big size . It was waste of money . Needless to say very disappointing.
