I hav been eating here for many years and the portions are getting smaller and smaller everytime for the price.. I may have to eat somewhere else with value for money

I like the food they prepare, but once when I didn't receive my delivery I called them about this and the person who picked up the phone started arguing with me that they delivered food to the right place. There was no apology either or anything like this after they finally agreed to send me my order once again. I won't be to harsh about my ratings because it happened to me only once for all that time I ordered something from UK rooster. Why drivers do not ask people for an order ID?

Good food, amazing Chilli sauce. delivered on time on a Saturday night around 8pm

Last one was fabulous, nearly topped our usual place but this time not hald as much in the kebab, salad cucumber and lettuce all sweaty like jts been sat in the box for an hour, not good at all.

wrong burger sent, poor attitude when chased on delivery. Then blamed weather for late delivery, not even raining. worst service from them so far

app said delivery between 5:15 & 5:30, at 5:30 the app said delivered, I rang to shop to say nothing had been delivered, the person I spoke to said it has just set off and be with me in 10 mins, I called the shop again at 6:15 again asking where my food was, told sorry as very busy, food finally turned up 5 minutes later, my wife's pizza was burnt and only like warm. very poor service.

ordered on just eat tonight. took nearly 2 hour to arrive. arrived 25 minutes late,my food was cold and mushy. one of my chicken burgers had something weird and red in and i didn’t want to risk eating it. rang up when my food was late to ask where it was and he was unbelievably rude on the phone and ended it. will not be returning here

We order from here regularly and normally it's very good but tonight was very disappointing. it took 2 hours to arrive from ordering and then we had a large chicken bone in a bbq chicken pizza and the food was only just warm.

Pre ordered at 630 for a 745 delivery -several phone calls later and staff who didn’t care about the delay -food arrived at 850 -cold food , no apology , had to microwave straight away -all in all very very poor service -avoid

2 meals delivered with incorrect pizzas (which we can't eat!) and the entire takeaway coated in the burst mint sauce. Phoned to explain, they said they'd call me back but no further contact. 2 meals that we cant eat, complete waste of money. I've learned my lesson. I rang up after an hour to ask where it was. they said the delivery driver has it and is on it's way. 40 minutes later still not here so rang again to be told I've not ordered from there and that I'd rang the wrong number. I told them I spoke to someone when I rang the 1st time to be told that I haven't rang up that they'd been there all night and they'd not received any order from my address and not spoke to me. they was very rude. won't be ordering from there again

I have claimed money back through just eat for a pathetic portion of cold soggy chips and a half teaspoon of mayonnaise. The driver apologised saying new guy in the restaurant was sending drivers totally all over place. I live within a 10 minute drive max, I had to put few chips i got under grill as they had been round Wakefield for an hour (my gas). This was Wednesday tea time and totally unexceptable, it all went in bin so should get refunded for entire order.

Ordered through uber eats, ordered at 6:15pm, rang the store at half 7 asked how long it was going to be, them saying it will be 5-10 mins, 23 mins later finally turned up, opened the order cut the burger open and it was completely raw, if i didnt cut it open I would have possibly got food poisioning, stuck the burger in the air fryer for a bit, but in the end it was pointless, was already passed having it when it eventually came, would never use this place again.

Not tried them for a while as we've moved away, but we are in the area tonight and ordered because historically the food has always been great. Tonight's order was poor. The calzone was raw in the middle and inedible. Chicken nuggets cooked to an inch of their lives, hard and broke apart into hard splinters due to over cooking. The only thing that was edible was the stir fry donner. It's such a shame as the food was always great won't bother using again.

Best chicken tikka kebab on naan I've had in the 11 years I've lived across Yorkshire. Extremely clean visually and can tell by the smell that the oil is changed frequently. Food is cooked quickly and is really fairly priced. All the workers are friendly and pleasant

the munch boxes are lovely I've ordered them loads of times but I have never got the nacho cheese sauce in them

Very nice and large pieces of chicken, the wings are also delicious. My partner is a fussy eater but she really likes their pizzas. Will definitely become my go to place for fried chicken.
