Came here looking for the poster about baguettes and napoleon and that, couldn't find it but stuck around for a lovely sausage roll

Super nice staff, very good coffee and the snack selection was very large and delicious. We really enjoyed our snacks!!

I skipped breakfast so I decided to take a sausage roll and eat it on the train with me for lunch. Without question, it's the worst sausage roll I've ever eaten in my 50 years on this earth. The sausage was completely tasteless and I mean tasteless. It had the texture of wet cardboard and was overheated to the point of almost molten lava.

The food was really fresh and nice . They have wide variety of options in vegetarian and vegan as well. Would love to visit again. The service was quick and friendly

The food tasted really nice. I took a chicken pesto and pastrami sandwich and both of them tasted really good and fresh. It’s a very healthy alternative you can find for a burger or a sandwich. The coffee tasted excellent and the staff was friendly and quick at serving.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Very RUDE staff treating people like second class customers, giving you the worst that's on display so they can get rid of the 'old stuff' that no one wants. If you protest, they'll tell you, tough luck, that's all you'll get!

My mum cannot drink normal tea, she takes her own tea bags and usually has to pay for hot water. I asked how much for just hot water and explained why, he gave her it free of charge! Massive thank you to them today at Euston!

Having ordered a tuna baguette, bottle of water and a Danish pastry bun the server put it into a bag for me and I paid. On the train I opened the bag to find that the danish had not been put in the bag!! How many times do they do this? Nothing a customer can do once they’re on the train……so annoyed!

queued for a bottle of irnbrew to drink while waiting for my train, which was marked clearly on the shelf by name and was £2.19, when the server scanned the bottle it came up as £2.40 i told him it was clearly marked with the name from the bottle but he insisted i was wrong, when i asked a woman waiting in the queue to confirm the price she did, and the server was very rude, saying "well i'm telling you it's marked wrong, so i said i didn't want it anymore, he looked shocked, but reluctantly returned my fiver which was in his hand, after walking away i witnessed another person in the queue arguing with him too

One of the best place i have visited in food that is upper crust at euston on Tuesday i loved there Baguettes making style and specially the pastries and everything looks so fresh and i had fire Cracker chicken which was so good with fried chicken hot sauce Coleslaw Lettuces i loved it and i had chocolate muffin which was so good and so fresh make sure when you go Euston Station definitely visit upper crust for best food

Baguette - loose term. A tad stale. Filling - filled at the end to make it look like it's filled all the way though, but only the top contains filling. Should therefore be known as topping. Disappointing.

I went to Upper Crust when I was craving for noodles one day and felt more than satisfied. I chose 'Pho Noodle soup' where flat rice noodles in an aromatic beef broth was served with Vietnamese herbs and sauce.

My family and I made the mistake of stopping here for some breakfast baguettes. My wife had the scrambled egg, bacon and sausage baguette while I had the breakfast muffin. As we sat down to eat them it was apparent that both had been sitting for some time as they were stone cold. My wife took both back and asked for hot replacements. She received a lukewarm baguette and when I bit into my muffin it was cold in the centre. At this point our train was called or we would have been asking for a refund. Very disappointing with staff focussed on quantity rather than quality.

If you are near one of this places you must buy a sandwich there. They were the best sandwiches I've ever tried.

I didn't watch the lady serving me but she must've grabbed one from the stale and cold drawer! I didn't realise until I had started walking down the street and couldn't be bothered by that time to go back. It was horrible, cold, toasted on one side only, and rock hard. Will avoid in future!

I handed over a £20 not to pay for my baguette and juice and was given change of £10. Could be a genuine mistake but the counter assistant laughed with his colleague at being caught. Customers rushing for trains could easily be caught out. No apology given. Baguette was very average.

I visited two weeks ago asking for details on the calories of the salmon and egg baguette on the menu - I was told no they don't have it. Surely you must I told them - this is the law and especially the nut content - this was legislated just this month! They had a half hearted look but really couldn't find, care less or be interested in the needs of their customer. What a crying shame.

It doesn't matter which Upper Crust franchise you visit they are always fresh and tasty, which to me points to good staff training. Well done keep it up.

My colleagues and I needed to grab lunch before boarding a train. Most likely as all their customers. The delivery cart was parked across the entire frontage of the store, about a foot away from the counter making it extremely difficult to browse their extensive range. The staff saw how difficult I was finding this and did nothing. The guy serving us barely understood English. Poor.

Visited on a trip back from work and needed something quick at kings cross. Price for a Cornish pastie was nearly treble what you would pay at other places I know this is in a station but a two second walk and you are in London. Won't visit here again as well as price food wasn't that nice pastry was thick and not much filling.

C você é como eu que não quer perder tempo em restaurantes e faz uma viagem econômica ...então este é o local para comer bem e rápido.Tem baguetes crocantes com vários recheios e estão sempre fresquinhos...pelo menos os da estação de Paddington. Eles tem os muffins de frutas tbem são bons.

Para mi casi es obligatorio al estar en la estación de tren si voy a hacer un viaje largo, comprar un baguette. Es el mejor sitio donde los hacen, hay de diversos tipos, depende del gusto de cada quien y lo mejor es que están calientes. Son crujientes y muy sabrosos. Los recomiendo.

A baguette whilst standing in the station. Is there anything nmore depressing? Even though Upper Crust seem to try to add a touch of luxury to their sandwiches they invariably fail. Perhaps its the environment, to be fair, or perhaps its the staff. Who knows. On my visit the crust bread made such a mess the pigeons got more than me. The coffee was not as good as that which was available from any of ther several 'proper' coffee outlets and the whole thing wasn't even that cheap. Disappointing and desperately average, even if it DID contain Brie.
