Uptown Grill in Eastbourne

Lovely kebab lovely & fresh would definitely recommend, good time delivery.

New owners, or management. Seems just the same as before, apart from one new meat dish. Prices are high but so are they everywhere. The new guys seem ok.

They dont inform the online order app when they are shut. Spent 2 hours waiting for an order that never arrived to find out they are shut for 6 weeks! Avoid at all costs! Pathetic.

Been using them for years. Service is always good and delivery on-time. They give you a very generous amount of meat but, I think the quality of the salad has gone down and no longer have the brined green peppers, which are delicious. I guess everyone is feeling the pinch!

Always good quality food. We usually get the Special box filled with all the meats, salad and sauces. Feeds 3 of us with spare.

Ordered and 25 mins later delivered all as ordered. Was really delish, comination doner and chicken and a kofta which was particularly 👌 would highly recommend!

Just received cold food, rang and was told don't order again 😡really not even an apology. Don't go there!!!

This is my new favourite kebab place. The portions are huge and its bloody tasty.

Very rude staff. Seem to have an attitude and speak in a foreign language in front of you. Rude to a customer who rang through on the phone. Wont be going here again.

Not the place for a kebab. I ordered a shish kebab and the lamb was OK, but the pita bread which was placed separately was stale and was not even cut open for ready for the lamb. The guy that served me was quite rude and didn't really have any people skills. Shall not be returning here again.

My pizza looked like it had been dropped about 12 times. Kebab and chips not very hot. Wasn't a very polite delivery guy either.

I have always had a good kebab from Uptown Grill. They still provide a good food even when they are very busy.

Ordered a combination shish and kofte kebab. 50% of the meat was burnt and inedible. Even the pitta was inedible on one side as it was hard and crunchy. Used the shop for convenience but I shall return to my regular shop in future.

Gave our order to completely wrong address and then tried to say we didnt put address in correctly. Ordered food at 8.40 and still waiting! No offer of money back just got told will sort something out and food is on its way😡

Food was awful made my wife and daughter physically sick. When we called to complain tried to offer us a free Donna kebab ,the man said he was the manager ,when I said I was calling environmental health he said "hang on ill get the real manager "so he lied to me for 10 mins discussion. The chips supplied were overcooked then reheated like skinny fries in a microwave barely edible . Don't waste your time or money here

The food is really good and priced fairly. The portion are a good size even for a small. Quick service and a very pleasant one. They also double check with you on your order to see if it’s 100% to how you want it. I would use them again. Very pleased with tonight meal

The Pizza is the best I've ever eaten. Ps: I'm from Germany. 😁

3.5 star pretty good food often on time!

Kebab was fine. Everything else cold. Driver wouldn't even deliver to door, made my husband go out and find her in a car at the top of the road.

Good food but take the piss on how long past what time they said

Nice kababs and burgers, they also do pizza and other bits. there menu is worth a grab. price is fair.

Also lied to us one and half hour wait for 2 burgers. 4 phone calls, all sorts of RUBBISH as reason (excuses) . When it did finally arrive, not a good burger at all . Hence the one star. That's generous... Please save yourself this and just don't bother...

Not very good, better options in Eastbourne

Lied to us about delivery. Waited over an hour an a half for wet chips and lies from the guy on the phone. Every time we called it was 1 minute. Our food must have been driving around Eastbourne for over half an hour and was stone cold. Originally it was promised in 30mins. Won't be using these liers again. Shameful!

I paid almost five pounds for a salad in a pita and he used his hands to pick up my salad.
