I had lamb bhuna and the lamb was really chewy couldn't eat any of it. disappointed

Really tasty, spicy curries. First time order. We did order one chicken and one lamb and both turned up chicken 🫤 this was disappointing but the curries were delicious. Not fatty . Really flavoursome and very different. Would recommend.

Don't usually do reviews but thought I had to today I had lamb handi Bombay with garlic rice and my wife had the South Indian garlic chicken and I've got to say it's the best Indian takeaway in the area 👍

Food was really tasty and hot! Chips were cooked nicely, chicken tikka masala was very tasty and so was chicken balti. The onion bhaji was an over cooked that’s all. Everything else was perfect. Overall happy with order and will be ordering again

Disappointing meal, normally Vojon is spot on. naan bread was thoroughly burnt and the chicken tikka balti was nothing like their normal one, fairly tasteless and like a gravy. Shame

Food delicious, however, the onion and mango pots were so tiny, smallest ive ever seen. Only used 1/2 poppadom to eat them

The best curry we’ve had for a long time by a long mile. The portions are amazing and the Pakora’s are to die for! We highly recommend to anyone looking to order… you won’t be disappointed!!

Lovely food. Good size portions.

Got a doner kebab and it was drenched in oil inside the foil so it’s ruined the bread too and smells disgusting. Only just collected it about 15 mins ago and had to chuck it. Expect it to be greasy not swimming in oil

I ordered the lamb tikka masala. The lamb was inedible due to being over tough. Shame really as I go this takeaway 95% of the time.

The curry sauces were very bland. I had to add salt. The naan was stone cold. The samosas were very stodgy. The outside was really thick. The biryani was the only nice thing about it unfortunately

Everything was ok just very bland there was no flavour to anything ordered the tandoori chops and there was nothing tandoori about them just a very beige unflavored chop

I absolutely love their madras. Without doubt, after trying many in the area, theirs is the best. The others are too hot with no depth of flavour. Vojons is fairly hot but comes with a flavour that has depth and richness. Thank you all at Vojon.

We had a takeaway. The food was very nice indeed. Hot, tasty, a lot of chicken, with less onions and peppers, which was such a nice surprise. Most takeaways have a few pieces of chicken and lots of onions and peppers to make it appear a full tray Ten out of ten, we shall order again.

Great 5 star restaurant quality food

Normally love this place regardless of being the most expensive we order very regularly. Tonight was awful, the madras tasted like vinegar, the popadoms tasted like grease. Not sure what went wrong but spending £30 for the literally minimum amount of food, and the fact it was literally awful, we will not be back. Far too expensive to have a bad day!!

Absolutely amazing food, charge way to much for delivery especially if you live round the corner £3 for a 30 seconds drive, I get they have to pay the driver but really yeah if it was going to eccles not 30 second drive think they be loosing a great customer now.

Love this Takeaway, food is delicious. I've been a customer for years. I've tried other Indian takeaways and none compare. My favourite is Lamb Jalfrazi, Pilau rice and Garlic Nan bread.

The chicken tikka was barely marinated and tasted like plain chicken, you could tell just by looking at it and the difference in colour compared to how it normally is. That’s two bad meals from this place since it reopened. I’m not sure what’s changed but it’s gone from being the best Indian in Eccles to one of the worst where flavour and quality of food is concerned, I never thought I’d ever write a bad review about vojon balti but here I am writing my second. We ordered lamb pasanda. Lamb was so chewy and tough it was inedible. A big disappointment over last time we ordered. Won't be using again.

Lovely meal although our onion bhaji was cooked a little to much. Garlic bread very nice n fluffy Curries all cooked to perfection. Chips ok all n all a lovely meal.

The curry (jalfrezi) was really bland and had no taste at all. Very disappointed with the quality, was much better before they closed. Won't be eating here again.

Ordered a mixed kebab with chicken tikka lamb tikka and Donna. Received Donna kebab with 1 piece of lamb and 2 pieces of chicken the rest a small portion of Donna. Joke. Will not order kebab again. Onion bhaji good.

Food was disgusting. All the curry’s were very watery, poppadoms were dark brown through cooked in old oil & everything was over cooked. Never again.

Have ordered from Vojan for years. Placed an order and paid online, then an hour later when the delivery should have arrived, I received an email advising the order had been cancelled due to items being unavailable and I would receive a refund in 5-6 working days. I called the restaurant several times and no answer! It would have been nice to receive a call, maybe offering alternatives rather than wait an hour to receive a cancellation email!!! Really poor!

I received an incomplete order, the sauce and salad were missing, the fries were cold and the donner meat was terrible!!! I do not recommend to anyone !!!

Mix grill was nice kids meal fine but the kebab very very oily I couldn’t eat this takeaway and wont be ordering again!

The Keebab hardly had any salad and was very dry and nann bread was soggy

I ordered a chicken tikka pathia what I received was nothing like a pathia. It was quite bland and tasteless. And the delivery charge was quite expensive

Overall the food quality was excellent. However, I ordered a king prawn tandoori starter and there was only 4, very overdone Prawns in a tray full of sauce.

I ordered a curry sauce, rice and other bits . Unfortunately my curry sauce was really watery and had little flavour. Not sure why but wasn’t the best and wasn’t pleasant to eat. I wouldn’t order a curry sauce from there again but the rest was ok. My partner had a chicken tikka masala and that was alright.

Simply perfect and family loved it as well.

Poppadoms were overcooked. The rice comes in the same sized container as the main, so you might be able to squeeze one between two.

If you love curry you simply must go to this place. Food is so flavourful and cooked to perfection. Had family round and they all loved the food including my step Dad who hailing from the Middle East, is hard to impress. Delivery was early and it’s always piping hot, can’t recommend highly enough.

I have always enjoyed using this takeaway but the £3 delivery has made me move.

While the food was nice as usual, the carton the curry was in was not sealed properly and my daughter burned her hand getting it out of the bag and spilled the food everywhere, not impressed.

Not nice, the Lamb Pasanda is chunks of lamb cooked to a tough chewy texture in a translucent watery sauce that has never seen cream or almonds despite what the menu says, the rice's and naans were OK but if an Indian takeaway can't get that right they're really in trouble. There are better takeaways in Salford.

Delivered on time but wrongly. My husband ordered Lamb but got chicken, when I rang to complain I was told I was wrong! We know the difference between lamb and chicken thank you, the customer is never wrong. My chicken was over cooked and had no flavour, my husbands was replaced, by this time the rice was cold. New sauce was tasteless. Didn’t get an apology from the delivery driver as he was on the phone. We will not be ordering from this place again.
