Visit this establishment regularly. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. The staff are always helpful and pleasant, giving information on ingredients for allergies and dislikes etc. I work in catering and would be happy to recommend this bakery.

Picked up some cakes for after supper, 2 vanilla slices, 1 caramel doughnut and 1 cream iced finger. First of all the cream iced finger had currants in, so it went in the bin, as can't stand them, then the vanilla slices went in the bin, as they were tasteless, the 'vanilla custard' was very bland and we could feel like a powder residue in our mouthes. My partner ate a bit of the doughnut and said that was also tasteless. It was the first and last time I have bought cakes from Waterfields.

Bought pies from hot counter only to find they were stone cold also crown cob which was stale tried to contact waterfields online but after typing my msg and contact details I was directed to put in a captcha code which it would not accept then threw my details out. One way of making sure they don’t get complaints I suppose.

Disgusted! Shocking customer service, don’t care at all once they’ve got your money. Ordered tea for me and my daughter, food was delivered however it wasn’t our food it was a genos order! Rang up straight away to report the wrong food had been ordered. I ordered a chicken and rice box and a nugget meal for my daughter and a donner kebab was delivered. The staff were incredibly rude and stated ‘there’s nothing they can do it’s not their fault it’s the drivers and for us to request a refund and order again’ we stated we have a child here without food and I’m pregnant also without food, neither of us will eat donner meat and we’re now £30 down. The staff kept stating ‘there’s nothing they can do’ we stated how we are still their customers and haven’t received the food we have ordered from THEM to which they did not care at all and would not send our correct order. They stated they don’t communicate with the delivery drivers and there’s nothing more we can do. Apparently there’s ‘no manager’ we can speak to and was spoke to disgustingly and then hung up on by a very rude woman. As regular orders we will NEVER be ordering again. Disgusting.

Ordered on the McDonald's App, delivered by ubereats, food arrived freezing cold, wet because it's been put in bags warm and the order was half missing. Awful customer service from both McDonalds who didn't want to know and Ubereats are useless to deal with. Will never ever order online again.

Our food was freezing cold this is unacceptable as I paid over £13 for it to be delivered and was cold. Very disappointing service
